Very Strict, visitors out of town to stay.. forget about it..walls & floors VERY thin, can hear everything that your neighbors do. Staff has attitude. Maintenance told me one thing & then lied to his supervisor which caused me a lease violation. They do random inspections hunting for any reason to charge you more. Rent increases every new lease no matter what. Not very weatherized so higher electricity bill. No ventilation for cooking so the apartment easily fills up with smoke. Issue with people going through peoples cars & no parking lot cameras to protect your vehicles. I dont see why they even rent to anyone below 50 years old cause they just want a retirement center living atmosphere there.
Rating “Good”. Lived at deVille Southwest for over 3 years, maintenance was always prompt and respectful, we got emails with updates or reminders, and rent was affordable. Access to shopping and greenway was ideal. The only part I didn’t enjoy was you can hear your upstairs neighbors a lot and this would keep me awake late on work nights.
I lived here for 7 months (Jan to Aug 2019) and enjoyed every moment. Very peaceful. Staff responded promptly to my requests. Yes, I will recommend Southwest!
The apartments are old. Rooms are small. You can always hear noise from neighboring apartments . Leasing office, charge severely while moving out. One of my friend had to pay to replace the carpet even though they have stayed for just a year, and carpet was many years old. The maintenance guy was very rude, he shouted on us one day, I don't know how to explain this.. I also felt the Leasing manager was rude, I didn't like the way they behaved.
Management needs an overhaul, rude, and crooked. I was “auto drafted” into a new lease without approval and had to pay to get out of it. Poor service, noisy apartments, and rent is guaranteed to increase at the end of every lease every time.

Please feel free to contact our office for clarification 573-635-0613. None of our leases " auto draft" unless you are ending a termed lease to start month to month. They are sent with plenty of time for review and E-signature. We do not have any guaranteed rent increases. Thanks Jana
