Man where do I even start, they blocked their customer's phone number. They have a bad policy compared to other apartments. They expected you to pay 2 months to break the lease, and another 2 months for vacant. Total of 4 months, they don't even accept money orders, only cashier checks. Mind you, this place is also part of a price-fixing scheme in AZ. I would avoid it at all costs.

DO NOT RENT HERE! This is the most poorly run apartment complex I have ever lived at. When I moved in there was about 25 pounds of mysterious white powder in my carpet. No joke. Not only did they do NOTHING about it, it ruined a brand new vacuum completely trying to clean up, gave my cat permanent breathing problems, and has had god know what effects on my heath. If I had the money to pursue legal action I certainly would. They also charged me $1,000 when I moved out for no other reason than I gave notice a couple days late, still almost 2 months in advance mind you. I always paid rent on time, left the apartment in perfect condition. Tenants were moving out in the middle of the night all the time, leaving their apartments trashed. The area seems unsafe. They DNA residents dog poop??? But there is still dog poop everywhere all the time. Abandoned shopping carts on the grounds. DO NOT MOVE HERE.

We haves lived at Domain 3201 for a little over a month. We rented the apartment sight unseen from another State and the leasing staff couldn’t have been nicer and more helpful. We were not disappointed when we arrived. New carpet, flooring & paint on the walls. The front office staff is wonderful! Maintenance has been extremely quick and helpful with any work orders that were submitted. The mail & package process is very efficient. The rental price is excellent and we are very happy to be residents here.

I moved to Domain 3201 from Denver a little over a month ago. The staff is very polite and rented my unit to me sight unseen and over the phone. The apartment is everything I was told it was and the amenities are great. So far so good for my family at Domain 3201.

I am not able to recommend this complex, maintenance and customer service is a nightmare. Besides the location and the views, there is not much else I am able to brag about. Also, 2 out of 3 pools are being worked at for MONTHS in our complex and are moving in slow motion to get repaired. Summer is here and we are not able to enjoy the amenity we all pay for. Pool work should have been done during the winter, not in the middle of summer. I live overlooking the pool and I can confidently state that the men who have worked on the pool take their sweet time, there is no urgency or inventive for them to do the job in a timely matter. They move slow and do the bare minimum.

My initial experience was the worst for someone already stressed out about moving and to walk in on day one to a complete and utter mess. Carpets were stained, not clean what so ever. Needless to say not livable on day one of moving in. Now I am pleased that thats behind me and that its all figured out. But now service calls are a joke.

This place is far from excellent. New owners increased the rent $200 on my lease. Never got a chance to look for a less costly place as I got my renewal 2 days before my lease was up. Apartments are a dump. Maintenance is non-existent. If AC breaks, they will get to it when they can, barring the fact that we live in one of the hottest states during summer. My license plate was stolen off my car and a resident picked a fight with me..for what reason, I don't know..?. There is no Security. People constantly going thru the dumpster for stuff.. isn't that an invasion of privacy? I believe it is and the owners of the community could have charges pressed against them. We have a global pandemic going on but they still want your money, even though many people are out of jobs. Why not waive rent for March and April until this pandemic is over. Only they would think to be that benevolent..Not. Don't bother renting here. Too costly and too dangerous.

I searched many places and here at Domain 3201 was by far the best service from the management staff! Elena and Brianna returned my calls, were patient in helping me through the applying and showing process and made it possible for me to move in at a very fast and convenient date! they made a very stressful time turn into an optimistic and exciting experience.

Domain 3201 seems like a beautiful and affordable apartment. This is going on my third year here and have seen the true colors of the management. It’s all deception and for show. After my first year, my rent was raised by $50. To which I tried to compromise this increase by suggesting a two year lease. This was refused so my husband and I were forced to downsize to a smaller unit. When asked why the rent increased, they had said “keeping up with market value”. When I spoke with my father who works as one of the county’s assesor, this information was clearly false.This is now the end of my lease in this unit and recently received my lease. They raised my rent again! When asked this time, the same “market value” claim was the response.In addition to this, at the end of my first year here was told I owed money from not paying my rent in full over the past several months. I asked for a print out of the ledger for the length of that lease and brought to a friend who is a book keeper and possesses a masters in Business Administration, and she had pointed out they are counting the EXTRA amounts we were paying. This amount was from overpaying on the utilities that they “use a formula” to predict what the cost will be for the upcoming month. However, they refused to believe that, despite pointing it out on the ledger. I was forced to pay the amount or have no where to live. To continue, I have ordered multiple packages online that have been stolen or “misplaced” by the management. Most recently, a package from USPS was delivered there, per the USPS website, and the office staff continued to say it was not there. I contacted amazon who resent the item at not cost. The next day, the original package appeared on our front door. No notes, no knocking on door to communicate etc. so, the office had the package yet didn’t want to search when asked to. Now for the remodeling, both my kitchen and bathroom cabinets have fallen off the hinges. They were “fixed” and immediately broke again. Same thing applies for my closet rods. They were “fixed”, but have broken 4 times in the new apartment over a span of 5 months!!! You would think it would end there.. nope! My AC unit was leaking this strange substance and soaked the hallway carpet. One morning, woke up to flooding, our water heater had exploded and destroyed some of our property. Which Domain refused to do anything for other than replace the water heater.

Love living here! Emily gave us a tour of the great community and we applied for an apartment right on the spot. We have loved our apartment, and the staff really tries their best to make sure that everyone here is happy. The events are great, and maintenance always takes care of our service requests very quickly. We can't wait for the new gym to open!

