Pretty good place to stay quite lively except for the late night parties lasting upto 4 am in the morning. There is a puddle from apartments from the way to the office and they took a while to hand me keys for apartment and i did miss a few bills adding up each day meaning i had to pay extra for bills that were due. We moved in on September 4 and the keys were handed out like after 4 weeks that was kind of disappointing. Well far a good experience not that many issues.

A nice, clean space with luxurious living! The pool area is fun to splash around and the the dog park is a blast! They keep the the landscaping so prestige. Great place to live.

It has been nothing short of disappointment since I moved in. The air conditioner wasn't working the day I moved in. There's no lights outside my door. My washer and dryer haven't worked since I moved in almost 2 weeks ago. Both my sinks were clogged up at the time of move in. Someone came in to fix the clogged sink in the bathroom and broke the towel rack. I have a missing rack inside my fridge door. I was so excited about these apartments before I moved in, but not to sure about it now

Everything except communication back is good. I do suggest that cars not be blocking sidewalk when new residents are moving in as it is difficult to get things to the apartments then.

I was approved for a unit and was not told about the mandatory tech package that you have to get that’s $89. I was okay with the rent price, maintenance fee, pest control, and lock lease (it’s cheaper than coming up with $1500 deposit, however I was not informed about the tech package which is their wifi that I had to get and could not be waived. Brought my monthly total to $1025, which is slightly out of range. If you choose to rent here, please ask all the questions, even the ones that seem insignificant.

I’ve stayed here for 3 months. On May 23,2020 I opened my closet and a mouse ran out under my bed then into the kitchen . The next day I went in the office and told them my issue . I didn’t go into my apartment until someone came . No one attend to my issue in a timely manner . The assistant manger acted like she could care less . I’m so ready to move out of these apartments. I feel like roadents should be taking care of As when told the problem. She told me I would have to wait til Thursday just for pest control to come. Pest control should be on call 24/7 during the week . I will never recommend staying here at all . The staff could care less about you .

I keep my place clean 24/7 yet still have cockroaches and bugs all over the place constantly even finding them in my bed. I live on the first floor and every time it rains all of the carpet in the bedroom gets soaking wet fro the rain soaking in from outside. There is paint overspray all over the floors, when I moved in the walls were all messed up and the closet doors are semi broken. Everybody around me is very loud if you want a clean and peaceful place to live this isn’t the place go somewhere else. People are constantly blasting music outside, the parking lot is constantly filled with trash on the floors, one of the dumpsters caught on fire and I had to call 911 so my car didn’t catch on fire. There are stray cats everywhere around the property. Service request take forever to be completed you have to constantly keep asking them to get a response. I’ve lived here for less then a year and there has been 5 power outages already and have only been at this complex because the surrounding complexes all had power still. There “high speed WiFi package” is very slow. If I read a review like this before I moved in I would’ve been so happy but had to experience it all for myself and has been the worst living conditions I’ve ever been in, oh and there is a laundry area that has 8 washers and 8 dryers... sounds nice right? Wrong the washers and dryers are filthy and gross and for the past 6 months 12 out of the 16 machines have been broken so I can never do laundry and have to go drive to a different laundry place. It also costs like $5 to laundry so keep that in mind. This place is awful and hopefully y’all can see this and consider moving somewhere else because I can wait for my lease to be up so I can get out of here!

One bedroom, corner unit has plenty of space, older buildings but well built. Great price, great location not far from Globe Life Park and AT&T Stadium.
Great apartment with room to grow if you are single are with a large family first floor is great view of the pool during the day and at night it can be a great place to have family party's. there not a lot of small children hanging out side which is great and it is well kept each and every day, I must say they take pride in this complex and I have been here for one year the rent is affordable and no hidden fees which is great.
This is the first apartment I have ever lived it. I moved to Arlington to attend college and while apartment shopping I stumbled upon Landmark at Heritage Fields. I was so excited to have found something in my budget that I signed a lease just a few days later, pretty big "adult" move. I never got to view my apartment before moving, so I just hoped for the best. I'll be honest, it's not the nicest apartment, it has carpet and old appliances and the fridge makes funny noises but I have made it my home. I spent the extra money from my first few paychecks buying decorations and making its cozy. I have to go "off site" to do my laundry and I have had a few conflicts with the front office staff but overall I have had a good experience for my first apartment. My neighbors are quiet and I have never had to complain about noise. The area, North Arlington, seems to be higher in crime, but I have never had a problem or felt unsafe in any way. There is a pool to swim in, a workout room for exercise as well as wifi and a coffee bar in the front office building. I wouldn't say this is my dream apartment or that I plan to live here after graduation, but for as college student who moved here, it has worked really well for me.
Overall this is a great property! It's very quite! Upgraded appliances and counter tops. The only thing I dislike is not having a hallway closet ??
I love our home it is so quiet I'm peaceful. And when you call maintenance or go online to the app things get fixed quickly. Its Landmark and Heritage Fields apartments or North Collins Street in Arlington Texas. We have security gates covered parking. A pool table. Coffee bar computer room. The property is lighted well at night for your protection the gates closed period end
