Poor manager and maintenance staff. If something needs routine maintenance, tenant is scolded and blamed for it.

Diamond oak
The property is well taken care of the management is fair and one of the nicest peaple I no the maintenance man is really nice keeps the grounds up and they allso have gatherings sometimes for everybody it's alot of fun plus the keep. An eye on things you feel safe
