Property Ratings at Desert Tree Apartment Homes
Because I like the environment the staff it's working there always are positive and you fell like with you familly.
Don't rent here. Office staff is rude. They're nice before you sign your lease but apperenatly all Integrity employees seem to be very unriendly / unprofessional. All my neighbors at Desert Tree agreed that they are all unprofessional. Also you won't get you deposit back. They claim to have "Newly remodeIed apartments" becasue they will use your deposit to updgrade the unit once you leave and still leave you with a "balance". I paid my balance and still got sent to collections, which is THE ONLY reason i decided to write this review. $30/ more a month and i found an apartment with washer/dryer in unit plus twice the size. DON'T SETTLE HERE.
The stove is 1/2 the size of a regular stove, the floor boards are always coming up, the door frame to the entrance has a huge crack in it and looks like they just painted over it, they make you pay for literally everything they advertise like the pool you have to pay 10$ for a access card and if you lose it you have to pay 30$ for a replacement and the walls of the apartment are really thin you can hear the conversation of the people next door and the staff overall is rude and doesn’t act professional at all
Loving our first apartment here in El Paso, Texas, it's cozy and lovely. Great ambiance and weather fresh air from these amazing trees. I like the squirrels playing around the area. This place is clean and well-maintained. Dear friends, Desert Tree Apartments got it all, it’s budget friendly, lovely place and good location. It’s safe and comfortable to live-in. We also had a smooth transactions with friendly and gorgeous staffs here, we just move-in within a day. ?? Blessed that we chose this place to live-in and be our sweet home for a year. ??
Save your money and run! Nice outside ugly in the inside. Smells like mildew everything falling apart. Bugs everywhere. They charge for everything they could. Rude management more like two faced actually and moving out was hell. Just don’t live here.Period!
The greenery and outdoor activities is what makes this place great, but other than that it has nothing else going for it. The walls are so thin, you hear everything. When things break, it takes forever to get fixed. And the management is nice, but they are not organized. They lost some of our files, and have no records of some of the maintenance calls we have made. They will tell you they will make notes of things, and never do, which makes it really convenient for them later on. All I miss about this place are the trees and grass.
Everyone in the office was amazing with answering my many questions and was exceptionally helpful. I had contacted almost EVERY apartment complex looking for my new home in the east side. There were a few that were in the same price range but Desert Tree was the only office that was egar and ready to help and do what was needed to get me in. The property is beautiful, well maintained, all staff including maintenance are extremely hard working and very friendly! Im genuinely excited to be living here! Thank you all again for all the hard work and help!
I'm in the military and they are my home away from home. Not only that the office staff and the maintenance get everything done in timely manner if I'm ever stationed back in El Paso I'll be leasing there again.
It is my first apartment I moved in back in October of 2018 and have not left since. I love how I'm treated especially with the new staff in the office. I can say until I'm ready to buy a home I will stay a resident.
I love coming home everyday after work because their is so much greenery I love looking outside my window. Not only that I love that maintenance is always on top of my work orders that I put it in if any.
I love these apartments! They care for the residents and even have residents events such as THIRSTY THURSDAY! They maintain the grounds very well and I love living here because it looks like no other community I've ever seen
The day we moved in there was a problem with the dishwasher. It took has having to threaten them to get it fixed. They claim they are “really” dog friendly... well.... A family was charged $100 because their dog was aggressive to a management person that came into their apartment while no one was home for inspections. The air condition units smell like mold when they run. Just all around bad!! Everything is just bad! Appliances are old and crappy. There is no light fixture in the living area. Or what is considered the living area. Just don’t live here.
Walls are paper thin. Noise from upstairs is unbelievably loud. Neighbor's smells permeate. The largest unit feels like a cramped motel more than an apartment. Carpet was stained from day 1. Lived there 3+ years, put up with no maintenance whatsoever or customer service because it was close to work. Dealt with numerous price increases, promised upgrades that never came. My vehicle was hit by a golf ball in a covered parking spot. Move-out was a nightmare, management could care less about tenants. Avoid this place like the plague.
The apartments were great but the front office is starting to leave a bad impression for me. I have moved out recently and it’s been over two months now of going back and forth with Tina about getting my deposit refund check. I don’t know how many times I have given them my forwarding address but they have managed to send the check out to an incorrect one. I was told I would have to wait for them to get the check back in the mail. A month has passed and now I’ve just been informed that they have once again sent the check to the incorrect address. I really hope that no one else has to deal with this type of situation. It is very frustrating.
Pest control is no help with gnats, no seeums, midges. If anyone has experience these insects there annoying. You pay rent and you can't live in peace. If you want to take a nap don't count on it they bite you while you sleep. There waiting outside your door the second you open you have a living hell. A simple spray is no pest control believe me. I been thought as crazy but there's dead gnats on my light bulb. Who's crazy now???
Can't get rid of gnats or no see ums there out side your door waiting to get in. The pest control does a simple spray but there constantly bitting you it's annoying. I'm a student can't never really get good sleep the honest truth. I wish they had better pest control.
These apartments is a great way to start on your own. The environment is so friendly and peaceful I’m just glad I chose these apartments rather my other choices. Also the main office the lady’s there are always there when I have questions or concerns. Just a great place hands down.
It is great here I love how close neighbors are. This place is amazing inside and out
This neighborhood is beautiful!! It completely makes you forget that you're in El Paso because of how much greenery there is on the property. There's also something for everyone, from salt water pool to tennis court, and even a the quarter mile trail around the property. It also has a 24 hour gym, prefect for getting in shape. The apartments are also very spacious whether you decide on a studio apartment or 1 bedroom apartment, you'll have no problem fitting your belongings. I simply love these apartments.
My husband and I are here because we are stationed at Fort Bliss. We checked out several places but the friendliness and the well kept establishment is what sold us. The location is great to get to work and have all your needs around. We are currently in a studio apartment. It is a little out-dated with the set up and appliances but they work great.
I am getting ready to lease but may change my mind because they refuse to show me the actual apartment until after I sign the lease. This raises a red flag and tells me they may have something to hide, therefore I will possibly not move in and attempt to get my processing fees returned by writting directly to their corporate office. P.S. do not give them any money until you see the actual apartment you are moving into.
I have been leasing an apartment for about ten months while attending school. The apartments are older but are well kept. It is hard to beat for those on a budget. The staff and maintenance crew have been great when needed. I have been in the military for over thirty years and have lived all over the world. The manager here runs a first class operation. I would lease again if I ever came back here.
