Property Ratings at District at Memorial
Very disappointed after my move. It was good for the 1st two months but offlate things have gone terribly wrong here. 1. Security concerns- Atleast 8 cars have been broken into in the past 4 weeks, that’s 2/week atleast. The management doesn’t care nor are they doing anything about it inspite of raising this issue, multiple times. 2. Pests issue - I see roaches and rats running in my apartment and had to call pest control to fix it 3. The back gate has been broken for months 4. The fobs at the security gates donot work, so anyone can enter the building, especially through the garage 5.Parcels gets stolen from your door. I am moving out the day my lease ends !! And this same sentiment is shared by most residents here. Think twice before moving in to this complex

Yes i went in with my husband on Saturday and walked three units with the temp, and she was polite and was very helpful when answering questions. she was very knowledgeable, we were wanting to move in immediately and she explain the process to us and let us know that the manager was not available on weekends, but she would communicate the urgency with wanting to move with mgr. Ruby and Lynn they both did a great job with getting the process going. they both pushed the effort and we will be moving in soon. the property was everything we wanted and more the gym blow us away. sign moving in soon
Resident since August 2022, package stolen from door step (Dec) welcome mat stolen from door step (Sep)...extremely loud neighbors. Parking garage access is a bit narrow and people (stupidly) drive fast through garage making it sometimes difficult safely enter and exit. Also, ATT cell phone service is terrible here. I have to use wifi for calls, calls drop, etc. I have tried 2 different phones and have not been able to resolve the issue. I sometimes have to go outside just to make phone calls. I definitely do not recommend, especially for cost of rental versus safety/ comfort.
For the complex to be next to i10 its pretty quiet. Mature people live here, some details around the building are in need of attention but the apartments themselves are quite nice
Took me some time to write this because I was moving in but I wanted to make sure I say a big thanks to the staff here at District. Kathy was the first contact I had when I first arrived and she even knew me by name when I first came in the door. Wow, what a first impression! She was friendly and patient with my two kids and made sure to spend time with me during the tour. I didn't feel rushed through. She was genuine and professional. She even did a follow up call the next day. That was surprising because every other apartment I've viewed they did not follow up or send me the information I requested. Over the weekend after finally making the choice to apply, Phillip (I believe that's his name) also was very friendly and accommodating even though he was they only one working. He could of easily said he had no time but he made sure to fit us in. The staff here has been so friendly, even the maintenance staff. We rushed the move in and they allowed us to move in earlier than scheduled. The few minor fixes and touch ups were attended too and the lead maintenance manager went over and beyond to ensure our unit was in great working order. As a mom with 2 young children I haven't felt unsafe here. The parking garage is well lit and maintained. The gate functions off an app so it's convenient and it works well. I haven't had any issues with neighbors as well. Overall I'm happy I chose to lease here at District at Memorial!
Terrible management, poor security. Gates are often broken, there are no cameras, and staff is completely unresponsive. They lost their key to my apartment, the parcel service has been broken for a week, I could go on.
Recently built, low quality, stupid designs, minimal security, low power management. Inside: Few, small cabinets. No storage cabinet for your personal items in bathroom. Long hallways inside apartment and wasted area which counts towards sqft. Outside: broken entrance with ever fixing. Dark hallways. Only one trash room which if you unlucky is far away. Amenities: You have to pay for everything for meeting 2 guests. Old coffee machine with almost no coffee bags. Gym: Few options in the gym. Maintainance: Takes a long time to if ever repair. Good personnel.

Move here if you want your car or truck broken into. There is more crime here then anyone needs. They do not alert you of the crimes on the property as well.
I've enjoyed my stay here at District Memorial ,Bargain price considering the location and amenities .This is a very secure complex .Security is on sight and a key fob is required to go anywhere on the property
So... I recently just moved into the District at Memorial exactly a week and two days from today and honestly I can say this has been my best apartment move-in experience to date. From inquiring about the unit I wanted to my actual move into this community, my whole experience was smooth, easy and stress-free thanks to Valerie. Valerie is such a sweetheart. She was very nice, sweet, understanding, patient and accommodating to my needs in detail which made me very impressed and added to my decision to move into this beautiful community. I also got to interact with Brittany, Natalie and a few other leasing office staff and they were also very friendly, interactive and approachable. I love the fact that the residents in this community are also very nice and friendly and that the management has several weekly events planned to get the residents engaged which I feel is pretty awesome. Lets not forget the resort style rooftop pool, the two story gym and other state of the art amenities this community has to offer that also contributed to my decision...oh and also the freshly baked cookies always available at the leasing office that I cant stop snacking on lol. If you are looking to lease a safe and secure apartment in the memorial city area, look no further as I can assure you this will be the right community for you and you wont regret your decision. Literally no one except the residents of course, can gain access into this community from both the outside and on the inside as every entry requires a key fob access even when inside the garage which is pretty dope. Also you cant ever get bored living at this community as it is centrally located to city center, town and country and memorial city mall, so there is always something fun to do within the area. I am actually glad and happy I decided to lease here as I honestly have nothing but kind words for the leasing staff and the few residents I have come across so far. I indeed feel very much at home living here.
