I have been living here for 3 years already, I am very happy with my apartment, maintenance is always quick to respond. The rent has gone up throughout the years but I have looked around and it is one of the best prices in town. I recommend living here, I live in a two bedroom apartment upstairs and I love the high ceilings.

I just had a tour here the leasing agent was friendly And very informative. I will definitely be coming back to rent just because of her attitude and over all energy.
Office staff is rude AF. They are dismissive when you go to them with a problem, ignore you when you walk in the door until you say excuse me, parking lot is full of garbage and potholes and people without a placard or license plate park in the handicap spots. I'll be so glad when my lease is up. This place is a dump and so is the useless manager.
I have lived at this property off and on for about 10 years. The office staff are always friendly when you need help, I enjoy living there if I ever have a problem or concern they are there to listen and help. I would have to this team is well put together. They are there for us as residents. Carlos is AMAZING. as well as everyone that works here.I would reccomend this complex to anyone I couldn't pick any other complex I would rather live at. U ALL ROCK.
Bed bug ridden apartments. The fact that they are laden within their premise is overwhelming. Then blame tenants and force them to literally be account for everything by themselves What’s worse manage rather walk away then slap you with a certified letter because they don’t ever wanna deal with you, nor have the patients or wil power to endear their job. They act like they don’t want to be their. Or see you as a welcomed company. Renewed lease and agreed to new terms. Made new terms and penalized people for their new policy. Been living there for 2 years and payed happily. But very distasteful to ignore their own contracts for company policies. It’s sad how Nicholas and fitch will fight tooth and nail to do as little as possible to help their tenants. Rather it has to do with. Half the time you call them they never pick up or never follow up with any maintenance. I’ve called multiple times and the only time they act is if you physically remind them to do something. Management is extremely rude. Hard pressed and unsympathetic. The only thing the understand is making sure they are not liable for anything.
For the money I guess this place is ok if you don't mind the cabinets are 35 years old, the bathroom sinks and bathtubs have been (poorly) repainted to cover mold, the BBQ grills are nasty and the laundry room is always dirty with half the machines not working and the cooling system in there rarely ever works, parking seems to be an issue due to non-running cars just sitting there using up a spot and the gates rarely ever work. Oh, and when your neighbor is smoking pot the smell gets into your apartment but you don't know which neighbor it is so there is nothing the office can do.
I would give this place a zero if I could. I've been here a year and in that time the gates are broken more than they work. There is a gang of kids that roam around with no adult supervision. They trash the laundry room, sit on the hoods of our cars, throw garbage everywhere and are out until all hours of the night yelling and screaming. I have complained to management multiple times to no avail. I have been told I need to tell them who it is. I have sent pictures of these kids to them and was told I needed to find out where they lived. REALLY? I guess I'm a PI now. There are constantly people using the pool who don't live here, because the gates are always broken. People come in and hang out that don't live here. I don't feel safe leaving my home sometimes and are in fear that my apartment is going to be broken into. The ceiling in our bedroom leaks when it rains. Our 2nd floor deck is rotting in one corner and about to fall through, which makes our deck unusable. Good Luck if you chose to live here.

I've been living here for about 8 months now and am super happy! Its pretty quiet and the people are generally friendly but not nosey. Office staff is nice and seems to know what they are doing well enough. Never had any reason to use the maintenance staff so Idk about them but Lester seems quite nice. Honestly not much to complain about. I'm probably gonna renew here when my lease is up.
Apartments are nice however the appliances are a little outdated. Maintenance and office staff very friendly and helpful. Good apartments for the price range.
