Property Ratings at Domain on the Parkway
Would you like to move into an apartment that isn't clean on your move-in date? Then this is the place for you. Some office staff members have an attitude when you ask for basic help to have a clean and livable home. Don't forget about all the random charges they love to add on: valet trash, which you can't opt out of, and more! This place went downhill after the change in management. The lack of care from staff does not equate to how much they charge. If by chance you still move in, when you move into your dirty apartment, they will try to blame you for your messy apartment, so please make sure to document everything!
This apartment is really struggling with numerous issues that I haven't seen an incentive for the management to resolve. Numerous package thief's that will take your deliveries, so you must plan the delivery to be whenever you're home. The worst part is residence pay for "Luxor" locker service, but because residence don't take their packages, enough space, or laziness on delivery drivers, they don't end up there to be safely secured. I have had this experience happen 3 times.. and it's extremely upsetting (I hope you enjoy the cat food). Not only package thieves, but people are getting tires stolen from their cars. It's unbelievable the frustration they must be causing residence, and with no communication with residents on what they are going to do about it. This is not the way to handle a property, and it's starting to show that the Domain is just not a safe, and welcoming environment. Residence also have a bad tendency to not pick up after their animals, and do not abide by the trash rules. The amount of disrespect for your fellow neighbor is sad and pathetic. The unit themselves are very nice, and that's really the only big positive I can give. It's just very easy to look past, once you see the underlying issues surrounding the units. It's really a shame. Regardless, once our lease is up we will be leaving, we really thought this could of been a great place to stay but it has shown it's true colors very quickly.

I just woke up at 7 am at a dog barking down the hall. This dog has been barking for months (approximately 6-7 months) now because everyone has been ignoring my emails and my requests to have them talk to the dog's owner. Whatever you do avoid moving in to the third floor around room 3048. The dog's owner is extremely negligent and lets this dog bark at all hours of the day, if it weren't for my noise canceling headphones I would go insane. I've been recording this incident numerous times with no response, this place has gotten worst since it was changed to Domain on the Parkway. The locker is a mess, people just let their dogs poop everywhere and the hallways are loud, like REALLY ANNOYINGLY LOUD. My advice don't just look at positive reviews about how helpful the front desk people are, they get everyone to write them a positive reviews. Once you sign the lease, they could care less about you. Also I have noticed people leaving this place in droves, I no longer have the 2 neighbors next to me and the one below. Because of this they have been constantly renovating the rooms and it is extremely loud, as I am typing this I can hear band saws and pounding on a SATURDAY morning! It's the weekend and people work all week and have an expectation that the apartment itself would offer them peace and quiet but no, that's too much to ask for.
The new owners/management don't care as much as the previous. They really let this place go, there's dog poop everywhere, dogs barking at all hours of the day. Before the old owners would always send out emails to remind people of the rules and incentives to snitch on people who let their dog poop everywhere. The elevator hasn't been fixed by the office in almost a month meanwhile they fixed everything in the lobby to make pretty for new guests. There's now more annoying people with loud douchy cars that they rev at early hours of the day like 3-4am. If you do decide to live here don't live by the gates, behind those businesses, and by the dumpster. The other thing I don't like are the hallways because this is a building type apartment the hallways echo, if you have neighbors with loud kids or dogs then it will make the noises louder. Invest in really good noise canceling headphones. Read the reviews about how it's like to live here and not about how friendly the front desk people are.
From the day we came to check the apartment our overall experience is quite good & smooth. The property manager & staff who attended us are really cooperative. It's a very positive experience for us. We already recommended Domain by Windsor to our friends & they are also moving in to Domain.
At this time my comments are not positive. I have expressed my concerns about the cleanliness of the property. I used to walk out my apartment and could smell that the halls were cleaned, now I have to call and tell someone in the office that I have seen the same dirty hallway for 2-3 days then it is cleaned. I was told after the pandemic they had to go down to cleaning the hallways once or twice weekly on my floor. Well I don’t see any price decrease in what I pay here, only an increase. We don’t have activities as we previously did, when we do it is at another property. I don’t live at the other property so I should have to go there for activities. My car was hit in the parking lot months ago and to this day no one from the office has reached out to me to let me know if they reviews the camera footage. We moved here and everything was great including the employees. These days I see the leasing agents passing in the halal or by the elevator and they completely ignore you. It doesn’t cost anything to speak to your residents. So overall am I happy with this property, NO. My rent is increasing and my level of happiness is decreasing. Hopefully things get better. I see so many people moving in and out now….

The staff in the leasing office were very kind and helpful... Karla was who I worked with and it was nothing but a pleasant experience. Overall I am enjoying the apartment.. My only negatives would be that I haven't been able to utilize the pool yet as it is always over crowed, and I can never find a parking spot by where my apt is located. Other than that I love living here
A maintenance personnel who tried to fix a minor issue in the electrical appliance ended up completely busting it. And then simply said that we have to replace with new one. He didn't even make a try to rectify his mistake. And now I'm waiting for more than 2 weeks for replacement and still no update. The leasing agents who are at the office are one of the least helpful people. You end up paying higher premium for an apartment whose equipment are bust. Another concern I have is regarding the dog policy in this apartment. Some of the residents don't even put their dogs on leash. You can see dog breed like pitbull roaming without a leash. This apartment should mandate dog leash when they are taking it outside.
I love my apartment I feel safe and everything is perfect including the staff .

