We are very sorry that you feel our maintenance is terrible. Please contact the leasing office so we can make it right. Like most industries, staffing is hard to find. We are working very hard to find the right person. As far as the rent that we charge is right in line with the market. We are upgrading many of our units and we will be working on the exterior very soon. We are very excited about the changes that are coming to our property. If there is anything we can do better, please stop by the leasing office, we would love to chat,
New management took over not too long ago. My fiancé and I left due to my military orders and they have bent over backwards to make things better in every aspect when we came back from what we have seen. We would recommend these apartments to anyone while Carol-Ann is in charge. Jeff & Matthew are the maintenance workers & let me tell you... they went ABOVE & BEYOND to make sure they got us in our new apartment ASAP. They did any incredible job & everything is basically updated & so pretty. Much better than when we were here before. MUCH better!
I lived there one LONG LONG year! Hot and cold water in shower either scalded you or froze you. Air didn’t work in summer and hardly any heat in winter. Big cracks around patio door and cold air blew in all winter. Maintenance was call so many times I just gave up. BUGS. carpet bugs came in the living room Almost every day. One morning I even woke up to a big long night crawler crawling across my living room carpet. I constantly sprayed bug spray and still had problems. When I finally moved out my electric bill was over $700.00 because the furnace/air never shut off when I used them. I could go on but you get the idea. This place is better than being homeless but that’s all. This was a couple years ago so it may Be different????
The units are outdated and when new management took over in January they decided to raise the rent by over 10% in less than a year. I’ve had so many maintenance issues including being without air conditioner the entire summer and them not caring to fix it. Parking is awful. Not nearly enough parking spaces. The pictures included above of the updated unit are NOT what these apartments look like. Shingles are continuously falling off the roofs. Apartment manager is rude and doesn’t want to address any of these issues. I promise this is not a good place to live. I can’t wait til my lease is up and I move.

Apartments are falling apart. The only thing that management cares about is the disgusting pool. The rest of the complex is trashy.
Were told to give deposit to hold apartment until we could see it. Also told it was refundable if we did not like the place. When we saw the place, it looked terrible. They now say that since we were approved for a nicer unit, the money was deposited and not refundable. Do not trust these people!
