Mail and package theft in mailboxes AND package room. Car break ins and cars stolen often. Garage is always broken with security measures and teams lacking. Walls thin, soundproofing nonexistent. Move out process is DODGY. Staff rotates quickly. Staff also write fake reviews to boost rating. Staff from different buildings also write fake reviews on various properties.
This Hannover Diridon apartment is in the heart of San Jose and the apartment did not sacrifice anything in order to make this apartment a great lodging! I went in with a friend and Zeena who is working there greeted us warmly and took us a great tour! She showed us all the amenities of the apartment and then the actual apartment room! It’s a beautiful apartment! Zeena let us know all the amenities and pros living here!

The property is beautiful. I especially loved the view from their sky deck. The employees were very welcoming. I toured with Zeena. I was very impressed with her professionalism. What can I say? This building is my spirit animal. It has the perfect vibe, a combination of elegant and hip. I love the rooftop area and the lounge spaces are too die for, far beyond most complexes in the area. Not to mention it's really close to Downtown and the Whole Foods so everything is within walking distance. The best part though is the staff in the office, they are so helpful and go above and beyond to make people feel welcome. This really is a five star building with service far beyond the other spots in town.

This review is long overdue. We have been living here since 2021 as one of the first residents of Hanover Diridon. We loved that the building was brand new and the location was unbeatable since it’s walking distance to nearby shops and restaurants and it’s very accessible to the freeway and airport. We love that is takes less than a 5 minute walk to Whole Foods to do our grocery shopping or returning Amazon packages. We also love that FedEx is a 5 minute walk away as well as many restaurants within the vicinity with outdoor seating for our fur babies. For the building, we also liked the many different floor plans offered. Some come with high ceilings, walk-in closets, built in shelves, and a desk. One of the reasons why we continue to live here is because of the Hanover Team. They have been wonderful to work with! Caroline, Chelis, and Brianna have been so very helpful and responsive whenever we have questions and needed assistance with something. It makes a huge difference to have Property Management on-site as other properties have virtual management which is pretty non-existent. Mark and Erick and the rest of the maintenance team have been great to work with as well. In all the years living here, this pet friendly property has been well maintained and cared for. We never had any issues such as mail or package theft which is known to happen in many other properties. Hallways and common areas are always clean and the trash rooms are always clear with no sight of garbage being stacked up. Even friends and family that come visit us notice how often the building is cleaned and were impressed. The Management team really put a lot of care into this building making sure it stays clean and well maintained. Out of all the apartments we have lived in, Hanover Diridon has been the best in comfort, safety, location, and service. We love living here!

I recently moved to Hanover Dirion. The leasing agents are always attentive and the maintenance team keeps the property looking spectacular. Dog welcoming community! They have dog treats and a dog wash area. Very fortunate to be close to Whole foods, Starbucks and Target.

Hanover diridon is beautiful!! The kitchens are spacious and I love the amenities including the coworking space and outdoor areas. The location is also prime right next to Whole Foods and the SAP center, it’s also walking distance from downtown. More than anything the staff is amazing, Caroline and her team go above and beyond to help if anyone needs anything and they are so responsive to calls and e-mails. Truly appreciated!!!

I toured Hanover weeks ago for a 2B2B and I had an amazing experience while visiting. Kriza was a fabulous tour guide and really sold the place well. Definitely the best personal attention I’ve had on one of these tours. The layout of the apartments looks good too, overall seems like a great option.

This apartment complex is so beautiful. There are so many things I noticed while visiting my daughter, who lives there. The hallways seem to be clean and quiet always & I felt very safe coming and going at night. I just love the location. It's super easy to fly in and out of the San Jose airport via Uber or Lyft.

