I absolutely love the staff from the office members to the maintenance crew, they make sure your home is a home! Work orders are always done on time and professionally. My lease is up In October and I will be renewing! Love my community??????

I’ve been here for almost a year and I love it ! The staff is great and they make you feel at home! They respond very quick with maintenance work and they also follow up. It’s very nice and quiet here. This place is highly recommended!

By far the best apartment I have ever stayed in. I wish I didn’t have to move due to work. Gated community which made me feel safer. The front office ladies are AMAZING! Honestly, the whole staff is, even maintenance. Very attentive. Beautiful apartment and they take care of landscaping too well. Only complaint I had was sometimes neighbors would play music loud in their car and it would wake me up. Other than that…I wish I can move back into my town home and never leave.

The apartment is good but could work on becoming 4 stars. The complex has its positives. The office staff is responsive to calls and maintenance requests. The rent is comparable to other townhomes in the area. I would suggest a unit deeper into the complex, due to how noisy Airline Highway can be. The apartment can be improved if a new provider for washers and dryers on-site is chosen. Be sure to inspect the unit before signing your lease, due to age of the units and cleanliness maintained.

This is a very well kept community... I am so please to have come across this hidden gem. Great Price, Clean environment, Well kept, wonderful management and maintenance staff.
The community here is very quiet and safe and everyone is friendly. Ms. Sharonda in the front office is the best, she’s so personable. We absolutely love her and the maintenance men are great as well. We see them all the time. This place is great for singles, couples, and families!

I dont write reviews, but living here has been so great that I had to get the word out. Great place for singles or those with kids like me with a fun pool and amenities. If Casey is still in charge when you read this and go for a visit than you know you’re in good hands.

On yesterday 08/15/18 I toured a one bedroom apartment with Mrs. Tiffany. Let me just start off by saying she alone sold me on the complex before even viewing the unit. She was extremely knowledgeable and has a very pleasant personality. The grounds appear to be well kept along with safe and quiet. My currently lease is not up until Oct. but I will definitely be watching for another unit to rent around that time.

They have been so good to me! It is big and very well priced. The quality of the grounds has gone down slightly but they have assured us and have taken some steps to improve that. They are always there when I need them or have questions. It is very quiet. For a single girl who works many hours, this is a great place to live. It's convenient and easy to get to many places. I love it here!
Moved here 4 years ago, and only reason for not giving it a rating of excellent is because I really want a 3 bdrm. Office staff are stellar. Superbly maintained. Very quiet community. Located strategically to main streets and shopping areas. Moving from a house to this apartment was the best decision for us. Was welcomed with open arms. Pool and laundry mat with plenty of grassy areas for my boys to play and ride their bikes. Have wood floors with microwave above stove already available.
