Currently living here.

Rent was 475. Raised to 500 a month for a one bedroom at end of lease. Up the road a 2 bedroom is 500 a month. Lived here for a whole year with no ac. Asked a few times to have it fixed with no results. Do not move here. Landlord wants to know every ones business. Expects them to have no friends or family to visit.
