Had specific dog breed concerns as Pet Friendly apartments
We are requesting about our puppy who is a service dog and super friendly but they are still concerning about money more than negotiating with us. Never respond on time while charging us unnecessary pet charges. Do not talk to us even if we wanted to and visit them every other day.

By far the nicest apartments in Woodville. Great place to live. Highly recommended!

Staff was never in office. Did not fix things on time or at all. Would not suggest living there.

great apartments.. have been updated and new paint everywhere.. staff onsite is wonderful and has always been very attentive and make sure that we are taken care of..

Awesome apartment complex
We live on the property in a very nice apartment and have for a few months. Everyone is so helpful and very welcoming. Very beautiful property. The staff is very kind and understanding. They are constantly greeting us and always have smiles on their faces.. I would definitely suggest this apartment complex to everyone I know.

Good Place
I lived here a few months ago, I had to move due to my job. I enjoyed living there. I had good neighbors and got along with the staff wish I could say the same for were I am now!

Looks are deceiving!
We pay $730 a month for a 3 bedroom 2 bath. The landscape is very nice. There is a pool and gym for our use. We have been here since Apr 2015, and have had many many problems. We have no been able to use the pool because its never clean therefore they keep it locked. Almost none of the equipment works in the gym so there's no use going workout. We have had a roach problem since we moved in but the manager hasn't done anything to solve it. Even the maintainance man has said all this is due to corporate. They are cheap and do not want to pay for anything. They bandaid everything! We think we are over paying for what looks nice outside but is very cheaply kept up inside. We'd love to move!
