The staff is extremely attentive from the manager to the maintenance staff. Since we are in a new building, all of the tenants moving in seem to go out of their way to be friendly and get to know each other. So far, we have had two lovely events hosted by the management... a Mexican buffet and a succulent planting party. I think this is going to be a very nice place to live.

Love it! By far the best place I have ever lived. So close to shopping, coffee shops, Trader Joes, my gym....and I can walk to them all!! The people here are all so nice and I is always super clean - I even see them vaccuming the stair wells weekly. SO CLEAN! Thank you District!!

Amazing, really attentive team. The facilities are immaculate and brand new. Christopher deserves a lot of praise for showing a lot of care. The apartment is new and we have only had a couple of very minor issues but they were resolved so quickly.

First of all, I love the scenery from my apartment through wide windows facing North and West. Second point, the location is very nice to access main cities such as Durham, Cary and Raleigh as well as it is very convenient for shopping due to shopping center like Target, Traders Joe Park West Village and other restaurants. Third point, there are so many shops and restaurants, it is very quiet and there are many greens (trees and turf). Fourth point, home appliances including ceiling lights are equipped so I can stay without problem from first day (move-in date) of my apartment.

Enjoying my new place at the District Lofts in Park West! Love walking my pup around the neighborhood, and so does he. The sunset views from my apartment are gorgeous. Wish there was a pool and a bigger dog park, but overall it’s a wonderful place with amazing staff. Nice fitness center, patio, and clubhouse…. and let’s not forget the wine machine! ?? I like the package room setup too. Zayn and Diamond are fantastic! I made the right choice moving here.

Beginning my new journey here at the District I must say from the time myself and my husband tour the property the staffing team was very professional and we felt welcomed right from the moment. The moving process was easy and the team were able to answer all of our questions on hand or any questions we may have had later on. I'm really thrilled with the location. I love the gym, and there is so much in walking distance. The Crabtree Creek Greenway is epic and I walk to the lake from my apartment. The Reedy Creek entrance to Umstead park is 10 minutes away and the state park has amazing hikes that I really enjoy. It is a good life here and I walk to yoga on most days plus the airport is only 15 minutes away.

I absolutely love the modern apartment layout. Management is so friendly and helpful. Loved working with Tara through leasing and move in experience. Rent is definitely worth the location and amenities. There is monthly community events which is cherry on top of everything!!

District Lofts is a great place to live. I feel like I live in a penthouse apartment with how bright it is with all the windows. The DL team is wonderful and takes great care of the residents. This is a way of living that is well suited for those that tend to be introverts .. I can enjoy my solitude at the same time not be entirely isolated from community and visual stimulation .. The District Loft at Park West is a lovely place to live! The apartments are modern and clean. The halls and elevators are also clean and cheerful. Living here is small enough to get to know the staff and the residents quickly leaving you feeling a bit like family.
