Dover Gardens

We've been here close to two months now and really like the apartment. It suits all our needs well, and is well maintained.

It was an easy decision deciding on Dover Gardens. We have been here just one year, will be renewing and hopefully more.. The property is always kept safe & clean, the staff in the office is extremely friendly. The maintenance are quick & efficient. My children are safe and happy. Thank you Lulu & staff for all your hard work. It is truly appreciated.

Beautiful property great spacious apartments with a very nice set up. Pool area is beautiful quiet neighborhood and friendly staff. Especially the maintenance team. Great job Dover staff! You make this place worth calling home!

Dover Gardens is a beautiful community close to downtown Orlando. You can easily access major highways and the property is well-maintained. I highly recommend checking out the property for yourself.

I lived at Dover for 13 years and it has always been quite and safe no issues with neighbors or staff very attentive to resident needs never long wait on maintenance issues .. clean seroundings o ly left because I needed more space and moved to a house if I ever went to live in apartments again I would not hesitate to go back

Dover Gardens is a smaller community located close to downtown and Lake Underhill. It is super convenient to almost anywhere in town. Nice clean apartments and good staff who are responsive, friendly and helpful.

Dover Gardens is a nice place to live in , near downtown , you can take the 408 that is just 2 min away to connect you to i4 and 417 is a very centric place , the neighbors are quiet and consider it got a nice pool and carwash area the maintenance team great they you place and order and they go right away to see what need to be fix and the office management is very polite and open door always ready to hear any concerns you have definitely the place to go

I have lived at Dover Gardens for 2 1/2 years now and plan to be here for a long while. It is a small, friendly community in a great Orlando location. Staff is helpful and any maintenance issues I have had are handled very quickly. I would recommend this community!

Dover Gardens is a great place that is peaceful, nice and quiet. Each apartment has its individual entrance, and it feel very private. There is a car-wash area, with vacuum, which is a big plus. Management and maintenance team are excellent. I've lived here for 6 years now, and I am loving it!

Dover Gardens was an okay apartment, I lived there for almost 3 years. The grounds are very basic with barely any amenities, the pool and gym are very small. The apartments are very old, therefore your electricity bill will be terrible, and the summers will be very hot. The walls are also thin, so if your neighbors fight often, you'll hear everything. There are no pets allowed, yet the maintenance person has a dog and multiple residents have pets. Otherwise, if you just want a place to keep your belongings and keep it VERY basic, this is a good place for you. But that's all.

I set off for a new life in Orlando and found myself in Dover Gardens. I have been here for a year already and looking back I can say that my experience at this apartment complex was amazing! I came into a newly renovated apartment nestled in a cozy nook with everything I could ever want and need all at my finger tips. The staff takes pride in their work and deliver quality service. The property manager Ernie has been so great and helpful that it really feels like a home away from home. The residents are respectful and kind, there is always plenty of parking, and I feel safe here. Thank you for an outstanding experience. I am truly greatful.

After having lived at Dover Gardens for the past 9 years I can truly say that it is a place to call home. The atmosphere of this complex is very warm and welcoming. It is a great feeling to know that you can live in a small community where everyone knows and looks out for one another. There are beautifully remodeled apartments, a big courtyard for children to play sports and a grill area with picnic benches for a family and friends to host a bbq near the pool. We have even had bonding moments such as Easter egg hunts for the kids and an outdoor movie night watch "Elf" on the projector and eating popcorn in the courtyard. I am happy with my years spent here at Dover gardens with many beautiful moments.

I have lived here for the pass 9 years and my experience with the staff has been great. The property grounds are well maintained and it is very quiet here. The maintenance services are on point, the location gives you easy access to the bus stop, grocery stores, shopping mall and downtown with just about 15 minutes travel to the airport. If you are looking for any of the amenities mentioned above then check out Dover Gardens.

I have been a resident for 11 years now and am so grateful to be here. The manager and office staff are always helpful and attentive to any issues that come to their attention. Maintenance staff promptly respond to problems. Easy access to the 408 and I-4. Grocery, banks and shopping close within minutes. Also easy access to airport and hospitals. Very few places are available around Orlando that allow for no pets. As an allergy sufferer I was thankful to find Dover Gardens. The new remodeling is also a huge plus! Check it out!

I have resided here for several years and I love the new rehab. I recently moved from one apartment to a new remodelled one . The management was very accommodating in the move. They are always available and respond quickly to any issues that arise.

Ive been a resident here for 8 years and love it here its quite,safe,close to the things i need most...The staff is professional work orders get handled right away and they try to cater to residents needs to the best of theire ability..love that they have a free carwash area and the court yard has a great shade under the big oaks to throw a few things on the grill with the family..

I have been living here for close to two years now. Out of the many apartments that I have chosen as a new Florida resident, I am extremely happy that this is the one I choose. It is really close to everything as it is near the center of Orlando itself, and also the apartment complex itself is really nice. The biggest factor that Dover Garden has over all others that I have visited is the staff and maintenance. They are extremely nice and the maintenance staff is really prompt and gets things taken care of (in the rare event that something breaks). I would recommend this apartment to anyone.

The location is convenient, close to downtown Orlando. They are upgrading the apartments and look so nice. Happy that I moved here.
