Dockside Clemson

Love it here although the communication with residents could be much improved. Love all the amenities and the apartment itself is very nice.

I love the community of Dockside and all of the amenities. There is always so much to do and the lake is right next to it. The staff is very friendly and helpful and make living here fun.

Very nice and modern apartments. At first, there was issue with the fire alarm system but it got fixed. It's more quiet at night which is a plus

The staff are very helpful and quick to respond. The apartment is very nice and well-maintained. The community offers many unique amenities. There are so many good study spots and hangout spots around the community that make it perfect for college students.

In general, all the amenities are wonderful and everything is very clean. I love the events/activities they host throughout the month. I also think the staff in the front office are very nice.

Super nice location. Quiet, and very clean. The parking garage is nice, and convenient. I think the valet trash services are very nice as well.

Very nice place to live, moving in was very easy and has lots of good amenities. I really like having the bus drive and pick us up from campus daily.

I really have enjoyed my experience so far. There have been many great things from the living area to the amenities. We had almost no trouble at all moving in.

I have loved living here so far! Everything has been great and the views are amazing. Also love the retail!communication with management could be better but overall have had no real issues.

I love the community and amenities that come with living at Dockside. The apartments are very nice and updated. There is a lot to do around the area, especially being on the lake.

The environment and atmosphere is really nice, but the relay of information is lacking. When you ask questions they don’t seem to complete the task like they say they are. I personally had to ask for an email to be sent to me 3 times and still never received one. Other than that the people are super sweet and the amenities are really nice. The key to only access the doors and your door is a nice feature as well.

I personally have really enjoyed dockside so far as a resident. I love all the amenities that come with this apartment building. Being near the lake is probably one of my most favorite parts of living here at dockside.

The management team is responsive and friendly, always willing to address concerns or maintenance requests quickly. The amenities are a major plus—there’s a beautiful pool, well-equipped fitness center, and a communal lounge that makes it easy to socialize with neighbors. The location is ideal, close to shopping, dining, and public transportation, yet still quiet enough for a peaceful living environment. Parking is convenient, and security measures like gated access provide extra peace of mind. The only downside is that rent prices are on the higher side, but considering the quality and services offered, it’s well worth it. I highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to live!

Dockside was great; my only issue was the noise trying to sleep while facing the highway, and I felt that the hallways and stairwells were always messy

It’s really nice here, the only complaint I have is how much I can hear my neighbors above me and beside me. And how there isn’t a lot of parking for guests anymore since the Big Boy lot closed. I’m hoping they allow more parking in the bottom of the garage soon.

It’s been really great so far. Love the convenient location, restaurants, and amenities. The staff is always helpful and friendly. Definitely would recommend to a friend.

Love it at Dockside! The amenities are awesome and the location is perfect! I love the modern style of the apartment and that I am able to have my own room and bathroom.

Living here the past 2 years has been great. I’m so happy I took the risk and got to live here with my best friends enjoying what’s around. The staff is always kind as well

At first it was rocky when the apartments were just built but as time went on I have really enjoyed living at dockside. I love being able to walk on my balcony and see the lake and just walking distance to swim in the lake.

Living at Dockside has been nothing short of a good time. There is never a shortage of things to do, from the pool to the tanning bed to the docks. Not to mention the friendly and helpful staff.

While I have not lived here yet, the staff and property manager have been incredibly kind and helpful. I am very excited to live here next year and get to know everyone better.

Great apartment and great staff. Always quick to respond to service request I put in. Great amenities and atmosphere. Nice new building and easy to get to campus.

Moved out now but I had fun two years. Management and the building in general than the previous management company. Good amenities and positive experience

Great location Easy living Wonderful maintenance crew Nothing major maintenance wise but very responsive scheduled maintenance of air filters etc Spacious modern apartments. Good neighbors and within walking distance to several restaurants.

I’ve had a good experience, good amenities, good location, and nice staff. All the staff is eager to solve problems and assist you if needed. The amenities are all clean and presentable at all times.

Maintenance and staff was fantastic! The only thing is the rent was not worth it as you are paying for an “aesthetic” apartment not a good quality built apartment.

The office staff and amenities are great, beautiful rooms, and very safe. The only complaints were the fire alarms at the end of the year and leaky pipe problems from my apartment and the one above me which leaked down.

I immediately loved the atmosphere when I first walked onto the property. It is very much a South Caroline and lake vibe! The property managers and individuals working the desk were so kind and welcoming! The property seemed very clean and has a beautiful lake view!

Very good. Amazing location especially with the lake access. Great place to swim and be social with friends. Gym is very convenient and has the necessities

Living at Dockside for the last two semesters has been a blast! If you enjoy live music, sunsets on the lake, a dog-friendly living environment, and being a part of a loyal community, I recommend Dockside to YOU.

love it! they complete maintenance requests in a timely manner and my questions are always answered. i would definitely recommend anyone to live here
