Property Ratings at Dover Commons Apartments
I have been at these apartments for close to 3 years. The apartments are in a great location and are reasonably priced compared to other nearby apartments. Leah, the property manager has been absolutely amazing. She cares about the tenants and resolves issues quickly.
Professional management and maintenance crew with caring attitudes towards tenants. Quiet, well maintained premises.
I've been here 6 months and the unit itself is great, very comfortable for the rent. Management and maintenance are helpful. Great location, walking distance to walmart and safeway and 20 minutes from downtown for work. Only bad side is the walls are SUPER THIN, we can hear everything around you, from the toilet, showering, opening a closet door, even normal talking. You can hear everything! But other than that it's not too bad.
My family and I love living here. Management is friendly and easy to work with. Maintenance is efficient and they fix things immediately. It’s close to everything and cat friendly!
I’ve lived in apartments most of my life. Dover Commons is one of the best! It’s a quiet, well-maintained community, close to everything west of Denver. Fresh interiors and upgrades, loads of closet space, and good floor plans make for comfortable living at a great price. Management is friendly and easily accessible. Maintenance is very prompt and professional. I couldn’t be happier here.
Affordable in a crazy high market (2 bdbrm, fireplc, Cen. H/A, assigned prkng w/guest spots, >$1000). Set back from road so it is quiet and most people here are professionals. Very clean indoors & out (lawn service & snow plowing/shoveling).
