The community is good. We liked the location and overall ambiance. But it was too expensive and the management was sometimes non-responsive and not tuned to the changing macro environment.

Painful Move-out Process
I moved out of Domus in July 2020. I've been trying to pay my last month's rent every week for the last month. They refuse to take payment for last month's rent directly and instead send it to a collection agency for collection. I've tried contacting the collection agency multiple times over the last month and they have no record of my move-out amount due. This has been a needlessly complicated process. Given how much of a headache moving out of this place has been, there's no way I can recommend it to anyone and I certainly suggest you be mindful of the painful move-out process when considering whether or not you want to rent here.

I am a little concerned about the price. Overall I would love to recommend this apartment to others, because it was almost ideal and perfect. However, I have to admit that the price is holding me back. Most of my friends would not pay such high rent.
