Property Ratings at Dorado Heights
RUDE management, never answers the call. Stood outside the office & called them, and watched them ignore my call. AC hasn’t worked in months. No maintenance. This place is absolute trash
Property Manager at Dorado Heights, Responded To This Review
Hello, We would like to apologize for your recent experience and sorry to hear you were less than satisfied. We pride ourselves on our service and the high-quality standards we maintain and would like to make things right. Please reach out to discuss what occurred and how we might make it up to you.
Have mold growing thru the paint on the walls wont do anything about it. The walls at the base are cracking wont do anything about it. My kitchen light is humming loudly they wont do anything!!!! THEY DONT DO ANYTHING TO FIX WHATS WRONG!!
They will take you money and not do any repairs! They won't answer your calls and won't do anything to make your experience pleasant. The units look very poorly remodeled. And they paint over the black mold instead of getting rid of it. Serious health hazard.
I didn’t have a good experience while living at Dorado Heights. The manger would be standing in my living room after I finished showering. This happened twice. I finished showering and opened the bathroom door and the male manger was standing in my living room just staring at me. I became upset and threatened to call 911 but the manger said he could walk in my apartment whenever he wanted and then walked out of my apartment. I moved my brother in and the manger never bothered me again. I would have broke my lease but I was living paycheck to paycheck. I would advise renting elsewhere, especially if you’re a women.
My apartment isn't just a place to live. Its my home. The staff and maintenance crew are phenomenal. I've been to many a place and have recognized that there is a trend of maintenance taking an overly extended period of time before they fix any issues. Here at my home they easily say with confidence that whatever the issue they will get to and fix it within just a few days. Thus far they have not let me or any other tenants down with their word. The location is beyond exquisite. With it being located at the base of The Sandia's it an amazing view of the City. Just a very short commute to almost anywhere in the city anyone would want to visit. Oh! And not to mention the specials they have going for their vacancies are beyond words to explain how close cut they are to the best deal in town! I love this place, and with the 24 hour gym, seasonal outdoor patio grills and pool, and laundry facility just makes it even more worth the time and money spent to Hang your Hat here.
Dorado Heights has been a fair place to live, but unfortunately has gone slightly down hill as far as future renters are concerned. I have lived at this complex for well over 12 years and have wached more and more long term residents leave because of new resident problems. It is very sad to see so few people who have little or no pride for where they live and little respect for neighbors as well as their property. The current owners of the property don't seem to care how down hill the complex is looking lately. Energy efficiant apliances as well as ciling fans would be a BIG improvment as well as a great rental point.
