Quiet neighborhood but repairs take forever and aren’t done to completion. When advised that the ceiling was leaking and caving they just painted over the problem area

Every thing is perfect and good. But the only thing is the main gate was not working most of the time. Remaining every thing is clean and good

Could be a lot better but unfortunately maintenance request are barely addressed. Also, trash on property and the price for the space isn't worth it.

It was good until I was placed in a roach infested apt. These apartments tend to flood from the ceiling a-lot. Needs renovations and contractors who actually take their work serious and actually repair these apartments after someone has moved out. The staff are nice in the office especially Karson. I know they don’t have control over the property and are just doing their job.

So far it’s been the best apartment I live so far I feel safe knowing the gate is lock at a certain time and I can use the gym and laundry mat anytime I want to

This place feels like home. Been here for 6 months already and couldn’t ask for more. Also there have been couple issue and have been addressed properly when talked to the front office.

The apartment complex is a great place to stay. The management team responds to any of your needs or concerns in a timely manner. They keep the grounds cleaned and the trash valet is awesome.

The apartment isn’t being kept up. Trees needs to be cut down and handle the trash compactor. The neighborhood stay dirty 4 years ago it was the cleanest place to live.

The management team is available when you need them. When anything needs to be fixed they answer our requests in a timely manner. The apartment is spacious and up to date appliances.

Located in a great area right off the intersection. Close to the grocery stores and Marshall’s clothing store. The apartment complex is alright it not a 5 stars

It’s been such a pleasure living here so far! The neighbors are friendly and the leasing office is quick to reply to emails! I had one issue that needed maintenance and it was fixed within a short amount of time. It took longer bc I requested to be there for it. I’m hoping the gates get fixed soon! I would give it 5 stars then!

Quiet and peaceful everyone seems to be nice and festive I love the move. Can’t wait to complete my apartment. Especially the kids rooms, they are going to love it

Not too shabby! We’ve needed maintenance several times but they’ve always been quick. There are a few bugs and it can be noisy at times but I am otherwise happy with my experience so far!

I just moved I. So far so good my oven went out before I could use it but other than that no issues. One thing that’s a turn off is the back patio there’s a door that leads to the stairs that’s a big no no for me ????

Pretty nice living here. Although, there are some bugs but that’s at any place lol. Maintenance is really good at getting things done for you.

Very respectful and kind staff that are beyond pleasant. They don’t seem to be sellers, but truly interested in providing strong customer service and support. This location has renovated units with an easy move-in! The neighbors seem pleasant thus far and I’m looking forward to community building events in the neighborhood.

I'm able to get assistance when I put in a request. I love with with the people in the front office they great customer service. Anything that needs to be fixed in my apartment gets handled in a timely manner.

My experience here isn’t what I was expecting. I was hoping the new people whom came in, would get things up to part. The amenities at this complex isn’t worth paying for . The gate stays open people are able to walk or drive thru . The outsiders are starting to tamper with residents cars. I don’t feel safe here and I feel the property manager doesn’t care. I’m starting to see a lot people move out at night. It may be lack of payments or just hate they resigned the lease again . New owners and nothing has changed for the better.

Exceptional, I really enjoy my apartment and community. Very clean and well kept. No loud music and residents walking around all hours of the day and night. Safe and beautiful location

Living here has been rather middle of the road. It hasn't been terrible, but not good either. Just okay. I also have lowish standards, so take that as you will.

The staff are friendly and easy to approach. From the first visit and during the application process, they were ready to help and make the process less stressful.

Management does not answer all emails nor respond when you put a maintenance request in. We’re moved in, in April and our dish washing machine has mold and sitting water. A complaint was made in email, in person and a ticket has been put in. This is unsanitary And harmful

Description of community is deceptive. Office does not respond to communication or requests. Upgraded apartments are not upgrades. They contain mold and are in poor condition. Very shoddy work. Officially regret moving here.

Move in process was very fast and easy. Maintenance could be a little faster on fixing. leasing staff very helpful and attentive. 7/10 apartment rating.

I cant recommend this place to someone who expects it to match what they promise on the website. This place is wanna be luxury. At move in my apartment was dirty and not fully finished with renovations. I have been a resident here for some time now and I have seen a lot. At first management seemed to care and all was good but then things took a turn, especially lately. Many of the new residents that have moved in are ghetto, I smell weed throughout the day and see people hanging out smoking. Lets not even talk about when some of the residents have sketchy visitors over. I have seen residents walk around looking into peoples backyard patios (contractors take a peek in also if your blinds are open), walking dogs who leave poop, letting their pitbulls run off the leash, residents walking around with guns etc. I have also seen other pet animals like rabbits just roaming as if this place is a zoo. The gate is broken often. My car has been burglarized twice, I have neighbors who have had parts stolen from their cars. (Imagine you come to your car in the morning to go to work and the engine is missing parts.) We all reported it to management but nothing has been done, they have a courtesy police officer now but he nor any security is ever seen patrolling the place when any of these crimes go down. Local police have even acknowledged the issue, but its really up to management. Amazon packages have gone missing, once someone stole my package only to find the box empty because someone already stole the package. The grounds aren't well kept compared to other rental properties, for example when they cut the grass and trees they just leave it on the ground. Residents throw food and trash over their patios and it sits for days until someone passes by to clean it. Maintenance is ok they come as quickly as they can but aren't given much to work with, the buildings here are old and they mostly just patch stuff up to get you by, then it beaks again. Pest control tries but the roaches, worms etc. keep coming. Valet trash barely picks up your garbage and the garbage compactor breaks down often leading to piles of stinky garbage with rats running in it. Some buildings also have plumbing issues, one day after a heavy rain there was sewage backing up in the parking lot. My neighbors in other buildings had toilets backed up and backup coming out the tub. Oh and there is a mold issue, you can smell it when your air conditioning runs and mold grows on the walls

If i could give this apartment complex zero star I would. DO NOT, I Repeat DO NOT move here. I wont even start with the issues i had just dealing with the leasing office to move into my apartment. The gate is always broken and has been broken for months. the entrance gate is now left open and as I'm typing this the exit gate is broken as well. the trash compactor has been broken for weeks and it is broken every other month. ALL 4 WHEELS OF MY CAR WERE STOLEN, AND THE CATALYTIC CONVERTER OFF MY SUV WAS STOLEN ALL WITHIN THE FIRST 3 MONTHS OF 2022. THE PRICE OF RENT IS NOT WORTH IT!! Do not let the pictures on the website full you, the apartments are not as upgraded as they let you believe. IF you care about you and your family safety move SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!

If this is only based on maintenance, I would recommend this community as they are fast friendly and efficient. I would NOT because half of the issues I've had should have been addressed before I moved in. (Though that is not the fault of Lincoln but the previous owners)

It's a good location. It all just depends on the quality that they are looking for
