Acton is an upscale suburb northwest of Boston, a quaint and charming New England hamlet if ever there was one. The town’s numerous large parks offer gorgeous scenery and spacious grounds for residents to get outdoors and play (sledding at NARA Park in the winter can’t be beat). The region is rich with history (particularly in nearby Concord) and museums abound, making it an ideal rental location for folks with scholarly interests.
The MBTA station on the south side of town connects Acton with the rest of the Boston metropolitan area, and downtown Boston is only about 45 minutes away by car. The local schools receive terrific ratings, and the crime rate is among the lowest in Massachusetts, making Acton one of the most family-friendly environments around.

So far, my experience with this apartment has been good with the exception of a few things that were either eventually fixed or are in the process of being fixed (hopefully). Management does a good job of addressing issues at the complex and the neighbors are all really friendly.

Very comfortable clean and I like the area friendly people very quiet animal, friendly access, and a park & basketball court especially for children
Nice community and apartment size to live in. I’ve been around Acton a lot and moving here wasn’t a thought but I ended up doing it and I honestly made a great decision.
Our heat hasn't worked this entire winter, our smoke detector goes off every 12 hours and we still have stink bugs coming in through out windows. All of these issues had work orders submitted -- once for the stink bugs, twice for the smoke detector, and 5 times for the heat without a resolution. Otherwise we love this place, but going the entire winter without working heat and having a noise-sensitive dog deal with a constant smoke detector beeps is less than ideal. We've been told that the heat and smoke detector situations are being dealt with, but it has been over a month without either issue being solved. I also don't love killing stink bugs.
I have lived here for a year I've had overall a good experience living here The staff are friendly and nice and the neighbors are extremely friendly and nice
The apartment community is amazing, from the first day to this moment the neighborhood has hospitality and respect. The place is so quiet, my family enjoy it.

I’m so disappointed when we moved in. The apt is not ready at all. Dust covered everywhere. Fridge, washing machine, stove, oven is super dirty, no touching at all. No idea why they still let us move in. We requested cleaning next day and had to wait for the following day. Still has to pay for 3 day living in the dirty apt. The floor is not very well made. You can hear every step the floor above or even when you walk around your apt. The bathroom needs more hanging bar for towels. The laundry is so expensive. $5 for one completed laundry time. Beside that everything is good. Good neighborhood, good Comunity. My daughter found friends right away. apt is just renovated so it looks new and modern
A cozy community with nice amenities and right near the commuter rail! There is a great grass area for pets and children as well as multiple grills for cooking.

They paved partial driveway yesterday and I am impressed with the outcome. They informed tenants multiple times and althouth Tuesday was cancelled due to possible rain, they managed to keep project on point and did a lovely job.

Hi There, Thanks for reviewing us! We're happy to know that you've had a great experience and look forward to seeing you soon!
So far I love this community!! It feels very cozy and safe and the people are extremely nice. Our experience applying and signing the lease was also very positive — this was a stark contrast to all of the other apartment places we reached out to. The apartment is super cozy and newly renovated. Our pup is also adjusting nicely.
Lovely community, and happy to be here! Neighbors are nice, and the apartment itself is cozy. My cat loves the view as well and how quiet it is.

The apartment complex is clean and quiet. Maintenance is responsive and the managers are very knowledgeable. The flexible lease terms are very helpful for me because I’m only in the area temporarily for a co-op.
I lived at Dover Heights for three and a half years during 2017 – 2020. The apartment complex is in a fabulous location (walk to train station, downtown, nature areas), the residents were nice, the buildings and landscaping pleasant. The walls and floors between apartments are not very soundproof and, depending upon the habits of neighbors, there can be noise issues, but otherwise the facility and its residents comprise a comfortable living environment. Alas, the wonderful facilities manager “Bob” left after the complex was sold to new owners in 2019 who then contracted with new property managers in early 2020 just before Covid struck. Management has changed hands again since that time, so I cannot comment on new business arrangements.
