I was at District for multiple years – it started out good, I can’t say it ended the same. Things I witnessed while living at 300 Seven Springs Way: - Most people are pet owners (no issues with this), however, some do not clean up after their pets (outside and inside). Dog pee and poop could be found in the elevators, hallways, outside grassy areas, etc. daily. - People allowing their pets to pee/poop inside the courtyard (yes, the same courtyard the pool resides) - Squatters living amongst us, while stealing other residents Amazon packages (this went on for months) - Break-ins in the parking lot (yes repair costs were at the resident’s expense) - Break-ins continuing to occur after management installed security cameras. - Piles of broken glass remained in the parking lot after the break-ins for weeks. - A vehicle being stolen from the parking lot (security camera didn’t capture that area of the parking lot) - Unsecure building – door locks not working - Service Master in Hazmat suits cleaning an apartment - Unprofessional office staff (they are concerned about one thing and it’s not you) - Not one staff member currently resides at District (need I say more)

Hi, Jen. Our team is saddened to see the contents of your reviews. We have spoken with you several times and would once again like to state that you were not a leaseholder within our community. Should you like to further this discussion, please give us a call. Thank you.
I’ve lived here for 4 months now and it’s been a great place to live so far. I’m a single woman and I couldn't have chosen a better place to live on my own for the first time. I feel safe, I never hear my next door neighbors and it’s a quiet location yet still near everything. The only thing is you can hear your upstairs/downstairs neighbors sometimes (walking and talking) but Ive gotten used to the footsteps and it’s not all the time. I like the amenities too but one of the treadmills in the gym is down right now, wish they would fix that and also add a stair climber! Other than little things like that, I’ve loved my experience so far. The staff is also very friendly and attentive.

Thanks for the 5-star feedback! We are happy to hear how much you are enjoying our community!
I've lived here since June 2022 and I've had to make over 5 requests to have my apartment insterminated. It is disheartening because I take pride in keeping my apartment clean and in order. However, regardless of what the renter does to reduce the appearance if bugs, it does not work. I can't even sit on my balcony at night because of the "wood roaches". I am working on sending a formal letter to corporate and to the BBB because this is anything but a "luxury" apartment.
Been living here for a couple of months now and it’s great! Located in an area that’s fairly close to downtown and plenty of good restaurants within walking distance. Office and maintenance staff are extremely friendly as well which is a plus. Will recommend to others for sure!
I’ve really enjoyed living at this apartment! I especially like being able to walk to places to eat right within our complex! Maintenance requests are taken care of quickly and I love the amenities!
You will be floored with the beautiful apartments that you will be shown. You will be told about the proximity to the interstate and shopping. You will also be caught up in the fire pit, pool, and outdoor area. You will be treated as royalty, like you matter. What you will not hear about is the noise, the lack of parking, the disregard for your livelihood and safety as the doors are ALWAYS broken. Suggestion: look elsewhere or stay on the 4th floor to avoid noisy neighbors. This is coming from someone who had the ceiling literally collapse and flood my apartment after a leak not being fixed from April to February. There are more horror stories, but this is the one that sticks the most.
Great People that live here, great staff works here. Amid this world wide pandemic going on right now, i think the facilities team here does a great job keeping the place clean. The Front desk is very helpful, (Idell in particular). Totally recommend
This place is terrible. We moved in not too long ago and already know that we do not want to be here. They made us sign move in papers before ever seeing the unit & did not do a walk through inspection with us. Idell (the manager) handed us a paper and said to get it back to them. We walked in and this place looks like they didn’t even clean up at all or do a walk through previously themselves. There are so many broken appliances, rusted shower rods, floorboards coming up, etc. We took photos of everything and showed them to the leasing manager who said they could look at it, but we had zero follow up until a few days later when we submitted a formal maintenance request via their website. They sent someone without warning us and they told us that they don’t have parts to replace anything & would have to order it but they didn’t seem like they were actually going to do that. They made it seem like we were inconveniencing them by even asking, even though we have been nice throughout this entire process. Still nothing has been fixed and we have not received any follow up from management. The people who run and maintain this place are incredibly lazy & do not want to help, even if they save face sometimes. This place sucks. They need to hire new people to run this place.
I’ve been living here going on two years. They can’t keep their hallways clean and the trash is always full to the top! It’s disgusting!
DO NOT MOVE HERE! I lived here for a year and it was an unpleasant experience from start to finish. Management puts on the friendly face at the start but at the end of the day they don't care about you at all. Rent is overpriced for what you get. The amount of parking is a joke. The pool closed multiple times during the season. Many other amenities did not function properly all the time and were poorly maintained. Management also will lie on your move out report in order to return less of your deposit. If you do make the mistake of moving here make sure you are very thorough in your move out. Make sure you get record of returning keys, parking pass, and fobs as they will lie and say they never got them to charge you more. Management is not to be trusted, they are not your friend!
The apartments are nice looking and spacious but they are not worth the money. You can hear EVERYTHING: footsteps in your ceiling, conversations coming from the sides of your wall, etc. I am almost afraid “to do life” in my place as to not disturb others. There’s dog poop on the grass all the time and management sometimes act as if there are running a college dorm. Not what I expected when I moved in and it’s certainly not worth what they charge for rent. If you are really considering, try spending a few hrs inside the apartments and have a feel for it, dont just do the walk in and leave.

