Property Ratings at Dira East
-Washing machine area has not been fixed in months. Not one washer is serviceable. - pool can’t be used - leaking water in walkway has not been fixed in months. - front staff is friendly, but work orders are not completed to standard. Area is filled with trash around dumpsters and in parking lot. DO NOT RENT HERE, unless you are willing to live in these conditions. The only thing they do is host mini “gatherings” for the community here and there.
Maintenance is a joke. They take their sweet time addressing any concerns, if at all. Management is very incompetent and struggle to grasp basic business sense. Nothing ever gets done in a timely manner.

I never really had an issue with noise, that's probably the only good thing I can say about living here. I had to constantly call the office to have maintenance come out, and the thermostat was so outdated that changing the temperature didn't really do much. The war against the roaches was pretty bad, a flying one tried to chase me out once. During final inspection for me to move out I was told my apartment was the cleanest they've seen, but apparently that didn't mean anything. I know a small section of the wall did need a little touch up paint but not a whole security deposit worth, which they did take. Unless things have gotten better since I moved out I would not recommend anyone staying here.

can't wait until our lease is up to move. Raggedy apartments, maintenance is horrible at fixing things. Shoddy work WHEN they do get to you, Electrical problems to leaks to sinking floors to weak walls. You name it and it's wrong. Our place was broken into and odd things have been stolen off our vehicles like our antenna, gas caps and etc. Wish I would have listened to previous reviews.

I've been here going in a year and can't seem to get new items installed. All the maintenance guys are doing is patching up things and painting over damage. The company change managers and nothing seems to get accomplished. I pay rent just like the rest of the tenants, I expect new and renovated cabinets. Still can't get a new counter to in the bathroom. I am very disappointed and will be looking elsewhere to stay. Poor job

The absolute WORST!!!! The maintenance cant fix anything because they wont supply good material or don’t want to purchase new things. The managers in the office is snobby, disrespectful, and not polite at all. My light bill has been over $300 for about 4 months due to issues that they sat on their behind about. And now doesn’t want to help pay it!!! Ive had so many issues and been fed bs… the company has over priced rent but cant even pay the trash company to come and pick up the trash from the dumpsters…… RUN!!!!!! Do not waste money on folk who don’t appreciate their tenants... no stars given I had to select one
DON'T GO THERE!! I wouldn't even give that place 0 stars and I don't even live there! I called the day before I was going to go there and spoke with a lady in the office. I told her I would be there to look at an apartment after my child's therapy was over at 2:45 the following day and she was fine with that. I explained to her that I was looking for somewhere immediately since my son and I lost our apartment due to the flooding and would definitely be there to look. I drove 30 minutes away from where I was staying in the cold with a small child that I have to pack into a car seat to be greeted with a snotty receptionist that told me she spoke to me the day before and she told me they didn't show apartments this late in the afternoon. It was only 3:45 and the office supposedly closes at 5:30. When I told her that she didn't tell me that she then proceeded to tell me that she's sure she did! (I think I would have remembered not to make a 30 minute drive if I couldn't see something!) She huffed under her breath and said "I guess I can show you a unit" and slowly got up and her annoyance with me was blatantly obvious! I just said "No, that's fine." I walked out and drove 30 minutes back to where I'm staying. If that place will talk to someone like me, whose lost everything in a terrible flood and is sleeping on a floor with a 2 year old child, how do they talk to their residents? I barely made it through the door without encountering their snotty attitudes! I feel sorry for their residents! To make a long story short, don't even waste your time going there! Its not even worth wasting your gas on! If a person who's technically homeless won't even move there, that really says something! Not even to mention the building across from the office is burned down!! (I read the article where the building burned down and it happened 5 months ago!)AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!
The staff is very rude. My year is almost up here and I'm very grateful for that! There is a pool that has not been opened all summer and the apartment behind me caught on fire due to an electrical outlet that they were suppose to have changed. All the maintenance guys don't speak English so you have no idea what they're doing or saying. Just can't wait to get out of here.
