STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION! They have very bad ratings for lots of clear reasons so don't be suckered into this awful apartment. They will try to surprise you with new fees all the time, the people managing the location don't seem to care much at all about residents and seem to do the bare minimum to keep this place going.
This apartment has very bad reviews all across the internet for clear reasons. Lots of random fees, noisy area, long delays getting things fixed. Save yourself the headache and look for an apartment somewhere else.
I wanted to rent an apartment here and I’m glad I didn’t. Trying to go through the process was a nightmare. The person had very little knowledge and a bad attitude. When they say they’ll follow up, they won’t. Terrible service, mean people, no thanks!
I had a terrible experience living here. The maintenance team is unresponsive, and it took weeks to fix basic issues like plumbing and heating. The noise levels are unbearable, with thin walls that allow every little sound from neighbors to come through. Additionally, the management is unprofessional and dismissive of tenant concerns. I do not recommend this apartment building to anyone looking for a comfortable and reliable place to live.

Unsafe parking garage home to screaming homeless people who leave disgusting trash EVERYWHERE. People have been attacked taking their trash out.
