Property Ratings at Diamond at Prospect
After the building flooded when their pipes burst, they did not communicate well the work that they would be doing in units, they “recognized the inconvenience” but did not attempt to compensate us for the inconvenience. The place also had cockroaches when we moved in.

Karen the leasing manager does not care about if you come to her with a problem. She will find a way to make it seem like it’s “all fine” even when your crying in her office for help. DONT LIVE HERE
Don’t live here unless your cool with homeless people in the halls ALL THE TIME #scared
First and foremost the apartment is not safe. Homeless people roam the halls daily, alarms are consistently going off, leasing agent does not care about you or anything you have to say, etc. This place is disgusting, MOLD is HERE. They won’t fix it u less your apartment FLOODS and is “obvious” there is mold. Do yourself a favor and pay $100 more to live in the apartments a street over. So happy to have moved out
I had the pleasure of living at Diamond at Prospect for 5 years. Karen, the Property Manager, has been around for the entire time and has always been amazing and helpful. The maintenance staff has always been extremely quick and accommodating. Maro is the best! Cannot say enough good things about the building and how lucky I was to live here.
I’ve been absolutely thrilled with everything about my move to Diamond at Prospect. The building and its units are very attractive and extremely welcoming. On top of that, the representatives at the leasing office were simply outstanding. They truly went above and beyond to make the process easy and ensured I loved my new home. I’d recommend Diamond at Prospect to my friends and family, without hesitation. I couldn’t be happier to be a resident!
