Property Ratings at Diamond Hillside
Empty apartment units available says it all! Incredibly insane rent increases. Old tenants gets insane rent increase so beware. Hidden fees for 300+ on top of your rent. Crazy water, sewer and garbage fees. Pet poop everywhere. Broken dumpster all the time. Gate broken and takes a month to fix. They will tow your car because of their mistake then you’ll shoulder the fees. Thieves stealing your packages in front of your doorstep and to extent breaking the mail room. And most importantly, greedy and super rude new management. Give yourself a favor and move somewhere else.
No lights on after 11pm in certain areas of the apartment. Security drives unmarked cars and wear no uniform, but are quick to block you into your spot. Car break ins are frequent. People arrested on the property often. Gates are always broken so anyone can come in. Office staff treats residents horribly. Staff is argumentative and rude, only after you've signed the lease though!
I'm soooooo happy we have new management. KUDOS to CINDY!!!!!!! I've lived here since August 2023 and something that I have been asking to be corrected since I moved in, has FINALLY been resolved in a matter of MINUTES. I read terrible reviews about parking before I moved in and asked (before moving in) if I would have parking close to my unit-- I was assured that my parking space was "just a little to the side" of my unit. ONLY to move in and my parking space was assigned on the OTHER SIDE of the parking lot in a dark corner and wasn't covered........ and far away from my unit. I have been complaining since Sept 2023 about my space being so far and prior management would blame "corporate" for not being able to give me a closer parking space. I have a small child, and it was a hassle to carry her across the parking lot everyday along with my over belongings. When I realized we FINALLY got new management, I went in again for the FOURTH time to talk to them about my space. Cindy actually took the time to look into this matter and got me a COVERED spot right outside my unit. LIKE IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN IN THE BEGINNING!!! Thank you again Cindy :) Diamond Hillside Apartments needed you in charge. She gets things done!
Need to know someone in office in order to get favoritism, u can complain and complain and not guaranteed u get response, made appointment to speak to manager and turns not even gona talk to right person, was dealing with upstairs neighbor with dog poo and pee dropping on my porch for about a year.. leave at that

Parking is horrendous. You will get towed. Office staff are unorganized.
Problem after problem. The leasing office is no help. They give lies and you can’t talk to the owner or corporate.
So many issues from day one. I don’t even know where to begin. I wouldn’t move here. They office staff is incompetent. You can get in contact with the owners or corporate. The only positive is good maintenance workers.
Customer service is very poor. Horrible pto try and contact. Application process is a big hassle
When I first came here I would say this place is a complete waste of your money. Absolutely horrible in every possible way. But recently, they got a entire new staff and they flipped they place into a great place to live! They only complaint at the moment is the security DOES NOT DO THERE JOB. Constant break ins almost every night while they nap. Other than that everything is good lol
I don’t know who’s writing these positive review but they are all false! This is the worst place I’ve ever lived. There are roaches in everywhere. They take forever to fix anything and when you complain it falls on def ears. Cars are towed from this place all day. They contracted out with a towing company that trolls the parking lot all hours of the day an night. They must be working together. There are only 4 guest parking spots in the entire place so don’t plan on having company over. If you want to see REAL review you should look at yelp. THESE ARE OBVIOUS FAKES
The place is amazing, so well kept, and the office staff (Cindy, Stefen, and Gary) provide excellent customer service.
