It's been good, only thing though is rent is pretty high and they don't accept the request to lower the rent or keep it same as of previous year which still was pretty high given the job market is this bad.

Mixed experience so far. The first 8 months were great. But after that we had some issue with the AC unit and it took months and multiple maintenance requests to get it resolved. It was not ideal as we had to go through it in peak summer weather. The lift is one sore point of Domicilio. It is slow and requires frequent maintenance. It takes the convenience out of living in a multistory building.

Domicilio is a good spot to live if you’re an SCU student, but it’s fairly pricey. I think that for working professionals it’s probably a pretty good setup. It’s quiet, it has nice amenities (when they’re working), and is in a pretty good area.

I just moved in to Domicilio and I love it! It's quiet, serene and overall cleanly. Apartment is spacious and the amenities are great. The gated security is a plus as safety and security are priority for me. I would definitely highly recommend Domicilio !

I have been with Domicilio since last year and just renewed my lease again. This is a great place specially for someone studying at Santa Clara or even otherwise. The community is close knit with all the facilities like good swimming pool, gym and a lovely view of the SCU stadium at the back. The staff is very friendly and the maintenance work is always very quick and efficient. It’s a short walk to safeway and many restaurants/costco/grocery stores are hardly 7-10 mins drive. I would definitely recommend a stay here :)

Spacious rooms and quiet ambient with good amenities like gym, clubhouse, swimming pool, and jacuzzi. It’s ideal for students since it’s just a 5 to 10 mins walk to SCU.

So far, I am so glad I chose Domicilio. The complex is beautiful and peaceful, the management is very helpful, I got all the help needed to make my move smoothly and the people here are very friendly. Before one of my biggest worries was how package is handling but I feel quite happy now to find that it is so secure and convenient.
'- Great place to stay for students studying at Santa Clara University. Walking distance(15 mins) for Lucas hall, right in front of scu stadium - The maintenance work is super quick and all staff members are pretty friendly - One of the biggest 1bhk you can get in this range of rent. Very spacious living space. - Greet place to stay in general, would love to continue my stay here for the next year

?It is a real disappointment that the renter is not respected, but has become nothing more than an entity which forks over rent by the thousands, and on a regular basis. We are to hand over our hard earned money and expect nothing in the way of assurances from the company which runs the property. For example, our car was broken into while parked in their supposedly gated parking lot. And to add insult to injury, I was told to my face that they "could not guarantee my safety" (I'm not sure what that has to do with a car being broken into, however). But if someone parks in the visitor parking or future resident parking, or any wrong space for that matter, management will go above and beyond to send emails and sticker that car's windows. ?Additionally, this community is not exactly a quiet community as there are frequent house parties (we are within walking distance from a university); they are also loud enough to be heard very well through the walls, ceiling, and floor, and will last till 12AM/1AM. Complaining won't do any good either as we get directed to the "courtesy patrol" number which I have barely seen patrolling through the community. ?But this leads to my hope of making you an informed renter. So while the community looks nice and inviting, the "day in the life" perspective means that we are asked to gamble with the security of our vehicles, and forced to sacrifice quiet within our own apartment space. These things detract from the quality of living which such an apartment community should strive to achieve, as well as creating the experience we are actually given.

Overall experience is decent. The apartment itself is spacious and maintenance is good as well. However, when I was move-in to domicilio I was told about the new club house and how great it is. In first year I stayed, because of covid all the amenities are closed and I still paid full rent. Then when amenities are open now, theater room is not functional and even though asking management multiple number of times, it's not getting repaired.

It's nice and quiet during the day but at night we get cars making a lot of noise with their engine by building 2 and 4

Both the management and maintenance team are amaaaazing! Maggie, Cesar and Heidi in the office are extremely timely in their responses and definitely show a great deal of concern for each and every resident. I have high expectations when it comes to the way management handles repairs, concerns and issues surrounding my living quarters... And I can assure you, they go ABOVE AND BEYOND when it comes to solving issues and addressing any concerns you could possibly have. Although I do not know all of the names of the management team (I've lived here for 3 years, I'm embarrassed!) I know that they respond to any repairs that need to be completed in lightning speed! They are fast, efficient and ensure to operate in a COVID-safe manner, without exception. I am truly impressed with Domicilio's staff. I have already recommended a friend to move in and he loves it as well! 5 star service, without a doubt!

Average living experience, better experiences can be found elsewhere for same price. Area is taking advantage of university location across the street.
