Dianne

The moving process went very smoothly, and even though I had a couple of appliances ain't working right, it was resolved fast enough. Parking is also less bad than I thought. Sorta have to renew the parking every day at 7 am but it's been really easy (until the complex itself has more spaces available).

I really love living here. I think that every place has positives and negatives and here at the Dianne there are so few negatives. I’m glad to live here.

Nice units, good sound insulation, effective AC/heating. Great location in the heart of the Pearl. Disappointing lack of amenities throughout most of this year (terrace not planted, grill broken). Hopefully next year will be better.

We have a fantastic building management team - always willing to help and highly responsive! They made the moving in experience easy and have been a huge help ever since.

Staff on site, well maintained and cleaned. Gym membership, in unit laundry and dishwashers are nice. Really nice residents as well. Very per friendly and generally friendly.

I enjoy living at the Dianne, everyone is very nice and the building is small and quiet. The only thing I wish it had was a fitness center. Dianne has partnered with 24-hour fitness and I have been waiting for my 24-hour fitness code to have my membership but have not gotten that yet. I have requested this code 3 times.

We’ve been here close to a year and we love the Dianne. The staff is always very responsive if any issues which we’ve had minimum. We also love the neighborhood and the safe walkability environment in the area.

So far have been loving it here! It's located right in the heart of the pearl so everything is in walking distance and the Portland street car stops right in front of our place.

Dianne is everything that you want in an apartment community - great location, staff, neighbors, and well constructed building with minimal noise levels.

The staff are the greatest people. They are so helpful and there for you when you need it. I am so grateful to live here! It’s pretty great and the people make it that way.

The building is beautiful and the staff are all amazing. They are truly friendly and helpful, and they really make this community a 5-star experience. I love the art-deco vibe they went with, very refreshing compared to a lot of plainish apartment buildings I've lived at. So thankful I found this place, feels like a hidden gem. And to be transparent, no one asked me to write this review and there's no rent discount or anything associated with it (as I know some apt buildings do to buy good reviews). I've just really enjoyed living here and wanted to make sure everyone gets the credit they deserve for running a great apartment building, which is somewhat rare in my experience.

Friendly and attentive management. The layout is very well thought out and the trash shoots in the hallway are so helpful! Love the free espresso during the week :) Parking situation could be better but I guess that’s to be expected in an urban environment.

The view is great. The layout of the apartment makes it feel really small. However, the apartments are insulatored pretty well because you can’t hear your neighbors. People are generally nice. Lots of dogs around.

Living here has been terrific since I got here. I never want to change my address, or even my unit! The neighborhood and community are great. Staff is knowledgeable.

Hello. I am a resident of the dianne apts since september 2020. I really enjoy everything about my apt and the comunity here and nearby surrounding areas. The staff are terrific here. My neighbors are quiet. The staff is cheerful and efficient and can answer my questions! I love my view! The amenities are great.the price is terrific.

Dianne is at a great location and the building is beautiful. I am renting a studio apartment, however, it does not feel small or suffocating. The management team is here to help and answer all questions in a timely manner.

Dianne is the heart of the pearl in the Pearl District. Apartment hunting has never been my knack, when it was time to look Dianne was the one. From Michael calling me asking me questions about what I am looking for in a new home and actually having one picked out for me when I arrived. The level of care and professionalism goes a long way. I finally feel at home here at Dianne.

I'm a new tenant here at Dianne, and have had only good experiences with the staff so far. The apartment itself is quiet, and it's cool being the first person living in the home. The happy hours have helped me meet my neighbors and the location is very walkable. All of my maintenance needs were addressed quickly. Glad I chose Dianne!

The building itself is nice. Amenities are minimal. Parking is expensive for how difficult it is to actually park. Leasing staff is great but the manager / upper management is terrible to work with and incompetent when dealing with any problems.

While I have only been living at the Dianne for 2 weeks, it felt like home from the moment I walked through the doors for my tour. Aliyah was AMAZING and made the whole process seamless, which was a welcomed relief since I was moving from the east coast. Move-in was a breeze and anything that has come up has been addressed/answered immediately. The whole staff is here to make your life at home easier and I could not be happier with my decision to call Dianne home.

This is a beautiful apartment complex that is situated in the heart of the Pearl. The layout of the 2 bedroom is spacious, efficient and maximizes views. The windows bring in an exceptional light even on the grayest of days. Quiet and beautiful, this is a lovely space to call home.

The Dianne is a beautiful building centrally located in the Pearl. My unit is very bright thanks to the large windows. The kitchen is fantastic with lovely cupboards and ample counters pace. Great appliances and they are all very quiet. The view from windows are wonderful and the roof top access views is fantastic. The living experience is quiet and comfortable with a friendly staff. I smile a big smile every day I come home.
