I am living in this community from more than 2 years now. Its extremely well managed and all apartment issues get resolved under 24 Hrs. Only negative point is the rents are little high and pool side security is lacking as I see lot of people from outside coming in and partying on weekends.

The parking policy allows guests to park, but once you've parked and entered your apartment and set the minutes, the security promptly tows your car, seemingly as if it's a routine business for all of you. Even the tow driver mentioned towing up to 4 cars simultaneously, indicating a systematic operation. This not only inconveniences customers but also suggests a profit-driven approach rather than a customer-oriented one. Additionally, the front desk staff at the offices display extreme rudeness, compounding the overall negative experience.

Unfortunately, my experience with this condo rental was quite disappointing. Firstly, the management's strict car towing policy caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience for guests. LIVE SOMEWHERE ELSE. STAY AWAY.! Gates never work. No one speaks English. Lights in the parking lot do not work..major safety concern. Tons of ANTS. Hot Tub has not worked in years. Pool not cleaned. Extremely rude and disrespectful management. Apartment doors do not close all the way. Window frames are broken. NO CEILING FANS. NO LIGHTS. Old Appliances. THIN WALLS AND CEILING. Dog crap all over the place. People drive like mad in the parking lot. Your vehicle will be towed without cause even though it is registered and has a sticker. STAY AWAY STAY AWAY STAY AWAY.
This is my fifth year living in Doral View. When weighing all of the pros and cons, this is by far the best apartment complex in the area. We will probably stay here until we purchase a home.

We loved this place when we initially moved in when it was called TOWN. The management was amazing and Maintence was great. Once Greystar took over and they became Doral View everything went down hill. Management is absolutely awful. The gates NEVER work so there is no security to the community and to be honest the drive around security guards are pointless. They do nothing. Parking is also I huge problem. People will park wherever they want, blocking people in or congesting the roads and nothing is ever done about it. Management will send out TONS of emails saying they will start towing, but I have never once seen an actual tow truck on the property. You can never get in touch with management and when you do everything is always your fault or they make it difficult to resolve anything. Be careful when signing your lease because they weasel their way into taking every last penny from you. They are the hardest to deal with and care about nothing but your money. We recently moved out and are now charging us $540 to replace the carpets that weren’t replaced when we moved in. I can’t tell you enough do not lease with these people. They will make your life nothing but miserable. The only thing great about this place is Maintence they do a great job.
We like the place; we always recommend it to family and friends.

This is a nice apartment complex with very nice maintenance staff, however I have been dealing with a potential mold issue for months and it has not been resolved. All other maintenance issues have been resolved quickly and the maintenance staff was very nice.

My girlfriend and I went to tour this place as it was pretty high on our list. Upon walking into the lobby we weren’t even acknowledged by the leasing staff. I set a timer for five minutes and left after sitting in plain view of a leasing staff member without being acknowledged. May be telling of why there is so much availability at this time… 2 stars because it seemed decent on the outside, but obviously poor customer service.

939 NW 97 Ave APT 304 I've lived in this community for the past 4 years and it has been a very pleasant experience. Very professional staff overall. Great looking clean place. I totally recommend anyone looking to live in a decent, safe, nice looking community to come and give this place a try.

Everything since the application have been literally a nightmare. We applied for apartment for x amount and they take so many time to complete the application that we eneded paying a lot more. The apartment was dirty. My name was changed two times. Actually, my name is still different in the sistem and I dont have a resident account. I have to do everything through my husband resident account. We don't have a key for use the pool or gym. The website said that is F 0 deposit. I asked to the leasing officer and she told me that it was 0. Then, when they sent us the welcome letter.. we had to pay.. no 300 or 400.. $1,000!. When I asked her.. she said: no apartmet will offer you $o deposit. Thats no my problem.. you have a false advertisement. We couldn't to afford to loose the application fee and didnt have time to look for another apartament. So, we got stuck in here for a year. The amenities are beautiful but the apartment is poor constructed. The apartment doesnt have utilities closet and we heard EVERYTHING. The neighbors toilet water... everything.

