Diamond Oaks Village has the best location for Over 55 Active Adult Community. Food at the Restaurant and Bistro is very good and reasonably priced. There are many activities if choose to participate.

Great complex, convenient location, wonderful staff! These large spacious apartments are the best in in SWFL! There’s abundant closet space and he screened outdoor space adds an extra bonus to hosting friends and family!

Staff is working hard at providing activities for the community. Very friendly staff. However, carpet in living room and dining room quite soiled and dining room chair upholstery needs cleaned. Poor impression on new residents.

The Staff at Diamond Oaks Village are top-rate and always provide 5 Star Service! Devin has been our go-to since day one. No matter how many times we have contacted him, he has been so patient and kind as we moved our father into his 1 bedroom unit. The maintenance staff has also been fantastic. My Dad had some circuit breaker issues when he move in, and the staff didn't stop working until the problem was solved. This has been a hard transition for our Dad, but he is feeling right at home now that he is settled into his beautiful 1 bedroom apartment. Diamond Oaks was GREAT before it was sold and a new mamagement company was hired. We like our apartment and the location, but due to all of the additional costs the management has transfered to the residents, we are forced to leave at the end of our lease. They have increased our monthly cost by $400.00 and I know they will also be increasing our rent with the new lease.

We have enjoyed getting to know and visit with new people. However, so many are moving due to lack of transportation and higher rent. Lot of people were highly disappointed in no longer having breakfast and bus transportation.

Thank you for your honest feedback. Yes, we have experienced residents moving due to needing an elevated level of care that our Active Adult lifestyle is not suited for. In leu of breakfast and bus transportation to doctors visits, we have a robust lifestyle program that includes, life fitness classes, water aerobics, parties, daily events, happy hours, dancing, movies, shopping, dinners at local restaurants, crafts, personalized clubs, and so much more! We want everyone to make the best choice for the lifestyle they need. If dedicated meals and transportation is a requirement, then an Independent Living or Assisted Living may be better suited. Diamond Oaks Village focuses on a robust active calendar which lends to an energetic engaging lifestyle with friends. We hope you are able to join in the fun we are having! There's only more to come.

Deceptive, misleading, dishonest marketing. Promises one thing, over and over, and doesn't deliver. Moreover, no one cares, no hint of marketing integrity. I'm living in a management moral black hole, and obviously the problem is not on this campus. Otherwise friendly staff and high quality facilities.

I am very disappointed with the lack of consideration for tenants given by staff and also by the poor water quality and the noise level with the excessive landscaping and the fact that services are often non-existent.

Thank you for your feedback. Wanted to address a couple of your concerns. For the water quality, our water is provided by Bonita Springs Utilities and is the water for the greater Naples/FT. Myers area. As to our lush landscaping, that actually helps to mitigate any noise that may travel from nearby. It also helps to keep our community looking lush and tropical. Under new management
They haven't quite figured out if they are going to stay an independent 55 + or go to regular apt. Building based on changes. The new leases seem that garbage water are no longer included so beware of extra costs. Rent currently includes Meal service for breakfast is now included. but that ends June 1st. Then you have to pay. If you were looking for independent living, not the place, as each day with new owners seems like is becoming an apt. Building with extra charges for any amenities. Ie parking, garbage removal, water. When we came, which we came as billed independent 55+ community we were thrilled. Because everything was done for you. Including light bulbs in your kitchen. Who wants old people getting up on ladders to change? That was why we came here. Now they are not providing, so why are we paying more.l for less? Not such a good deal under new management.

We are most definitely remaining a 55 Active Adult Community, however we are not and Independent or Assisted Living community.
