You get what you pay for.
The price of these apartments are very well worth the price. The inside of the units are very modern, while the outside of the modern also has a very modern look it is poorly maintained. While some of the lack of maintenance is to the fault of the tenants it should still be maintained better by the staff. Honestly although this is a fairly new complex it won't take long for it to turn into the pits.
