Apartment staff is friendly and helpful to whenever we have problems or need assistance. The place is great so far nice amount of space and updated facilities.

It has not been pleasant. We have had so many new management teams, my car has been broken into and security was not doing their job, even with supposedly surveillance cameras nothing was done about it. Management does not respond to emails or messages. The only thing good here so far has been maintenance, they are a great team.
I really like Dixon House, nice apartments, convenient parking, great pool and gym. the only thing missing is a playground for children. maybe the owners will see this review and make at least some place where children can play, because playing in the parking lot is not very safe, and unfortunately there is no other place
The community is in good shape as well as the apartments but are starting to see the general wear and tear that most complexes experience after 3 years. There needs to be better resolution on maintenance requests for simple things like screen doors. Overall the community is pretty well maintained and there has been an influx of new residents with families
overall I like everything, I like how quickly the staff are willing to respond when you have a question or request, there are cons, but they are more related to the people who live at Dixon House, so I give 4 stars.
Nice place very quiet, nice neighbor, with gym club house, clean apartments, I recomend for all people want a nice and beautiful place to live
I love where I live. I’ve been at Dixon House since they opened, I dislike the fact that we’ve gone through so many property managers. That’s a little frustrating. We have a new property management team so we shall see how they work out and if they stick around.
It feels great living in these apartments, nice people and great surrounding. The place is very well kept and great for new people or residents.
Nice unit, good response to issues and great communication from agency. Although better instructions regarding trash dumpster access and operation would be nice.l instead of forced trash service fees.
Moved in right as they finished being built & have had nothing but issues. Our AC was out for over 7 days in the middle of the summer & had to be fixed multiple times before it actually worked properly. Trash is always overflowing (for days on end). Extremely high crime rate (cars being broken into, vehicles tires/rims being stolen, converters being cut off). Requested multiple times for the office to install cameras over the past 10 months & now installed them (March 2022). Office is absolutely HORRIBLE at responding to residents. The office is never open during “business hours” & never pick up the phone. Can’t email the office only call. Rent is being increased by 240/month without expanding any amenities. Random “inspections” & “maintenance” constantly without any explanation. Move out 6/1 get a letter regarding balance owed. Charged us for our electric bill which was already paid, charged us for carpet cleaning which we did prior to moving out (video proof) & for drip pans which we replaced prior to moving out. Went into the office (after attempting 3 times during office hours we finally able to catch them when they were open). Asked the office manager Yolanda to have the charges removed & she stated she was unable to do so even though I had proof. I ask why the electric bill balance is reflected when it was paid. Yolanda asked for the proof to be emailed over, emailed proof. Called corporate multiple times regarding the issue. Next day get a call from Yolanda stating they are dropping the unnecessary charges & the electric bill balance & I should get an updated letter from corporate regarding the new balance owed. 2 weeks go by & no letter. This back and forth “communication” goes on for months. On 9/7 get letter from collection agency about balance. Call office 3 times & corporate. No response. Can’t even get the office to pick up the phone. Call the collection agency & was told electric bill balance is still reflected & again provide proof that the amount is owed. This goes on for another 2 months & Sundance LLC did not remove any of the charges that they stated they would through the BBB communications. Ended up having to overpay the collections agency to get this whole situation to end after 6 months of aggravation. Save yourself time, effort, and a lot of frustration avoid all complexes owed by Sundance LLC, especially Dixon House.
I love this apartment is so amazing! The office management are all so sweet and nice! The maintenance guy is also amazing he always on top when I need something fix! Overall this has been the best apartments I lived it. The electric is a bit high here but the place is wonderful!
Sundance Property Management is an absolute joke. I attempt to call the office and no one answers. I leave voicemails and no one returns my call. Issue with your apartment? Good luck getting anyone to come out. I've been waiting a week and haven't heard back from anyone. The trashcans and compactor are always overflowing. Neighbors let their dogs bark all day and they don't pick up after them. Our neighbors got into a fist fight in the stairwell and the cops were called. Rent is grossly overpriced for the area. This is the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. Do yourself a favor and skip this one.
Was a great brand new complex with ardent but the loring group bought it and it’s gone downhill with there Sundance property management company, no one in office, trash laying around the property, compactor always not working
Trash is laying around on property and it doesn't appear that the management of the property is very concerned about resolving the problem.
