Property Ratings at Domain at Midtown Park
The property Manager Rochelle and assistant manager meesh are amazing and caring young ladies they have been patient and have worked with me since relocating to dallas and I am forever grateful
I’ve been here for 2 years and can say my experience has been great. I’ve not had any issues since I moved in.

Awww, thanks friend! We really appreciate your kind words about Domain at Midtown Park!
I would never recommend anyone to live here. It’s dirty, most things are broken and take months to fix, maintenance is quick to come look at an issue but not fix it, and you can never get in touch with someone via phone or email. You can go wait in the office for over an hour, in line with the other residents who have the same issues.

Hey - what a lovely thing to say! We appreciate you so much.
Maintenance requests are often marked as “complete” when the issue was not resolved.
Property Manager at Domain at Midtown Park, Responded To This Review
Hi there - thanks so much for taking time to let us know about your experience.
Grey star is a terrible company. The manager dresses very unprofessional, she doesn’t even present to be a manager. There is poor communication, no one has came to take care of my maintenance requests
Overall I've had a great experience so far with no major complaints to mention.
I am a current resident with problems too! It's the same story for me-- things were great before Greystar management took over. Since then my gate keyfob stopped working overnight, my maintenance requests get 'resolved' without anyone even coming to look to see what's wrong, and the leasing office never answers the phone. I'm sitting here with a bucket of ice in front of a fan because my A/C is broken and they will not respond to me. It's been days. This is unacceptable.

Was a resident here for two years, in that time my apartment was robbed twice, vehicle was broken into, my appartment building had extreme foundation settling issues which cracked drywall and black mold, apartments are overpriced and in a bad part of town, not to mention the managament company is refusing to issue our security deposit, stay away!

I'm disappointed to hear that your experience at Domain at Midtown Park wasn't a positive one. I'll speak with the team about what we can do better next time. Please contact our community manager at domainmidtown@greystar.com so we can work with you directly to turn it around!
I love living here, great place. My only complaint is I've had a broken washer since January, 3 different maintenance requests submitted, 3 visits to inspect washer, still have a broken washer 6 months later. Progress!
Property Manager at Domain at Midtown Park, Responded To This Review
So good to hear from you! Thanks for letting us know. If you could reach out to the office so we can schedule maintenance to come to your home and resolve the issue with your washer, domainmidtown@greystar.com. Have a great day!
Ever since greystar took over the experience went from good to poor. Maintenance requests are never updated, when I get a verbal update the maintenance team does not follow through with ensuring my issues are fixed. Washers been broken for over 6 months. I understand it's out of some of the admin teams control but it is reasonable to have a washer issue fixed within 6 months. The communication is poor and when I'm told something will happen, it doesn't happen. This occurs often.

Avoid leasing with Domain at Midtown Park Apartments. Despite the appealing model apartment for viewing, Greystar has unresponsive staff, they don’t answer the phone, don’t respond to emails. They “clean” the pool 2x a week but water is still cloudy, they won’t get rid of the birds nests in our hallways because they are “protected species by law” but still won’t clean up the bird droppings that are all over the hallways. Gates still don’t fully work. It will not get any better. They have several empty units for a reason

I am a current resident. Management does not take care of maintenance requests to the point of them becoming safety hazards. Homeless sleeping in the hall way. Weeks without AC repairs.

