Neighborhood is a quiet and friendly. The office will regularly host events for different holidays/celebrations which makes it easier to engage with the community.
Staff was very helpful when it came to moving in on short notice. Had a great walk through and completed everything else needed over the phone as my job has me out of town a lot.

Ms.Brittney is a ray of sunshine of a cloudy day ! She worked with me and my wife for hours to cater to our every need. Being a disabled vet I had a few accommodations that I needed arranged. She was more than happy to do everything in her power to do so. She juggled walk-ins and appointments all the while making sure we felt welcomed and heard. She gave us a full tour of the facility making sure we saw everything. She aided us at every turn in out application and lease! I would highly recommend the dorel to any tenants ! The facilities are top shelf and unlike many apartments they have a very easy layout ; with amenities at every turn. You're missing out if you haven't checked them out !

It has been so good staying here so far! I find it absolutely cozy and full of things to do. Everybody is so nice a keeps to themselves for the most part, however I can say whenever I’be needed help it was available or provided thankfully. Never mind while having good policies and everything for our furry family.

It's been a very peaceful, beautiful apartment complex. There has been a lot of turn over in management since moving in with it being easier to connect with some and others a little harder. Overall they keep it clean, have quick maintenance responses, and comparable prices for the area (like any place the prices do vary significantly between building/time of year/length of lease/etc which can feel frustrating at times knowing others are paying significantly less for the same size apartment).

Everyone seems to be to themselves and very respectful. For the most part it's not always as noisy maybe here and there but it's not a 24/7 thing. And I do love my apartment and being here for the time I've been here the front office staff is amazing and I've enjoyed my stay thus far.

So far living at The Dorel has been a pleasant experience. I relocated from SC and the leasing staff made this transition an easy one. Move in process was a breeze. Small hiccup and it was more than smoothed over!!! So far so good.

You couldn't ask for a better community and a perfect location. If you feel like walking the grocery/Starbucks store is less than a mile away. There's a high school less than 500 feet away, all i can say is wow.

I have only been a resident here for a month and I absolutely love it. I stay in a furnished unit and the decor is very stylish. In addition, when I go to the office I'm always greeted with a smile and professionalism. Plus the office has the best candy! ?

Dorel is a great community to live at. The management team is excellent at ensuring that the resident needs are met. The amenities are definitely a plus, there are two swimming pools to enjoy during summer time with a grill to barbecue while your friends and family enjoy splashing in the pool. The residents are polite and mind their businesses lol. I have two dogs and they enjoy going to the open field next door to run around and meet other dogs. The dorel is wonderful.

The Dorel is my first apartment I’ve lived in and they give a safe luxury feeling in the community. Michelle and Kody respond fast if you need anything. Always have announcements for the community from taking donations to giving out free breakfast! The price is great for what my wife and I pay. We feel safe in the Dorel!

Overall good experience. Rent was appropriate, good response to maintenance requests, and front desk was helpful. Some amenities were closed or under repair often like pool, club house, gym equipment. Got charged a renter's insurance lapsing fee twice when that was actually not the case. No warning was given by management.

Even though this place is known for their apartments, they do own a few awesome townhouses next door. Highly recommend. We lived in one of the townhouses that are owned by the same complex and we loved it! It was super quiet, we had the best neighbors and loved the amenities. Even during the pandemic and the snow storm the management did their best to keep people everyone connected, bringing in food trucks and support. I have to say the maintenance response here is excellent. Parking is also amazing if you're in the townhouses. Can't speak for the apartment parking. Management was extremely responsive on email and by phone and made our move out super easy.. It is dog friendly and our pup loved the neighborhood walks. We are sad to leave as we love this place so much. We would definitely live here again... and we highly recommend it.

Things have changed a lot with the residents of this community and the noise and not generally caring for the property. I have lived her for almost seven years when this place was first built and quality of residents has changed a lot for the worse.