I moved to Nashville a little while ago, and was searching for the perfect apartment for months. I was so happy I found my home! Staff and maintenance are very good about communicating and response times, the amenities are great, and the apartment layouts are wonderful. For the price I pay, I am beyond happy. Location was a huge factor for me, and District at Seven Springs was located in the perfect place, with many restaurants and groceries stores close-by. I plan to stay here as long as I can!! Most young adults and families live here, so the buildings are very quiet, especially at night. I highly recommend District at Seven Springs to anyone looking or moving in Nashville/Brentwood.
I have now lived at the district for three years, and I can honestly say it is my most favorite complex I've ever lived in. The staff is super friendly and very understanding. The maintenance people are also very nice, and are there whenever you need something. I also really enjoy the security of the buildings and how every resident has their own key fob to gain access into the buildings. The pool is great, and super fun in the summer! The staff also puts on great gatherings throughout the year, and they always have fun contest's going on. I actually won the Halloween Door Decorating contest and got a gift card to target and a goody bag from Comcast. It was so cool! The apartments have great finishes and good appliances. The trash access at the end of the hall is very convenient. I also really appreciate that they have a recycling dumpster. Overall I would recommend this complex, I even have three friends that live in the same complex because of how nice it is. It is also reasonably priced for the area and all the amenities you have around you. Love calling this place my home! :)
I lived in these apartments for 13 months and would warn anyone before signing a lease here. While the look of the apartments are updated, the quality of craftsmanship is sub-par. In the time that I lived there I had multiple maintenance requests including leak above exterior door and my A/C unit would frequently freeze over and shut off. After moving out I unfortunately had multiple packages that were not forwarded to my new address (do not expect management to go the extra mile... WON"T happen)... the packages that weren't shipped back to the sender are basically lost as I have not been able to get management to respond to ANY emails.
I've lived here for several months now and I wish I didn't. You can hear everything that is going on in your upstairs neighbor's apartment. If the side neighbors have music going you can hear that too. Before I moved in I was told that the apartments had "a special soundproof barrier" which is why I wanted to live here. Wrong! You can even hear people walking down the hallways in your apartment. The apartments are also falling apart inside (cracks in the wall, unmatched paint from them repairing previous holes). I spend way to much money to live in this place. Not good!! There is never any parking either. Good luck getting a spot close to where you live!
I absolutely love it here! My husband Patrick and I have lived here since April. We have a seven month old baby. We chose District for the secure building. Safety is a big thing for us with a little one. You have to have a key fob to enter the building. We live on the first floor facing construction. At first, we were hesitant living next to construction. However, it has been really quiet. The workers are gone before we get home. I love sitting with the baby outside or reading on my patio. We have only had one maintenance call so far and that was for a burned out light bulb. I was half-way expecting it to be like every other apartment complex we have lived in, and take a month for them to come by. However, I kid you not, they were here within the hour. They were so polite and courteous. They even asked what else they could do while they were there. Even the office staff will always ask what they can do. Rent is lower than a lot of places in the area. However, most places are older than The District and just have new renovations. I mean why would you pay more for an older tiny apartment, when you could get here for less? My husband and I love to have date night at Fire Birds or the Corner pub. Its like a 2 minute (leisurely ) walk if that. I also get my nails and hair done at the shopping center right in front of us. We enjoy our Sunday family date days at First watch or the Well coffee house, again a 2 minute walk from our apartment. We also occasionally walk to target! My mother-in law stays in the Guest apartment here and loves it. I think it the model too, because it looks so nice! Everyone here is so nice, especially the office girls. They always help and respond to me right away. I was so nervous about moving again and constructions. But I mean lets face it, ALL of Nashville has construction. We have already talked about renewing next year! This is my first review on here. I feel like i'm rambling, but i'm just so happy! Thank you District!
These apartments have SOOOO much potential but unfortunately after living here for a year, I came to realize they simply fall short. The price for these is pretty high for what you get. The apartments themselves are pretty nice with granite and stainless and what not but overall the amentities are not that awesome. The halls remain dirty for days on end and in the winter if it snows, don't count on the snow to be shoveled. Building 1 tends to get taken care of more than building 2 and it is definitely noticeable. Building 1 has nice decor, paintings on the walls and what not on the first floor whereas building 2 has plenty of urine puddles and scuffed walls. If they were managed better, maybe they could actually show value for the price they are charging
These apartments are quiet, full of young adults, and the convenience of I-65 and shopping is a HUGE plus. Couldn't imagine another place to live in Nashville. Affordable rent for a place that's well worth the price. Love it here!