Would you be willing to contact us at domainmidtown@greystar.com so we can make it right? Looking forward to hearing from you.
I just moved here and I already know I won’t be renewing my lease. This place is such a facade. I moved in and saw dead roaches and what looked to be mouse droppings. I have pictures of live roaches around the apartment. Can’t wait to move out
Property Manager at Domain at Midtown Park, Responded To This Review
Brian, I am so pleased that we were able to connect earlier today to address your concerns and discuss the best possible outcome. While it is truly disappointing to receive the feedback, we will be working to address everything discussed today and aim to turn your experience from less than ideal into an exceptional one. Please feel free to reach out if you think of anything else before we meet next week. Thank you, Catherine - Community Manager - 469.301.2204
STAY AWAY! The mailboxes here are broken into regularly, I've had my car stolen, bike stolen (twice), and garage broken into as well. Don't let the gates (that don't work half the time) or the useless "security cameras" fool you, this place is NOT SAFE and you will regret moving here. The area is increasingly becoming flooded with homeless people and they're TARGETING this community... probably because they keep getting away with it. Management is doing nothing to fix these issues so do yourself a favor and LOOK ELSEWHERE.
Property Manager at Domain at Midtown Park, Responded To This Review
Bradley, This feedback is concerning to receive, and I want to thank you for taking the time to speak with me in person, over the phone, and in writing regarding the incidents. While we discussed that we can never guarantee safety as crime knows no area code, it was troubling to hear about the incidents, and I was thankful to learn that your vehicle was recovered so quickly. I want to reiterate to you that we take matters like this seriously and regret that you did not have the positive experience that we aim to give all of our residents. I wish you the very best in your new home. Please feel free to reach out if you have any other feedback you would like to share. Thank you, Catherine - Community Manager - 469.301.2204
I relocated and was initially pleased witg the service, I have been here 3 weeks and Im not very pleased at all. The staff are very friendly and although I recognize we are in the midst of a Pandemic, Im not at all happy about the noise level of my upstairs neighbor and quickness of maintenance repairs. The noise issue is extremely bothersome as I work from home.
Domain is by far the best complex Ive lived in so far. Service is quick and efficient, apartments and property are always clean.
Management is very attentive to needs of the residents
This has been the best apartment complex I have lived in. The office staff and maintenance staff are amazing and extremely accommodating. Claire, Fatima and Kara in the office are so wonderful and Jordan and other maintenance crew are as well.
The Domain at Midtown has the best team! They respond quickly and keep the community felling like a place you are proud to call home. I have lived at a few different apartment complexes arcoss Dallas Over the past decade and The Domain is hands down the best!
I love living here, other than a few issues like few visitor parking, no sound proof walls etc. it has been lovely living here. Its a beautiful community I recommend you give it a try if the few issues I listed above dont bother you as much.
Jordan replied to my service request one hour after submitting it and had everything completed a couple of hours later. The team at The Domain at Midtown is wonderful and they take excellent care of their community!
I have enjoyed my living experience here with the Midtown community.
Domain at Midtown Park is a very friendly community. I'm really happy I live here.
Although a new resident I havent found one complaint with the Domain @ Midtown. Very pleasant property to live!
DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!! I can honestly say that this is the absolute worst apartment I have ever lived in. The office staff is no help, the manager is never available, and you will never get a response back from the management company. Christmas Day my family drove 2 hours to come spend Christmas with me. I have a disabled mother who is wheelchair bound, as well as a disabled sister. They arrived Christmas morning, and while helping my mother out of the car, we were informed by another resident that the elevator was broken and had been broken for about 3 weeks. I live on the 2nd floor, and was never made aware of the elevator being out of order, as I do not use it often. No notice went out to residents, and there was no notice on the elevator itself. My family had to pay for a hotel for the night and had to cut their week long vacation short and go home the next day. I called the office and made them aware of my situation and let them know how upset I was and how disappointed I was with them. They first tried to argue and say that a notice was sent out, it was only after she went back in their records that she admitted that nothing was sent out. I was told that there was nothing they would do as far as prorating rent or anything like that for the inconvenience. I also tried to contact the management company (Bhmanagement) several times and did not ever hear back from them either. The front gate is also open all the time, and the entrance and exit gates in the complex don’t close all the way, allowing anyone off the street to just walk through them. There’s also a pedestrian gate that anyone can reach their hand through and unlock it to gain entrance to the apartment. My car was vandalized last night while it was parked right inside of that gate. Once again I called the office and was told that there was nothing they could do, as it would cost too much secure the gate and ensure that no one is able to get through. The management is also aware of other cars being broken into, and has yet to inform residents of this problem. Don’t even get me started on the paper thin walls, you will be able to hear your neighbors talk, sneeze, and I hope you like waking up early in the morning because you’ll even be able to hear their alarms. Just don’t waste your time or money moving in here. There are much nicer apartments with better amenities, and a better management team for the same price, or even less. This place is definitely not worth what they’re charging people. A
I love the layout of the apartment, amenities are nice can say this is a place to live if your looking for convenience and a well maintained property...Its kind of like a little Italy hidden away from other properties...Its just missing a little convenience store for residents only and it would be perfect...
Wonderful property! Very clean, and friendly. I do wish we had sound proof walls, I can hear everything, and I know my neighbors can hear everything I do as well, its also a little hard to get in contact with the office but other than that, I would recommend these to anyone searching for a home!
I love living at Domain at Midtown Park!
Domain at midtown park always been good to me for the 2years of being in these apartments ,the vibe and people are great, even tho I have to move out
A lot of unsolved issues that are still pending. I’ve seen the change in when BH management to go over. They stopped turning lights on outside, new charges for a monthly rent and they don’t keep the building clean. Neighbors Spit on doors, steal packages at front door, their dog poops right in front of your door, neighbors downstairs bangs everything he hears notices coming for my appointment - thin walls. Neighbors still trash can during valet pick ups. You will need a Generator to like here because lights goes out for days before coming back on, apartment always blames it on Comcast. someone has gotten robbed! Gate constantly stays open. This is a Horrible company!!!!
LOUD construction from 6am-6pm Monday-Saturday! Do not move here!!
I've lived here almost a year and this is the first complex where I plan to resign my lease. Office staff and management is very helpful and has always responded to me quickly and professionally. I've had one maintenance request that was addressed and completed within an hour. Very dog friendly complex which is a plus. No complaints :)
Apartments and grounds are great, maintenance staff is lovely and prompt... however the office staff and upper management is not at all pleasant to work with and unwilling to admit to mistakes on their part, let alone make them right. It’s very obvious that the motto in this office is not “the customer is always right,” but instead “we are always right.” So if a pleasant management team is something you value, I would highly suggest looking elsewhere. Along with that, the office hours are very limited for people with normal 9-5 jobs who have any sort of commute, and are often shortened at last minute notice.