I would give this community a 10 out of 10 points (5 out of 5 stars) and rate them as truly the best community I've lived in. The community is very well-maintained and the apartment amenities are one of the best! The property manager, leasing manager, leasing consultants and maintenance staff are super-helpful and are very responsive. It's always a joy to interact with each one of them, be it in person, over the telephone, or via the email. They've also improved their security system to ensure that the garage door is guarded by a courtesy officer whenever the door needs to be fixed, and the officer is a very kind person who makes you feel welcomed each time you enter or exit the premises. Wish I could thank the service member for their service.

From the second I tour my current apartment with Chelis to now, I've been a very happy resident of Hanover Diridon. Chelis and the rest of the Hanover Diridon team are fantastic, my leasing experience was easy and experience of living here has been incredible. Loved the fact that they organized monthly events for residents, especially the food trucks. Being close to Caltrain and the rest of downtown San Jose is a major plus as well. Would highly recommend!

So glad I found the Hanover on the last stop of my apartment hunt! I was impressed they were open late on a Sunday during the only weekend I had to find a new home. Other properties didn't even answer the phone or return my calls. Chelis was friendly and didn't try to rush me during my tour at the end of what I'm sure was a long weekend. Caroline and her amazing team run this place with the customer service and cleanliness of a Disney resort! When issues do pop up, they are addressed promptly and professionally. Great, fun community that feels like home.

Hanover is a such a great property! It’s super convenient for me because everything is walking distance from grocery stores to restaurants on the weekends. I also love it because I’m able to take the Caltrain that is two blocks away to get to work. I’ve never lived at a property like Hanover, they have beautiful and clean amenities, and their customer service is always top-tier. Thank you to Chelis for always being there to help me with any questions I have. I 100% recommend living here!

I moved in 10 days ago & Hanover Diridon is just….phenomenal! Beautiful building, incredibly clean, and just top notch! I’ve met a few neighbors and they’re incredible! Have also met a lot of four legged neighbors! There are even treats at the entrance for our four legged best friends! Four legged neighbors LOVE the leasing office! In all seriousness, I moved here after having a terrible experience at my last apartment & this is such a breath of fresh air! I’m so grateful for Caroline & Chelis! I originally toured this building in 2020 & toured again in a few weeks ago, to my great surprise they remembered me and my family! Caroline & Chelis have been just incredible! I so look forward to running into them! Hardest working team! Their happiness and smiles are totally contagious! Living at a Hanover property is hard to explain, everything about the property has been carefully crafted for the best resident experience! And the staff is magnificent! In the 10 days that I’ve been here, there’s been a mimosa/donut, yoga and an upcoming Super Bowl event planned by the property management team! I wish I would have moved here in 2020! Highly recommend, you definitely will not regret it! The Whole Foods, cal train station, SAP center, & alameda shops down the street are SO convenient! This place just feels like home!

Bri from the leasing office was incredibly helpful when my boyfriend and I were looking to move in. She is super kind, bubbly, and understanding and made the move in process smooth and easy!

We have been residents here for two months now and Brianna - the property representative who showed and leased us our apartment ( which we love by the way) continues to go above and beyond for us. Every time we meet her in the halls or elevator she always has a bright smile and a warm hello. We recently had a few small issues with our apartment and neighbor, we reached out and they were taken care of immediately and with the utmost discretion. I was even feeling a little under the weather lately and she even went out and got me something to help. They really give you a little sense of family when you’re away from your family. Thanks again, Hanover is a Great property and has Great employees who are not just here to get you in but also to assist you on a daily basis.

LOVE LOVE LOVE my home. I love coming home and I hate having to leave! The leasing office has a lot to do with that. The office manager is a sweetheart and the other staff are so sweet and always smiling and excited to help with anything. But if I had a gold medal to give out for customer service/ family transplants, it would for SURE go to Bri. I knew I may be lonely having just moved away from family again, but Bri has made me feel like part of the family here so much. She prob doesn't even know it but she is now like my fun (not annoying) little sister that I haven't ever had. Love you, girl. Thank you so much! You rock like a Fraggle! You too, Auntie and Uncle C! ;) Love y'all! Thanks for everything!