I don’t understand why the people that doesn’t live at this condo park on the resident spots. Every time that I arrived home after job tired at 8pm I got people parked there without a permission and I don’t understand why they don’t get tow. If you are considering living here I recommend that you thoroughly check your unit for mold. I recently found out that my apartment is infested in mold stemming from the HVAC system (confirmed by mold remediation company) and as a result I'm experiencing both literal and figurative headaches as I've lost an extensive amount of property that I have to personally replace (clothes, shoes, pieces of furniture) that I have to personally replace. My honest opinion: don't waste your time living her. Totally not worth it.
Honest review by a a resident: This is a community which has a good packaging but once your live here you realize it is not worth it . To start with, you are paying a well above market rent . And then you find out - you can't park as there are no parking spaces. Most of the spaces are occupied by non residents . And you are forced to park your car in non parking areas. And in the morning guess what whose car is towed . - YOURS. CARS WITHOUT PERMIT IS STILL THERE. so, future residents - Be always ready to get your car towed!! And have the addres of towing company saved on your Uber.

The story that I lived in this condominium ... in the parking lot on 10-25-18 my car was hit, my car was shocked. Please call the "Personal" staff for the solution I give to my problem. It turns out that the only response received from the "Manager" was called to the police and reported with your insurance. What you have to do this condo They really like access, they are never rented in this community, they are a highly expensive and unsecured community, neither security, nor rights, nor security services, nor the park, nor any kind. The pisicna on Sundays is impossible to visit, since the "women" and the men who frequent the place where they smoke, the consumption of alcohol, alcohol, chemical substances and the elderly who are in this area. As for security, it has 3 security people, for a condominium of more than 500 apartments, it is illogical. The only thing that this condo is looking for is to rent, but there are no minimum living conditions. Honestly, it's the worst housing experience in Doral. Take a second time to read these types of opinions and thus make the best decision to NOT rent here.

Since I moved here has been a nightmare! This place has a terrible management, I've been here 8 months and they already change the manager 3 times! One worst than the other!!! Fake promises! Since I paid a deposit to reserve my apartment 2 months before I moved, they showed me an apartment, when I had to move they gave me an SMALLER apartment for the same price because they rent me an apartment that was already rented !!! They gave me an apartment with broken refrigerador ice machine, NO remotes for gate and making wait 8 months and still no valid remotes or visitors code!!!, broken dishwasher, rust in the shower head, leaking A/C vent and loose toilet seat! 8 months and still even when I complain every week still haven't fix the broken things! Never reimburse me ANYTHING as they offered me when their manager as mistake rented me the wrong apartment, making me sign a contact with wrong address and apartment number. I had to sold my furniture because those didn't fit in this tiny apartment!!! TWICE the moving trucks that security never control, they blocked my 2 cars and I had to spent money in uber!!! Took pictures and complain but they promised to reimburse and nothing happen!!! DON'T WAIST YOUR TIME! DON'T MOVE HERE ! Can't wait for my lease to end. Feel free to ask me for pictures and proof of all I'm writing.

Doral View makes an interesting claim of providing questionable high end luxury housing at undeniably high end prices. It is a gated community that entertains anyone from the Miami area regularly as the gate is broken for more time than it is working. Usually the gate is "working" for a good of week or so, then broken for about a month and a half. This pattern has continued faithfully for the 6-7 months I have lived here. The result of this is most of the people parked there, using the gym, using the pool, etc, do not live there. Us residents are paying for their enjoyment of our amenities while we struggle to find parking spots. The apartment units do an impressive job of striving for mediocrity. We moved in with a broken shelf and missing light bulbs in our unit. The bathroom sink's water pressure is so low it can easily be compared to an IV drip (drip...drip...drip...). If this place were less pricey, the poorer level of quality would be more tolerable. They have made fools of us all by demanding such a price without providing the most basic of security and comfort of a home.