The staff is caring and friendly. When I have an issue, I can definitely tell they care and will fix it/deal with it as soon as possible. Having consistent staff (rather than a constant change) helps, too.
I just moved in about 3weeks to my apartment here at domain by Windsor and its been nothing but a satisfied experience so far,, am enjoying the quietness,cleanliness and friendly nature of the leasing staffs,they are already ready to help ,also the maintenance guys are always prompt(have had to call them to show me how things are operated twice),,, oh the luxer one? Makes sense Domain by Windsor is actually a good place to live in
Domain at Windsor has been my home for 2 years. I have enjoyed the experience tremendously. The maintenance is always on schedule and only delayed for a reason out of staff control such as parts may be needed from vendor. Leasing staff always provides the best customer service. Its definitely a quiet community. I think my apt is sound proof because I never hear my neighbors. Safety for their residents is a top priority for the staff here. I would definitely recommend this establishment with a five star rating.
Beautiful mid rise apartment complex located in the center of energy corridor area with all new amenities. Also they have responsive and truely helpful management. I can recommend this place for anyone.
Very nice apartment staff that is very important to have. I think these apartments are amazing I do think the outside should be updated a little bit more as far as the painting of the walls and the hallways and the doors to make it look a little bit better other than that these apartments are beautiful and the management is great

Moving to Domain has been amazing. Walking pass other residents and everyone speaks is wonderful. I have had nothing but quick response time to minor things during my move-in. Depending on which side of the complex you live parking is tough at night, if you are a night person but it is not a noisy complex at all. I'm glad something happen with my other apartment complex because what I have received at Domain is much better and I love my new home.
Living at Domain by Winsdor has changed my point of view of living abroad and make my decision even easier. Love being part of this community moving during a pandemic and a winter storm and the team here always support us and be part of a big family.

I've been a resident of Domain for about 2 years now & its been a wonderful experience. The leasing office agents, the maintenance, the facilities offered are all top-notch. I wouldn't ever change my apartment unless I'm moving out of state haha
I've lived in the Domain Apartments less than a month. I really love my apartment and the staff is awesome and friendly. My family and friends who have visited me love my apartment as well. I'm looking forward to when they have their events and join them. Basically everything on my checklist I wanted from an apartment I am getting so far from Domain. I have already recommended Domain to a couple of friends who are about to have their lease expire at their current place.
The staff is very welcoming and professional helping out to the best of their abilities and taking the time to personalize each interaction with their guest. The environment offers a great deal of serenity and home feeling.
We have been staying in Domain for 4 years now. Domain by Windsor is an amazing place to stay. As a resident we feel safe and secure. The Apartment complex is neat and clean. During Covid all the rules were in place and the complex was well maintained. Staff is warm and welcoming and they always listen to you. Any kind of maintenance is attended quickly and adeptly. During the Winter storm, I would say Staff handled everything so nicely and kept the residents well informed with latest updates and news. Messages are sent to residents before hand for any issues. Best thing about the community is there are enough parking spaces and our guests don't have to go through all the trouble. They also have amazing events. For Christmas we had Santa over. I would recommend anyone to come and experience the stay at Domain by Windsor. Its one of the best and safest communities around.

The maintenance team is great and professional. However, it takes a week plus sometimes to get an issue resolved. Not from start to finish but to get it started period.
Domain By Windsor is by far the best apartment complex I have ever lived in. Jennifer, our complex manager, is very present & friendly. She remembers her tenants, takes care of everything in a timely manner, & the office still runs efficiently when she is not on site.
Domain By Windsor has been a very relaxing and stress free place to call home. It's the little things that matter when you've lived in many different apartment complexes. I've been here about 7 months, and I've never seen either of the two gates broken at any time. There is hardly any noise from neighbors due to not only their courtesy, but the solid building construction as well. They do their best to make it seem like a community, by holding events and food trucks very frequently. The staff is excellent all around including the maintenance team. Last but not least it's in a great location in West Houston, 300ft. from a couple of great restaurants including Crespo and Flip'n'Patties. All in all a wonderful place to call home whether you're new to the city like me, or have always called Houston home.
It is a very nice, neat and sufficient property to live in.

Every staff member is so helpful and cheerful. Been living here for 2 years & I love everything about Domain. Any maintenance orders are fulfilled in no time. With Covid , it gives me ease that every had their masks on the right way.

Excellent community in an excellent area with highly professional, motivated and attentive staff
I have been here about a month and love it. The gym is really decent (especially for an apartment) and the pool area is beautiful/incredibly relaxing. I live on the third floor, so we have a super high ceiling in the living room but also vibrations from the condensers that happen at random intervals. Other than that, this is a very nice place to live. Tons of good places to eat in the area and a few different parks all close by. I am happy with my choice to live here.
Almost a month living in this community. So far, great experience. Love the way the apartment is designed (love the bright white lights in common area- now that we are stuck at home, the bright white lights are a blessing). Its quiet and peaceful. Love the locker system for packages. Haven't used any amenities yet but they seem good.

I really like it here, the leasing agent I worked with was amazing and very Flexible. The community areas of the property are awesome and very well-kept. Maintenance request get handled in a timely matter and its fairly quiet at this property.
I have never lived at an apartment complex where I was so well cared for. The staff is efficient, friendly and caring! If I ever have to leave this place, I hope I can find another Windsor community to reside in.
