Rising out of the prairies and cornfields of the heartland, Omaha serves as a cultural wellspring and economic powerhouse for the region. Downtown has seen a lot of development in recent years, and now serves up a huge selection of trendy shopping, dining, and entertainment, particularly around the Old Market; the Blackstone neighborhood has also emerged as a new hotspot for adventurous restauranteurs and hip nightlife. The robust live music scene in Omaha is one of the city’s worst-kept secrets, with national publications singing the praises of popular venues like the Waiting Room and the annual Maha Music Festival at Stinson Park.
Omaha is serious about college sports – the University of Nebraska’s Cornhuskers are hometown heroes, and the city is the longtime home to the College World Series every summer.

Property Ratings at The Drake and Liberty Lofts Apartments
The apartments are spacious, the facilities are clean and well kept. The staff is very friendly and helpful. and the location is amazing. With 2 Walmarts and Targets within a 3-mile radius plus so much more. this is Home for me!
Each day I'm blessed to live here. Family and pet oriented . Very welcoming. Not only are the property managers, I consider them friends. Excellent job Nustyle!!
It is a good place to live. If you have maintenance issues the management gets it fixed in a timely matter. My neighbors in my building are nice. I love the washer/dryer and dishwasher. I like that they have security and cameras also.
Love these apartments, there are windows along every wall letting in so much natural light. Rent is a great price and comes with washer and dryer in the apartment. The office staff are super friendly, helpful and happy, so glad I found Drake Court. Thank you guys, keep up the great work.
Beautiful Historical property with tons of charm. Great amenities and rent includes a garage parking spot!
Drake Court is seeing some amazing improvements making it an awesome downtown living choice. It is SO close to Old Market. The remodeled fitness and community rooms provide a great place to work out and relax. The units are spacious and have modern amenities for an affordable price.
My husband and I moved here in May, and we love the location! The price is good, and management is very friendly, and willing to assist you with anything! Here are some of the reasons why I love here: The apartments are very spacious, with updated appliances, lots of counter/storage space, and a washer and dryer in each unit. The apartments have lots of natural lighting due to big windows that line the entire unit! The installation is amazing! I NEVER hear anyone above or beneath me! There are only two units on each floor (one on the left, the other on the right) which I love because there is no one on either side of me!!! My neighbors are literally on the other side of the hall, which makes it so peaceful! Lastly, the location is amazing, and we have a great view of the downtown skyline!

This place is affordable, the apartments are gorgeous with lots of Windows, the grounds are full of greenery. and the staff is friendly, the woman who showed my roommate and I the apartment was conversational and seemed truly pleased we liked the apartment. The manager Michelle sat and assisted us with paperwork, when honestly it would have been easier for her to hand us the paperwork and let us fill it out on our own, she explained sections we had trouble with and was all around helpful. So far I haven't got a single bad thing to say about Drake Court or their staff.

The management is horrible. They can't keep track of rent paid. Getting them to fix anything is incredibly difficult. They halls are frequently messy and look trashy. The place has really gone downhill over the years I've lived here. Just today they posted a sign saying unless your toilet sink is overflowing do not call emergency maintenance and use a bucket until regular business hours. Sign also says that if you heat is broken but your apartment is above 60 do not call emergency maintenance. No. That is ridiculous and I will not use a bucket or sit around waiting for the temp to drop below sixty. Where is your humanity? This place makes me sick. 7 years I've lived here and it's come to this. It's cheap, but cheap for a reason.

I appreciate your review and would like to inform you that Drake Court is under new management. NuStyle Development, who renovated the property in 2003, recently took back managing Drake. We are working very hard at getting Drake up to our standards and so far, the tenant feedback has been really great! Again, thank you for you comment and I hope that things are going smoother with NuStyle.

Hello. Thank you for taking the time to write your review and for sharing your concerns with us. We are truly sorry for any inconveniences or issues you have faced during your tenancy at Drake Court Apartments. Our maintenance crew takes all requests very seriously and responds as soon as possible. We do ask residents to use the emergency maintenance line only when there is truly a maintenance emergency. It is at residents' discretion to determine if it is an emergency, but if a maintenance request can wait until the next day, we would ask residents to leave a message with the office. Thank you again for sharing your concerns, and if there's ever anything we can help you with, please don't hesitate to stop by the office or give us a call at (402) 341-6100. - Drake Court Apartments Staff
They ignore their own policies and the Affordable Housing Tax Credit Program that they are required to follow by taking funds from the government. They ignore the requirement of a meeting with management to review the application IN PERSON to verify for accurately and completeness as required by their own policy and the tax credit program. They are claiming that I am a violent fellon and absolutely refuse to view or acknowledge Official Records that prove their mistake.
This is the nicest place I've ever rented with my own washer/dryer and a big warehouse for parking. It's close to downtown and the area has been cleaned up lately and new projects are moving in. Whenever I have a maintanence issue, they are quick to respond. They have been raising the rent every year as the place has improved, which is my only complaint.
I would recommend the building. The managers are very friendly and prompt with request. The condition of the apartments are great.