I have been a tenant since they open. Aside from increasing the rent every year over 100 dollars. They just came back to us today with a new rule, outside the original contract you sign when you sign the lease, to charge 35 dollars per month to park your car, on the streets, that has always been free to tenants(I was allow two cars with decals, because I have two bedroom apartment), not a garage which the charge over 150. A month ago, I got my car broken into, when I went to management with issue, they didn't do anything or even send out a letters to tenants, because they didn't want tenants to know that their "luxuries apartments" have thieves leaving in it. Rent at your own risk, they will nickel-and-dime for everything. Plus, the common areas always look horrible and with garbage, i done several complains about the issue.

I am not the type to take the time to write reviews but i feel its my duty to warn you. I currently live here I have three months left I cant wait to get the beep out of here ... trust what I say!! 1. as soon as you walk in your impressed. Its all an act.. the staff is completely terrible as soon as you move in, its been 9 months and they haven't resolved a simple wiring issue in one of the rooms so it remains with out cable. I don't have the time to keep writing them email so I gave up. point less who likes cable in there rooms right lol 2. They fool you into thinking that this place is secure with all the little security key access points placed at each gate ... what a joke none of them work !!! none except the one that opens the gym, which doesn't matter because people just sneak in through the bathroom from out side... they have no control who comes and goes>> during the weekends the pool area gets crowded with trespassers from the surrounding apartment complexes who come in and trash the place and leave .. its usually young teens 18-20 , you complain to the staff and they tell you to call the police and handle it your self. I suggested a security guard they say it wouldn't help.. ok isn't that why security guards are hired in the first place to secure and prevent trespassers from trespassing ! not at doral view they expect you to police the area.. 3. speaking about police.. they swear that they have two officers patrolling the area.. so why are peoples cars getting broken into and rims being stolen. i know this because you meet and speak to fellow residents and hear the stories... maybe they where both on vacation those days 4.i live near the pool .. considered the best view .. so expect to pay extra for this view and......... the sound of music blasting all night long until the next morning which comes from the leasing office sound system which goes off all night long once a month...you complain to the office and they say never again sorry but not true... it happens again.. 4 times so far in 6 months 4a. if it isnt the music from the office speakers its the music coming from the trespassers who jump the 5 foot fence and leave behind trash, contraband and used condoms!! i could go on but haven't you read enough.. any 5 star review that you read was by a person who is an employee, etc

I have stayed there for close to 15 months. It;s very close to Airport and the shuttle service is helpful. Cons are - frequent pool repairs, elevator are not working most of the time, office staff and administrative team keeps changing. Gets little smelly sometime and gym needs a lot of work to be done as equipments are too old and most of them not working. I would recommend someone who is looking for a short term lease. For long term lease, prefer something else. Thanks..

Doral view is not only a family friendly neighborhood it also has any luxurious, such as the state of the art gym. From the moment you walk in to the moment you walk out you feel as though you've lived there for years. Doral view has everything from great staff, helpful maintenance, and not to mention the beautiful beach entrance pool. I couldn't imagine living anywhere else!

Doral view is really gorgeous place as it was just built about 2 years ago. Many of the units have still yet to have their first renter. It is kind of pricey but the surrounding area is really being built up nice with some extremely convenient shopping plazas. They do have some great amenities such as the walk in pool, cabanas, hanmocks, and 2 tennis courts but they all look like they could use a bit of a cosmetic upgrade. As far as parking this tends to be a nightmare, especially on the weekends. The place is gated but there is no true guest parking area which makes finding a spot as a resident very frustrating. Many times I have had to park on the other side of the complex in a construction area just to find a spot. There are parking garages available but at the rate I am already paying for a 1 bedroom I could not imagine adding that to my monthly rent. Overall I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who could afford it but would caution that it seems they have been more and more lenient on their rules and matienece and if things don't change I can see this great place turning south quickly.
