It’s a quiet complex. It feels like a community. Neighbors and staff are friendly. Maintenance is great at what they do. The floor plans are some of the largest in town.

Devonshire Garden , Is very close to my Job!! This area, from the library across the street !! Good walking area ! A good location to live! City bus route !! Step out the Door get on bus!! Heart of the city!!

Management are incredibly sweet! Apartments are really roomy and when we rented ours, prices were very reasonable (i think it depends on the time of year; we moved in winter). Very quiet and neighbors are very sweet! I was changing my oil and someone with their daughter stopped their truck and asked if I was okay. Feels like a family-friendly environment! When I had my dog, he really enjoyed the dog park! I just wish there wasn’t mulch because I was scared of his paws getting splinters, but I’m probably just protective ?? My only main complaint is maintenance. They are average at best. When I moved in, only about two concerns were actually addressed out of the list we gave. Multiple cabinets in my bathroom and bedroom won’t close because of the hinges and after three visits, they still never fixed it. They seem to put in a half effort to be able to get in and out quickly. It’s gotten to the point where I just said forget it and stopped calling the office since I talked to them at least five times in the first week and I felt bad about it. I guess I’ll have to fix stuff myself sometimes ?? Overall, the complex’s location, management, and the apartments themselves are very worth it. I was apartment hunting for a long time because I’m picky, and I’m very happy with my decision so far!!

I love it here! I have great neighbors and peaceful and quiet! I feel safe and my dog loves all of his puppy pals here. We are blessed to call this place home.

I've lived here for 8 yrs now and I've enjoyed every minute of it. It's in walking distance of pretty much everything. The apts having amazing space and very cozy. It's been quiet where I am, by Gods grace. It's a very laid back area and I strongly recommend living here. The only things I see that could use improvement on is more cable provider options (Spectrum is all they have hookups for) and a park for kids. They have a dog park and a dog wash station in the laundry facility but I dont have a pet so it doesnt do me any good ??

Wow! Thank you so much for your glowing review of Devonshire! Our team strives to provide top-notch service to our residents and to fulfil work orders promptly, and it's so great to hear that we are meeting those goals!
Overall, I probably would not recommend living here to anyone. I pay entirely too much for a one bedroom apartment when I could pay the same or less for a three bedroom/two bath house. Not to mention my electric bill is entirely too high due to shoddy insulation during construction.

Although I have recently moved out of my apartment and into a home, I can honestly say living at Devonshire Gardens was a great experience. The complex is tucked away behind a shopping plaza on Green River so it is close to many stores and restaurants. The residents are very friendly and respectful. The office and maintenance staff are very helpful and the grounds are well kept. I was sold on the apartment when I walked through the front door and noticed the amount of space each unit had! Most of the apartments I visited felt very small after seeing what Devonshire Gardens had to offer. If you are searching for a spacious apartment in a great community definitely check out Devonshire Gardens. I'm very happy I did.
