Like the name implies, this district is home to the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Although this neighborhood is a clear choice for students, faculty, and staff, the University District offers allure far beyond the campus. Property Ratings at Ciel Apartments
The building's rush to move-in has resulted in a host of problems. Many of the electrical outlets in the apartments do not work properly, causing inconvenience and safety concerns for residents. It's evident that corners were cut during construction, leading to ongoing maintenance and functionality issues. Another concerning aspect is the imposition of unnecessary charges. The inclusion of Cox cable and community fees, without clear explanations or options to opt out, feels like an unjustified financial burden placed on residents. This lack of transparency in billing only exacerbates the already disappointing experience. What's more alarming is the consistent presence of law enforcement. Domestic disputes have led to police visits becoming a regular occurrence, disrupting the peaceful living environment that every tenant deserves. In fact, I've witnessed the involvement of the FBI on the premises, raising serious questions about the safety and security of the community.
They will charge you even for the air you breathe they will charge you twice for things you paid the previous month really low amount parking spaces will be moving out for sure
No one calls back. Never answer the phones and I recently moved out and can't get a call back to settle my final Conscience charges. They don't manage the property well at all. Crazy thing's happen in this community and they don't handle it. To many times it has been sold to another horrible owner.
It is 90° in my house they have been trying to fix this but this is rediculous 3 months now no adequate air with kids something needs to be done my rent should be free for the last few months
