i have no complaint about living here, i enjoy the fact that it is gated and has a 2 car garage so my vehicles doesn't get stolen or get broke into by someone as well the is a carwash here as well I've never seen that at any other apartments I've been at other than that its pretty good.

parking situation is stressful…be aware the gates are always broken or open so there’s random people coming in and out…rent is high… maintenance is almost always unavailable but I gotta say the new management is much better than the last.

Diamond Mesa Trail apartments are very nice my grandchildren and kiddos enjoy the pool in the summer. This is a very nice place to live. But I have to say the only problem is neighbors that don't respect the community. Like making loud noise with their motorcycles it doesn't matter what time of the night it's annoying....

Maintenance was great!! The day after I moved in my air conditioner was not working properly, I called and they told me they will let maintenance know within 5 minutes of calling they came and fixed my air conditioner. Good experience!!

Overall great little community and the townhomes are nice and the garage is a huge plus. Refrigerator AC IS THE BEST. Wish the pools were heated but having two pools is nice!

All amenities are working well, making the complex a really good place to live in. Staff in the lease office are very friendly and accommodating. It is sad that other residents are not following imposed rules as to driving fast inside the complex, picking up after their dogs, and littering, but I can see the office trying to encourage everyone to follow these rules to make living in the complex more comfortable and enjoyable.

as a resident, I can say that the staff make sure that everything is done properly needed. whenever I needed something done after business hours maintenance was always there to help me out and make sure I was satisfied. I do love that the pool is open until 10 PM. I think that’s the most unique thing about living here. It does suck that some of our residents are dumb and want to make our privilege and get lost but for now I will enjoy it. honestly, it’s already been six months year and I think that I would re-sign my lease easily.

Great place to live. The kids love the pool and playgrounds. We feel safe and secure here. I love the 24 hr gym and it's nice and quiet. Best place I've lived so far.

We have had issues with this apartment since day one of moving in. I was very excited to move and regretted it the first week of being here. There are many issues that were not fixed or resolved before we moved in. They even asked us to put moving in on hold for one more day so they could have more time to prepare and "fix" up the apartment before we moved in and they took no pride in their work. The entire apartment smelled soaked in paint and was overwhelming. Seemed like they ignored major issues and just painted over them. The fruit flies have been an issue since day one and trying to get in contact with the office through phone (call, message, or email) is very difficult. You would have to go in person to speak to anyone. The staff are friendly but getting issues resolved at diamond mesa seems almost impossible. Would not recommend unless you 100% need to.

Management is much better. The community is nice. The dog poop still bothers me. It’s everywhere. Pool Area is nice to sit and so is the area by the barbecue. It’s very nice. I still have not received a key, but I never used it so it’s all good but overall the experience here has been very nice.

I’ve been a resident for 4 years, since the new office staff things have been great! The gym is really nice and I love the lockers for packages along with the new app. The pool is nice the only issue is the uncovered courtyard. I rarely sit there even though I want to because the sun beats on your head and there is no shade.

In the heart of Diamond Mesa to the heart of Albuquerque 30 minutes in any direction you have access to Culture, Fiestas, Tranquility embracing ALL age Community and accommodating most dog/cats sizes and breeds. In home washer and dryer. Great working Appliances. Quiet days and nights. Summer Season more to be expected pool and recreational pool room activities. Everything explained about our Townhome met our expectations.

It’s a quiet place in a growing part of town. Lots of new establishments are being built which adds to the convenience of where we live. Nice neighbors in a nice neighborhood.

Ro in the office and maintenance are very welcoming and nice. I think the issue at this point may be management. Move in for us was TERRIBLE! I feel as though had management (or whoever is over the property) taken care of their responsibilities between residents, the move in would’ve have been so much better. From moving us in with no gas in the unit (no hot water or heat), to a red tagged hot water heater, to non working smoke detectors… this property definitely fell short. Currently no gym keys due to back order and the gate is currently inoperable. The look of the property is nice, though. Lots of amenities. Only time will tell though.

Hi Anonymous, We are happy to hear that you had a great experience with Ro but are concerned that you had a terrible move in experience. Please know we strive to provide top notch service., Part of that process is to make sure our leasing consultants are walking their units prior to move in to ensure we do not have these issues and things can be corrected prior to move in. I know part of the concerns were because the gas company couldn't be out to connect your utilities on time but unfortunately we have no control over their scheduling which is why we encourage our move ins to connect utilities in advance before they are scheduled to move in. Our gates have currently been open due to a pending part that was ordered through our vendor. It has since been received and gates are now operating as normal. If you have any additional concerns please reach out to the office so we may discuss.
Love living in Diamond Mesa is a great please to live.

The location is easily accessible, shopping is not far. The outside is well maintained. The units are nice, and though expensive are fairly well maintained However, don't expect good maintenance, that is subpar.

I love the apartment style. Love the location relative to where I work. Really pleasant, responsive staff. The community itself is quiet but there is enough activity where you can see happy residents. And I’ve met multi-year residents which is always a plus.

I haven't lived here long, however, so far so good. There's been a few issues but nothing serious. The office staff is helpful and maintenance staff has been kind.
