Great community. They are working on improvements but have some more to go with the screening of residents who move here. As with anyplace some people just don’t respect where they live. The staff is amazing and always eager to respond.
The spacious design of my unit makes living at Domain West very welcoming and homey. Being able to use a widely available community club, as well as a spacious gym and yoga studio makes leaving the property difficult haha.
Domain West is an excellent apartment with great facilities, especially the Gym center and common room for birthday parties and other get together.

nice place. have lived here for years and have had an overall good experience. Some of the neighbors are overly sensitive to noise and complain but don't realize when they live upstairs their noise comes downstairs easily. If they complain about me, I complain on them back.

People are nice for the most part. I've forgotten my key fob when walking my dog early in the morning once or twice and my neighbors have been kind enough to help me out. I just wish people in the pool area would be quieter at night! Sound travels insanely well in the courtyard

I’m experience has been great so far. It’s quiet it’s very clean. Maintenance is fast when you put in a work order. The office staff is very friendly and attentive to your needs. I would definitely refer a friend to the community.

Alexia was great. She patiently took me around explaining each and every part of the community. I love how clean the entire community is. The gym is spacious not as small as the ones I have been to when I was looking for an apartment. The swimming pool is really amazing, I love the thought put into it and the seats around it. It’s giving 5 star hotel. The gaming room is cool, though Alexia mentioned that it will be moved . I’m really looking forward to the new gaming room. The club house beats all the club houses in the communities I have been to during my house hunting. What makes it stand out is the multiple TVs. You could be watching one and another person watches another one. How cool is that. I’ll be taking one of the apartments on the 4th floor. I so love the view from my balcony. I can’t wait to have my breakfast there or relax on the balcony after a long day of work

I like living here,t there are some things that need improvement. Maintenance should perform the tenant request on a timely manner. Also the freight elevator it's being an issue, we understand that you are still trying to repair it. Other than that the amenities are great, we like the renovations performed at the pool and patios and the apartments are in a great location.

This place has gone down hill. Dogs barking at all hours of the day. Trash thrown everywhere. Loud music at all hours. And the smell of weed is ridiculous. The only thing this place has going for it is the office staff and location.

Great community but the residence was not up to par during move in. A lot of missing or damaged pieces. But yet very clean property and nice staff.

I have been living in Domain West for a year and a half now and I am very happy with my choice. The apartments are spacious and bright, high ceilings, everything you need for a comfortable life is there. I would especially like to note the modern design and high quality of finishing. The pool and gym are a great place to relax and exercise. The staff is always responsive and ready to help in any situation. The location of the complex is also very convenient - there are all the necessary shops and cafes nearby. I would recommend Domain West to anyone looking for quality housing in a convenient location!"

The cost to live here is going up, however things are not improving. When there are issues in the apartment they are brushed aside and there is no follow up. Instead of spending in construction for the communal areas it should be spend to address current issues in the units.

The leasing staff is amazing. They are super friendly, helpful, and very effective when you have a problem! The lounging areas are always clean! The music keeps the vibes peaceful and welcoming! I also love the fact that all of the community spaces are outside of the leasing office so they close at 10pm and not 6pm when the office has to close!

I've only lived here for a month and half, but the amenities here.. let me just say they are impeccable. The ceilings are so tall, it feels so spacious and it's always so quiet here (except for around the pool at daytime lol). This place is great!

Very friendly staff, willing to help, good accommodations, clean and organized. Trash pick up is done everyday. The apartment was ready as scheduled, the appliances are new and clean. The building is safe and residents are friendly. The mailing system specially Amazon lockers that gives you peace of mind that your orders never get lost or misplaced. The events program is good and gives resident a chance to meet each other and become friends.

We are kind of disappointed with the direction that the apartment complex is going to. The location is great, the amenities are ok (Pool needs more furniture) I just wish management would listen to us more. There are humidity and bug problems in our floor not only in our apartment, but other apartments also, we have spoke to neighbors. Also, the problem with the elevators not working is kind of becoming the norm. The apartments are quite silent which is great and they are also safe that is why I am given them three stars.

The staff here is top notch as well as the neighborhood and amenities. Parking can be tricky if you live on the first floor as they keep adding reserved spots. Also, giant trucks cannot make it up the parking garage so they park on the first floor and stick out far out of the parking spaces, thus narrowing the passing lanes. The elevators break pretty often and can take weeks to fix, but that’s not really the fault of the apartment.

Property is great well maintained, it’s clean, secure and the hallways and common areas always smells pleasant.
I recently moved in to Domain West, so far the experience has been wonderful, fast maintenance response, clean halls and common areas. Also I really enjoy walking with my dog and the surroundings are very nice for a good walk with your pet.

I have been here for a month its super easy to pay the rent the process fee is high but its easy to pay online. The only thing they are missing is a play area or play ground for kids . The staff is amazing and i love my neighbors everybody welcomed me and i just love this place

We spent over a month looking for an apartment, and just when we found the one we thought would be THE ONE we had an issue with the landlord and decided it was a sign. 2 of our friends live in Domain West, we've been here many times so we thought why not live here (though location not convenient/1h drive to work)? We moved in in 48h. Leasing office was accommodating and professional, the gentleman who works with greystar was super helpful and made sure we were taken care of and our apartment is clean and ready for move in by the time we signed the lease. The complex itself is clean, well maintained. I like that the gym is open 24h. Clubhouse and conference room are nice. Overall, I do recommend Domain West Apartments.
