The staff is very friendly from the leasing office all the way to the cleaning staff. Most neighbors are respectful and kind as well. Just be conscious that this is a dog neighborhood and community and not all dog owners are cleanly.

I love living here and wish I could forever. I've been here 4.5 years. The staff is great very considerate and helpful. I appreciate that we have a courtesy officer who is real law enforcement. The amenities are great. Unfortunately you can't pick your neighbors who don't want to live as clean as we should want to as a community especially one's with pets. But for the most part neighbors are neighborly. The events are fun and engaging. The area has many things in walking distance and I love to walk. It's a safe clean area and I love that families live here too.

Living at Domain has been a true blessing! It's the nicest luxury apartment, I've ever seen. Not to mention it's a million places that's close and even walking and biking distance from the complex. The many amenities within the complex makes my home feel like a fun vacation destination. I also love how they have a parking garage for your car to keep it from bad weather.

Not too bad, would just like more follow through on things the office says. I wish the doors to the garage didn't slam all the time, it's often fixed and then closes too slowly, and then a month later starts slamming again. Not sure if its being adjusted every time and just not quite right or what

This is a very good apartment with high end facilities and looks.. maintenance is very good. They staff take efforts every now and then to plan events for the residents in the community. With covered and secured garage, clean hallways, multi level gym, courtyard with bbq which is fully functional always, this apartment is one of the best in frisco !

I've had a great experience living here by far it's going on a year for me. It's just been a few disturbance with neighbors noise level just being flat out disrespectful. But for the most part the staff is amazing, property is well maintained and the location is very convenient and a nice area to live in.

We’ve just recently extended our lease for another year. It’s been a pleasure living in here, among which we’re most happy with the staffs always so attentive to everything and whenever we request a maintenance, it’d be fixed in a very timely manner. They always keep it very clean, organized, and we love the aroma they have going on. The gym is always clean and we always use the library as well for work there’s a printer with some free printing so it’s suffice for all my need.

I’ve been staying here for 3 months and they’ve been consistent with what they’ve offered. The staff is more than welcoming and very nice. My community is kept clean for the most part even though there are a lot of dog owners here. It’s doesn’t smell like dog and that’s something I appreciate since I don’t own any pets.

Domain at The Gate Is One Of The Best Apartment Communities Ever. They have so many amenities. The staff is super awesome, friendly and knowledgeable. Housekeeping keeps all areas cleaned and sanitized. The units are super nice. We will be here until we decide to buy a house. Why go anywhere else when they have everything here for our convenience. Everything has been great especially the great dog park which doubles as a great place to meet your neighbors, and the amazing spa like swimming pool. The 1 star is removed due to disappointment with the apartment repair service which I would give 2 stars. Also having the pool closed on July 4th was a bummer, but didn't dock points since it isn't a recurring event (or so I hope).

The staffing was so helpful during my move in and I’m so happy with my home! The amenities are well and kept up to date. My favorite is the library since I’ve rediscovered my love for reading. The office area are also a plus and makes working from home easier!

Brand new to the community but my family and I are excited and extremely happy so far! The staff have been friendly and resident facing. I love that I see them walking the property everyday. The front office staff has been amazing through our move in process(we had tons of questions and those girls saw us everyday for a week lol). They always seemed happy to see us and help us out. I love how the apartment looks but my upstairs neighbor makes a lot of banging noises, there’s always something going wrong in my apartment and if I had to put in a maintenance request, it would take over a week to get checked out. My past apartments would show up the same day. The rate for garbage disposal changes on a monthly basis and that bothers me as it should be a flat rate, I can’t pay my rent in advance / increments. Gym- often times equipment doesn’t work. The parking lot- the gates almost never work nor is it fixed immediately. I didn’t get notifications but my mother did pertaining to theft and that is concerning to me. I put in a maintenance request regarding this as we pay so much in rent but the gates are being left open leaving us vulnerable to break ins. This is not right at all and i certainly don’t appreciate my request to close the gates to be ignored also. Other than that, the community is clean and looks nice even though it’ll probably break down at some point.
