My neighbors are friendly and helpful without being obtrusive. The walking areas are safe and peaceful along the marina. Riding the water taxi is so relaxing. The September dances at Burton Chace Park are family- oriented and so much fun. The instructors choreograph dances to specific songs. The photo booth is free. The nearby library, Trader Joe’s, Ralph’s, and Pavilions are other places to visit. The Marina del Rey mall is worthy of a varied shopping experience that feels like a movie set.

Lovely place. Nice that it is a smaller complex. Maintenance has been excellent so hope they stay amidst any organizational changes. Do wish there was less turnover in mgmt as that is not a good thing.

Love living here. It’s quiet, private, clean and most of all the apartment neighbors are friendly. The surrounding area is very serene. Management is professional.

I love living here, but I am concerned when they raise rental prices to be unaffordable and less amenities the longer you live here. It should be the opposite for good tenants to stay in building longer.

Monte Carlo Marina Del Rey: 9 Years of Riviera Living For nine years, the Monte Carlo in Marina del Rey has been my personal Riviera escape. Sunsets bleed into fiery oranges and pinks, painting the sky in a masterpiece that never gets old. The constant hum of the harbor thrums with life, a melody I can't imagine living without. Imagine stepping out your door and breathing in the salty air, a constant reminder of the ocean's embrace just steps away. The gentle sway of docked yachts is a mesmerizing lullaby, a constant companion to lazy afternoons by the pool. 9 years here, and the magic hasn't faded. The Monte Carlo itself offers a quiet sanctuary within the vibrant energy of the marina. Evenings on the balcony are a symphony of clinking glasses and laughter, a soundtrack to countless summer nights. Here, worries dissolve like morning mist under the California sun. Great place to live!
Wonderful neighbors, staff, and location. We also have very nice amenities including a gym, spa, and pool. Close to beaches and shopping.

I love where I live but the main management company absent, they do not fix things that are broken. They say we are in a "luxury building" yet nothing works and amenities are taken away from residents often as our rental prices increase. We pay more for trash, washing services for no known reason

Great apartment , centrally located with easy access to different parts of he city & beach communities. The apartment is spacious with a great view of the water channels. Restaurants, bike paths, beaches and medical facilities are close by in walking distance. I love it here for the last (6) years.
