Not Happy!
Outside curb appeal is horrible, kids live here so there shouldn't be rocks and sticky bushes in the front of each building. The playground smells like pee . The kitchen cabinets are nasty (needs upgrades badly) & when i went to go wash my clothes the washer took my money but didnt start .

Great area Can be better. Great people in the area, needs playground
