Diamond Head Apartments

The day I was moving in a current tenant warned me about living here and wished me luck. You live and learn; take my advise and stay away from living here. This place was my apocalypse for over a year. If you ever need any repairs make sure to ask the roaches if they can send some help because they're the ones who run the show. Doesn't matter how clean and organized you are, they will find a way to make it in and ruin the experience of feeling at home. I never knew that Raid could be my bff. I had a bottle of Raid in the bedroom, bathroom, living room, den, and the kitchen. There has never been a day that I didn't use it. I don't know how much of this chemical I have inhaled due to the excessive use. I have spent loads of cash buying Raid which could've been invested in upgrading the wifi. No Direct TV my friends!! Nope this place is Spectrum only. Cable guy will drill holes into the walls and guess who can come in now??(las cucas) Moving on, management leaves notes at your door every week "Notice: Water Interruption". Yup! Every week, sometimes twice a week. Funny how you don't have to pay for water at this place and I now understand why! ...Because it's never on!... due to repairs, plumbing problems is never ending. Next, parking is tight! Your car will be hit or scratched! Some neighbors could careless about your property. Finally, this place states that there is no pets allowed, although everyone is walking around with a service dog chihuahua. Don't be fooled, you may want to consider paying a little extra to be at a place that you can actually be comfortable at.

My Husband's apartment has flooded 6 times and all they do is clamp the pipes shut instead of replacing them. I honestly believe that they've given him the worst apartment in the building. Management has changed about 5 times in 6 or 7 years. It's pretty safe to say that the Management Company ANZA is the devil and they have no souls. The Roaches run this building and they get in EVERYTHING, its not limited to damp places and food they found a way to infest our brand new printer. They are under the glass in the cracks and crevices, EVERYWHERE. When we eventually move I plan on throwing every single thing AWAY. Water is shut off constantly with very short notice. The roaches are even outside of the apartments crawling on the walls. People will steal your larger packages if you are not here to collect them from your front door. There is mold everywhere, but they just paint over it and act like its not there. We called public health to do an inspection and will be calling air quality shortly. Its abusive to make people live under these conditions. My Husband (then fiance) had to stay in a hotel while his apartment was ripped apart, brown water everywhere it was unlivable. The Management company said to give them receipts of where he stayed and they would reimburse him, THEY LIED and refused to pay the money. This is only a short list of things that make this place a nightmare. You can't own any nice things because you are afraid that they will be ruined. Do not come here, Do not take a tour, stay VERY far away from this place.

This place is full of roaches, the manager is very unprofessional, and favors certain residences. The parking spaces are small, has a very tiny kitchen with no counter or cabinet space, which you should notice in the pictures, oh did I forget to mention ROACHES!!!! The water get shut of every month for emergency maintenance and stay off usually from 9-5. The pipes are old because the water comes out brown. The manager let certain residence have pet and not others. The parking spaces are right below your windows, so if someone comes home late and they have music on, and your window is open, which is likely to happen, you will be awaken. The front room get extremely hot. I'm sure I'm leaving some things out, but in conclusion, this is a horrible place to live!!!
