This place is not management well. Dog poop every where..their appliances sucks..the material they use are cheap..washing machine does not work well. And counter top and cabinets are chipped Water bill is for the whole building not per unit..so the bill is over $100 every month…there are a lot more issue..if you move here you will find out more..they don't clean the coffee machine…. They have nice amenities .the outside is pretty but inside is horrible and they don't clean the elevator Hall ways and stairs. Whoever they use to clean the apartment before moving in, does not do a good job.

This place is infested with rats! The management has no clue as to how to run an apartment complex. The property company MRT Management have no morals whatsoever. The maintenance team take days and days to respond. The buildings are very dilapidated and in need of serious repairs.

The walls are so thin, you hear EVERYTHING. Poor construction and cheap materials (bubbles on faucet chrome, bubbles in bathroom tiles, messy grout, chipped countertops, crooked outlets). This is supposed to be NON SMOKING but all my neighbors smoked marijuana and that would seep into my apartment and the hallways. The valet trash rules were never enforced so neighbors would leave trash out for days in 100+ heat so the hallways smelled like a dumpster. They never cleaned the hallways so all the trash bag drippings were everywhere and you kept walking on that and bringing it into your apartment. Neighbors would blare music at all times, and it would vibrate the walls in my apartment.

There's nothing luxurious about this place. The appliances are cheap and the quality of the building is as well. The walls, floors, and ceiling are paper thin and the problem is exacerbated by inconsiderate neighbors. None of the rules set in place are enforced and complaints are disregarded by the front office managing team.

If I could rate the new management zero stars I would. Terrible management to say the least. They can't seem to get anything right. The gym is always dirty. There's hair and dust everywhere. The pool is never clean. The trash never gets picked up on time. ETC. They are very inconsiderate when you work from home. I have very important meetings throughout the day. Last night I received a text message from them at 6pm saying "There will be a hinge replacement done on your patio door tomorrow". I informed them that tomorrow would not work and I asked if it could be rescheduled. The new manager that looks very much like a Karen said that she could not reschedule. I said I needed at least a 24hr notice and she said she was not obligated to give me a notice and that they were coming inside. They think that they can walk into your home as they please because they have a master key. Do yourself a favor and find another apartment complex. I will be giving them my 30 day notice today and will be calling the National Apartment Association and the Better Business Bureau.
Do not move here. There was recently a change in ownership and the new management is beyond greedy. Rent has gone up exponentially for new tenets and there are new hidden fees. It’s a beautiful property but there are fairer places to live.

Please be aware that if you decide to rent at these apartments the manager Holly is extremely unprofessional. I recently applied for an apartment and was denied due to my income being slightly lower than the requirement of 3x the market rental rate. I am completely fine with this, but just wanted to be kept abreast as to the status as I originally applied on Sunday August 2nd and only received the denial today. This denial was received only after I made another attempt to contact the complex regarding the application status. My issue is not with the denial of the application but with the way in which the situation was handled, in addition to the refusal of a refund of the administration fee. Per the rental application it states you will be refunded the administrative fee if you are disapproved, yet they are refusing to give my administrative fee back because they state “the administration fee is not refundable even if you’re not approved which is not what the rental contract states”. Additionally both Holly and Karina also wanted me to give a notice to my current apartments to verify rental history even though they knew I was denied due to income. I spoke to Holly about refunding my fee and she was extremely rude, hostile and unprofessional. I told her I would be submitting a strong review and she stated “She was going to respond to my review that I was just mad I didn’t get approved and didn’t meet income requirements”. It does not end here though as the final blow was when she stated she would not argue with me and hung up in my face! I have never experienced such a strong lack of professionalism from any apartment complex. It is unbelievable to see an apartment manager act this way in such a rude and disrespectful manner to anyone regardless of the issue.

The signed paperwork we we have on file does not show where the administration fee is refundable.
