Poor upkeep of the complexes. No security. Residents are using drugs and my children can smell it. My children are asthmatic and can contact the smoke just in passing. Rent cost is not consistent with the size, location and upkeep of the apartments. No fair logic with pricings.

Maintenance will sometime do the wrong job when they come in. Usually will leave a mess after half the time. Old appliances. Constantly have to request maintenance but nothing is really ever done. Walls are extremely thin and noise complaints go ignored. Scorpion issue.

If I could give 0 stars I would! The only reason I did was because I was desperate to find a temporary place and tired of looking. Thank goodness I only signed a 6 month lease! The people in the office are rude all the time. When I was trying to get my lease documents taken care of, I couldn't ever get anyone to answer the phone or even call me back. I have never been treated so poorly. They never told me I could pay rent online, and I never once got a single message with updates about the complex, even though I know many of my neighbors that get text messages with things going on all the time. . If you live here you will need to buy LOTS OF BUG SPRAY!! There are bugs EVERYWHERE!! I am a VERY clean person and I still find roaches all the time! No matter how many times I have the pest control come spray, there are still bugs all over the place. They charge you monthly for the service even if you don't use it! You can't even leave food on the stove long enough to eat your dinner without bugs coming out. Carpets were very stained and dirty when I moved in. Yet, they are still making me pay to get my carpets professionally cleaned upon move-out when it clearly wasn't done before I moved in. I live alone and I pay over $60 a month for water!! What is that nonsense? I paid less than that when I lived in a 1700 sq ft house with 5 people! You're paying for everyone else's water usage which is insane! And last but not least, as everyone else mentioned - there is zero parking if you have more than 1 vehicle. They are supposed to monitor vehicles in uncovered spots that don't move, but they do nothing about it. I reported several vehicles that hadn't moved in 2+ weeks and nothing was done. Not even a notice put on their vehicle. Gates have only worked maybe 2 weeks total in the 5 months I have lived here. Side gates are never closed. What's the point in having a gated community if anyone can just walk in whenever they want. The only positive thing is that all of the maintenance men are very friendly and hard workers. They always smile and say hello.

Parking: cars circling the parking all night long trying to find an unassigned parking spot while many unused covered spots remain open. Floors: after mopping the floor twice with dawn soap and then 5 passes with a swifter my 9 month daughter still has black all over her feet and knees while crawling. Remember we haven’t been here a month and we had to try and deep clean this apartment! We have many disgusting photos to prove. 2 black mop heads and 1 package of black swiffer pads. We cleaned on day 2 after receiving keys before bring our daughter in. Obviously the apartment didn’t even get swept after last tenants. Smell: imagine you are walking through a cow pen while holding a cat liter box close to your face. That was our first impression upon walking in the door for the very first time. Internet/TV: this is provided by century link only. We are told by century link the apartments do not have enough lines to support giving us internet service. Also century link only offers directv for TV service but the ghetto dirty apartments don’t allow satellite dish to be installed so no TV service in any way! The apartments tell you to use streaming services; this is impossible with no internet service! If you are a student or depend on internet service for any income, do not move here! Talked to 10 different tenants and they all say their water bill is $60 plus a month. This is insane and they must be profiting off this. It’s my wife and I paying that much in water! Our 3 bedroom 2 bath house never reached over $40 a month and we had irrigation on a timer twice a day. They also have deals with a local tow company who they give access to the complex in the middle of the night to tow cars away. Mine was towed for not having valid tags but I’m waiting for my tags in the mail. Given them proof of such and they towed my truck away in the middle of Friday night! Here’s the kicker, towing on Friday makes sure the tow company gets as much money as possible as they close the tow yard on weekends so they can rack your bill as high as possible! I know for a fact the apartment management company gets a cut! They do not care about their tenants in the slightest and will try and profit off you anyway possible. My lawyer has instructed me to not pay rent until my truck is returned and no damage is found. do not move here!

They have so many scorpions! Now matter the weather I found at least 3 this past winter! All in my apartment! It’s ridiculous. I’m so glad my lease is about to be up because this place is literally just so stressful and headache inducing. They don’t have enough parking for all the people that visit let alone, live in these apartments. They give you one assigned spot but for people that have two cars just forget about park near your own apartment it’s gotten so bad that I’ve actually had to park in the apartments complex next to ours just so we don’t get towed for parking under the covered parking. The walls are paper thin so you can hear when the neighbors are fighting, listening to good music, or just too a dump. Yes smells go through the walls too.... that’s how bad they are.
