Property Ratings at Domain at The One Forty
My wife and I are retiring teachers and lived here for 2.5 years. I love our new management team. Renee and Ginger are the best.
I have lived here only a short while, but have to say that Renee and Monica made my move-in easy and *almost* hassle free. There was a slight glitch at move-in with paperwork but all was solved smoothly and efficiently and Monica even stayed well after office closing to help me out. Maintenance team has been great with handling issues quickly. The interiors are really nice & the property is absolutely beautiful, with easy access to freeways, shopping and entertainment. Even though some pet owners do not pick up after their paw-kids like they should - sadly you will likely run into this at any apartment complex.
Please reconsider moving here. They look nice at first but the office staff is SO unprofessional and the hallways/stairways are beyond gross. They do not get cleaned like they state in their emails that they do… nobody ever answers the phone and there’s NO parking.
Simple management is unprofessional, community is disgusting especially the hallways and stairwells, and no parking for residents or visitors. Would not recommend. Learn from my mistakes and find another place to rent!
Only complaint is not enough parking, but I haven't had any issues so far.
I would recommend this comunity, it is very nice and luxurious and has very affordable prices.
Great Community!! I sincerely mean this, I finally have some peace and quiet in my life. Thanks
I would recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a good start
Do not move into this apartment complex. There is not enough parking for the amount of residents staying here. If you ever arrive after 6pm, there will be zero parking spots and management will threaten to tow your vehicle if you are not in a designated space. Not worth the frustration, just stay away.

Thank you for your feedback. We do understand that parking can be difficult at Domain, and are working diligently with the City to add an additional parking lot, to better fit the needs of our residents. For safety reasons, we ask that residents refrain from blocking other vehicles in, blocking garages, carports, and tuck under spaces. We also ask that residents refrain from parking on landscaping. Please reach out to the office directly so that we can reserve a parking space for you. Thank you Emily P. - Property Manager
would recommend as it's new, mail room is cool, outdoor gym is cool, but I will warn them on dog poopies
I would recommend this complex because the units are beautiful and spacious and feel very much like a house. The thing that would keep me from not recommending this complex is how parking has almost always been an issue.
Everything is okay but some of the residents keep the entrances door open . It's hamper security.
I loved it. It was a great fit for me and the staff.we're always nice and willing to help.
Love this place. So much. Love the amenities, the closeness to the highway and a grocery store right down the road....But there's poop everywhere. Having a Dane myself, I'd hate for anyone to step in one of those monstrous turds. I just wish my neighbors felt the same way about their own dogs' waste. And I don't understand why I'm paying pet rent for my service animal but I'll pick my fights. Just glad to have a roof over our heads and a nice one at that. And litter. And lack of respect for neighbors with jobs on odd days and at odd times. Parties, stoping, slamming things at all hours of the night. I get it's part of the apartment living culture. But damn does it still suck.
It is beautiful and comparably priced to others in the areas and has beautiful outdoor space.
Listen to this warning: Do not stay here! I am not one to leave reviews but we have had the worst experience that I have to. We have had issues since we moved in. There are not enough parking spots for everyone, so we started renting a covered parking spot but people park there all the time and don’t respect it. There is supposed to be a tow truck that comes to help with that, I have NEVER seen it come around, ever. The people in the office are horrible. They will not do much to help in any situation. They look scared half of the time. And will only help at their convenience. I’ve complained multiple times that my entire apartment smells like pot because of my neighbors. The vents are connected. I am pregnant and I shouldn’t have to smell that, they have done absolutely nothing about it. Even though, it states in the apartment lease that those kinds of activities are not allowed. They are allowed, trust me I have to smell it in my apartment 24/7. They just ignore my requests. I know other neighbors have complained as well, and they have told me that have the same experience. The doors to get into any building (they are secured by a buzzer) do not work. Residents either have to leave then propped open, you have to kick it open because it won’t unlock, or they are kept unlocked so anyone can come in. The foundation to the apartment is horrible. There is a giant crack on the wall because the building is shifting. The doors in the apartment don’t even open because the apartment has shifted so they are not straight on anymore. Lights in the apartment have gone out, I placed a work order in November/December. They came right away to “fix” them, or so I thought, but they actually just came to tell me that they would come back in the middle of January to replace them. It’s February... still no lights in some parts of the apartment. The list is so long, I could go on.

Great complex and home! The best we have lived in. But recommending to others will only make finding parking worse. Hopefully it can improve somehow.
I would recomend it because of the nice facilities and great staff, however i might not because there are no elevators and they arent very kid friendly when it comes to bath tubs.
I love the environment, you really get what you pay for.

This is a great community with a great office staff. The only issue is that people park in my covered parking spot and the dog waste binds are not emptied regularly.
I would recommend to younger set, my age (76) not so much due to no elevators
It is amazingly beautiful and the staff is so sweet and helpful
The community is amazing at first sight, and only got better as we toured the complex. The housing unite were exceptional, the pools, club house, workout center, etc. was all better than we had hoped. It looks like a great place to call home!
It is new, clean, the leasing staff is wonderful, and the maintenance team has done a great job fixing any issues we have had.
I recommend people that I know, but I didn't get to meet the facilities person
The staff is friendly. The community is beautiful and the amenities are great. The service request have been prompt each time I have had to submit an order. The apartment design is very satisfactory!
Pricing is a bit high, but it does seem like a nice community
The apartment units are beautiful, the amenities are very modern and well taken care of, and the leasing staff is so kind and hospitable.
Alex had great customer service, she was friendly and welcoming. That's why I would love to call the Domain my next home. I just hope next month y'all have a great special so I can lease, & make the Domain my home.
Would: Staff is very kind, the available amenities are great, the views are nice. Would Not: Rent is kinda high, maintenance is spotty, pet amenities not available.
Staff, location, convenience, location, easy on/off access to highway, again location
Would Not because the rental fee would not meet their budget. Would if interested in a new style of living.
I would recommend because the community is always clean, staff is friendly & the amenities are unbeatable!
Everyone was professional and the community was very pleasant with all the amenities you need to be comfortable while st home.
It has an amazing environment and it is super affordable.
I have had a list of things that have been needing to be fixed since I moved in. Slowly but surely they are getting fixed but I keep having to call up to the office to remind them of certain things or communicate about what is happening next in the process.
Ther's nothing negative that could ever be said about my big move. I love it here! The customer service is exceptional! Everything is nearly perfect

It has much more to offer than most apartments. The fitness center has more equipment than most, the club room offers tenants more options than other apartments and the walking/jogging trail is another plus.

I love our new place. The kitchen is awesome. I am enjoying. I would have give a 5 stars but I do not like the hot water restriction in the bathroom. What wrong with that anyway? I love my shower hot, and it's frustrated when I have to wait for the water to warm up and 2 minutes later it's almost cold. Would not be pleasant in Winter.
