Welcome to the place where everyone’s dreams come true. Disney is the most popular spot for tourism in Orlando, Florida because of the Walt Disney World Resort and all of its attractions. Disney’s Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, and Epcot are its four main theme parks, along with two water parks. People of all ages come to Disney to fulfill their childhood dreams. It’s one of the largest tourist locations in the country for a reason. This entertainment venue is in Bay Lake and Lake Buena Vista, Florida near Orlando and Kissimmee. Incredible golf courses, spas, and resorts reside in the area just waiting for tourists and residents to enjoy.

Property Ratings at Domain
The noise in this apartment is at 100. When I viewed the apartment, I was told that I would not hear any noise because there was a certain amount of feet between floors and that the windows were double paned hurricane windows. That was a huge lie to get me in. I can't sleep at night because the ceiling fan directly underneath my bedroom is so big that it vibrates my room. It gives my body tremors like when you get off a boat and still feel the motion of the ocean. I literally hear the humming from the fan on my pillow. It's horrible. I also get woken up by the loud noise of people going up and down the stairs directly behind my headboard. The footsteps upstairs sound like stomping. The wall behind the kitchen sink makes loud clicking sounds sometimes. The ac is loud. The noise coming from the pool is ridiculous at times. The one and only time I went to the pool, the water looked foggy, Ewww. This community is full of dogs, so you will hear a lot of barking, but that's a walk in the park compared to everything else I have to deal with. There is more, but it's too much to type. There is no parking directly in front of my building, which I wasn't aware of until after I signed the lease. There's quite the walk to my car which is okay unless it's 90 plus degrees, rain storming, or I have stuff to carry. It's 2:30am, I'm laying on my bed, and I just heard a couple of people talking and laughing while walking up the stairs. There are also hidden fees on top of your rent such as rent processing fees, outside electricity, and garbage collection. Packages are delivered to the mailroom, so if you receive a big and heavy package that you can't carry, you will need to have someone do it for you. I have had to pay people to get heavy packages from the mailroom for me. My building has been a revolving door. I do not recommend living here. The office will reply to this saying they apologize and will contact me to help make things better, blah, blah, blah. There's absolutely nothing they will do to make it better. The attitude of the office staff is that it's apartment living and I have to suck it up.
I feel very fortunate to have found Domain when I was looking for an apartment in the area. The location, the facility, and the staff are the best anyone could hope to find.
We love living here, the girls at the location are exemplary in service, we love the pool area!

The grounds and apartments are well taken care of. The staff is friendly and very efficient. Maintenance requests are handled very quickly. I?ve really enjoyed my time at Domain and plan to renew my lease again.

We have been residing at Domain since 2018 and we have been very happy living there. If ever we need maintenance for any reason at all, they come right away and have always done a great job. The ladies at the office are awesome and are like family. We are extremely satisfied and just renewed our lease for another year. Thank you The Torres Family

Domain Apartments are top notch. From the beautiful grounds and amenities, to the care that's taken to keep everything beautiful and in working order, to the staff that feels like family, we love living here!
Everyone has been wonderful and helpful and understand with us as our move in process has taken a while (due to unforeseen circumstances). We feel welcomed and safe here!! We also love all of the amenities and all of the shops and restaurants close by!!

Decent place to live with activities and nice amenities
We have moved here after being home owners for more than 30 years. We absolutely love it! Everything about this place feels like home, and the entire staff feels like family. The ground are beautiful, the amenities are fantastic, and the apartments are spacious with beautiful, upgraded features. We are so happy we found Domain!
Everything is good but there is space to improve.
I called the office 20+ times to no answer. all spread out over a MONTH. They answered after a month and after the move in date and after i’ve already moved on. in a pandemic! and took my admin and application money for no refund.
