I’ve been living here for a little less than a year and I absolutely love it. It’s beautiful, lovely pool and amazing community. Not to mention the staff - Ivette has been such a kind face to see anytime I need help or just getting a package. Maintence has been amazing as well! Quick response time and just a great team overall. Even though it’s never a great reason to have maintence in my apartment, I am always happy to see them knowing they will get things done and are so sweet. The whole team here is truly amazing. Highly recommend
I’ve been living at District at Biltmore, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with both the property and the staff who keep it running. A community is only as good as the team behind it, and this one truly excels. From day one, Assistant Property Manager Yvette, Leasing Agent Mark, and Maintenance Technician Brett have gone above and beyond to ensure a great living experience. Yvette is always professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about residents. Mark made the leasing process seamless and continues to be a friendly, helpful presence in the office. Brett is quick, efficient, and does an amazing job keeping the property in top shape. Beyond the outstanding staff, the location is a major perk—convenient, vibrant, and close to everything. The property itself is well-maintained, offering a great place to call home. If you're looking for a community where the staff truly makes a difference, District at Biltmore is the place to be!

I’ve been a resident of District at Biltmore with my partner for two years going on three. We’ve loved the residence and how well it is kept up, and we have loved having the convenience of receiving prompt help for any issue that we’ve had. Brett with Maintenance has continuously worked within our work-from-home schedule to complete all of the few maintenance orders we’ve needed to put in. The leasing office is also highly capable of providing any assistance that you might need in a timely and friendly manner.

I’ve been at this apartment complex for 4 years and I LOVE IT. The location is perfect the amenities are great and it’s so safe abs quiet. The front office staff specifically Ivette and Mark and literally the best and always so kind! I’m renewing my lease again soon and will be here until we decide to buy!

can't anticipate every hiccup, but the way management handles what goes wrong speaks volumes. Ivette is really great at addressing issues quickly and looking out for residents' best interest. rooftop parties are a plus and the rooftop grills are always clean. only complaint is the lack of respect between residents, but that's not something that management can remedy.

The building is well maintained and clean. My apartment has up to date appliances and is a good size 1 bedroom. The staff is very pleasant and helpful shout outs to Justin and Evette. The building manager Evette plans awesome events for the tenants. The complex has great amenities. I love to call the District of Biltmore home.

District at Biltmore Apartments is situated in an ideal location in Phoenix. Shopping, banking, numerous restaurant options, and more are within walking distance. The apartments are very nice and the property is well-maintained. The complex boasts plenty of amenities. My favorites are the spacious and comfortable resident lounge and the well-equipped fitness center. The office staff, including Mark, Ivette and Lisa, along with the property manager, Justine, are all very friendly, responsive and professional. Additionally, Bret does a great job in maintenance.

Love the location, great layout, nice amenities and unit features. Seems like a safe and clean community with friendly neighbors. Management and office staff are professional and friendly. Lots of animal lovers here which is great to see. Fairly quiet for apartment living and competitive price for all that it offers. I recommend living here.

Everyone has been very responsive and on top of things here. Everything is always clean and maintained.
I lived at the district for four years and truly loved calling it my home. The building is centrally located and right in the heart of the Biltmore neighborhood. The apartments themselves are very clean, high quality, and spacious. The amenities are well kept and, in general, the staff throughout my time there were always helpful, caring, and made the community feel like a safe place to call home.

I would recommend this apartment because of the office staff and their promptness in addressing issues. I never had an issue or complaint with this complex except for the garage gates. They were often malfunctioning.

I am using this apartment for business and have not rented in over 20 years. When I moved it, I wish someone had said, "just to let you know, your rent is due on the 1st of the Month, NOT 30 DAYS AFTER MOVING IN. I did not expect a 5 day notice to vacate. Staff told me I could pay online or provide a money order/bank check. That same day I let staff know I was having trouble logging in and was told tech support would be contacted. No one from the office at the building or tech support got in touch with me. When I followed up two days later on Friday late in the afternoon, I was told I couldn't pay online because my rent was late. Being new to Phoenix, it was difficult to find a bank that would help me with a bank check. This was so easily avoided. The building isn't so large that a personal touch would be burdensome to staff. Adam and Carlos and the other dude ( I can't recall his name, young gentlemen) are very respectful, courteous, personal and remind me of the initial staff which is why I chose to live here. Each is knowledgable and goes the extra mile with manners and fixing items. Each is very timely and respectful of my home and space. Each of them also ensures that they carry these mannerisms around the facilities and cares for the place like it is there own. Very exemplary men.

Extremely thin walls and floors make for a lot of noise transfer from the neighbors and from construction
Since I work an inordinate, and oftentimes from home, I need an environment that is quiet. The walls are extremely thin, and that is probably my biggest issue with the apartment. The appliances are fine, but not top quality, so that's a small pain point, too.
Worst experience of my entire life. Between the construction starting at 6:00am until pm weekends and all. Coffee machine never works. Can’t hold an elevator for move ins/outs. If I had more room to write I would.

Move in specials could be better, but I am also moving a few weeks outside of the special and I feel that in the event I were to lock down an apartment in the time frame the special is going I should qualify as I am committing to being a resident there.
Love the location and common areas. It's quiet and high quality.
General maintenance of the building is slow. Over 6 months to repair non-functioning light fixture in Stair Case C; non-functioning light fixture on parking level 2 for at least 3 months;
The leasing professional was able to give me so much information by answering all of my questions, looking up things that she was not 100% clear on, and sharing her personal rental experience!
I would recommend the apartment because of its good location, being a new bldg., likeable tenants, courteous and helpful staff.
We looked a lot, we liked what we saw at The District and it is close to the new job as well as shopping, dining and entertainment.