We got the best of the 1 bedroom options (thats all we need) and there is no cabinet space, the cabinets are shelved really weird so nothing fits, they're too narrow for plates and too short for cups or cereal boxes, where the pantry should be there is a giant water heater so there so you can't put anything in there. Parking is a nightmare, there is maybe 10 non-paying spots and usually residents take them, so don't plan on having guests ever, no garbage disposal, the fireplace is in the most ridiculous place so it can't be shown off. Office staff is nice. Roof work is done at 7 am with no notice and they like to play loud music and stomp around so don't plan on sleeping in. The grass is also mowed at 7 am. The living room is big though. Ok as a first apartment but defiantly won't be renewing my lease.

I don't recommend renting here unless you're willing to contribute to their renovation fund after moving out. Never, in the 14 years that I have been renting, have I been charged a move out fee! In fact, I've always gotten my deposits back. I only lived at Domain 3201 for 8 months. The office staff was nice and they charged me a $99 deposit as an introductory rate. I made sure to read all the many (and ridiculous) conditions they had on the lease and abided by them. I also made sure to pick up after my dog and cleaned my apartment weekly. All was great until I moved out. I got a $500 bill in the mail to pay for cleaning and painting the whole apartment! There were marks on the wall before I moved in and I noted that in the inspection. I even made sure that the kitchen and bathrooms were clean when I left. I also have never heard of an apartment complex charging you to paint when that is part of turning an apartment around. I am extremely vexed that they waited until I moved out to charge me knowing it would be my word against theirs. I recommend going elsewhere for housing unless you think you can beat them at their game.

I have been living here for about 8 months, and love it! Maintenance requests are taken care of in a timely manner. Staff is responsive to issues and questions, and polite. They are honest when they don't have an answer for you, and work on getting you the appropriate answer quickly. The upgrades are great and having a washer&dryer in the apartment makes life so much easier.

Seriously, save yourself the headache and the aggravation. This place is not worth it. For one, the 'renovations' were so cheaply done it is a joke. The cabinets and drawers were already falling apart by the time we moved in. Secondly, they charge exorbitantly for water, sewage, and trash. However, the worst thing of all is that they take FOREVER with their work orders. The office staff is nice but totally useless. Our roof started leaking not once, but twice, and each time it took over two weeks for it to be 'fixed'. The second time the roof leaked, it took A MONTH for them to do anything, and that was only after a huge section of our roof collapsed. Even then, it took TWO WEEKS for them to even patch up the roof, and they have yet to fix the carpet or even check to see if mold was growing since this was during all the heavy rainstorms. It took them that long even after they were called repeatedly, several stops were made to the front office, and the property manager took a look at it. This issue still has not been resolved even though numerous attempts have been made to speak to the property manager, Brianna about it. I even tried going to the district manager, Erica, but it seems like she only works on Mondays and even after waiting two weeks have yet to hear back from her. Long story short, they will never get back to you about anything important, but have more than enough time to call about renting covered parking. Live anywhere else but this place, because I am counting down the days until I can move out.

I wish this place would have had reviews before I tried to move here. About a month ago I put down a deposit to hold an apartment and paid the application fee. My apartment was apparently being renovated so I didn't have a chance to even see it before I would move into it. After placing the holding deposit they called me and told me I had 48 hours to sign the lease or I would lose both my application fee and holding deposit. Not wanting to lose my deposit I went in and signed most of the pages that I agreed with even though on page 4 it says you need to view the apartment before signing the lease, I asked to see the apartment and they still wouldn't let me see it because "it wasn't ready". I should have refused to sign anything until the apartment was ready but they made it seem like that was the only option. After all that was done and before my move in date I was never offered to see the apartment after it was done and then I got offered a job in another city, and thinking they might be understanding and let me out of the lease only forfeiting the deposit and application fee, but I was wrong they told me I was either gonna have to sign a 3 month lease at around 150% of the normal price or pay the amount of 2 months lease to get out of the lease. This is all before I had even moved in or seen the apartment. The manager said she would try to help but it didn't seem like it and when I started asking questions about why I had to sign 2 days after my deposit and why I was still on the hook for the lease for the apartment when I was supposed to view it before signing the lease she said it was "company policy". She got very defensive and was snobby and rude when I wouldn't agree to pay $1400 to get out of the lease. Luckily after multiple discussions that went to the extent of me getting legal advice they found a replacement for my apartment that needed to move in right away I got out of having to pay the two months rent but still wasn't reimbursed my original deposit. My advice is 1. Not move into this apartment 2. If you do decide to move into this apartment make sure to read arizonas landlord and tenant act and no your rights (The manager very snobbily had words from their attorneys on why they don't follow it, so be careful) 3. Don't sign the lease before seeing the apartment you might move into, read the lease carefully and make sure the fulfill everything before you sign. Besides the manager the other people working there were very nice and helpful.

The new management has improved some things aesthetically and there is a great fitness center now. I am not completely happy with the new management though. Some people in the front office are rude. The big turn off though, is the workers parking in my assigned parking spot. It has happened many times and the front office acts as if they have no control over their own workers

so far, so good. a lot of changes. many units are being updated. grounds are being rid of old trees and being replaced by beautiful palm trees. all new pool chairs and gym equipment. the total overhaul by the new owners, Aspen Square, was greatly needed.

The new staff responds astonishingly quick to maintenance alerts and are always friendly in all dealings. We have an amazing fitness center, pool, and apartment layout. The location is fantastic and very close to shopping and restaurants. Spectacular pricing for the area!!! Love it here!
