Draper Place

Draper Place Signature Apartment Homes are unlike any others in Charlotte. The property/decor is finely appointed - both in and out - and the apartments are beautiful and extremely spacious. I looked at apartments for many months and when I found Draper Place, my search was immediately over.

I love living in this community. It is a beautiful apartment. The grounds are lovely and whenever I have guests here, everyone comments on the apartment itself.

Draper Place management made my cross country move a breeze! They were so helpful and kind getting everything situated for me.

I chose to move here last April after living in the same home for more than 30 years. I was a little anxious about the change and just apartment living in general. But the move has been great, and I love the apartment and the location.

I have always enjoyed living here. It’s a lovely place to live, and is comfortable and convenient. It is the right size for my little family, and I love the location.

I love living at Draper. It is a lovely community. The apartment is beautifully designed. It is the ‘right’ size, well located for me relative to my work and personal needs, and it is quiet and comfortable situation overall!!

Although I have only been a resident since April of this year, I love the community. I love my apartment, and I love the neighborhood/location. I have had several friends visiting for drinks and dinner, and they are always complimentary of the apartment and the complex.

This is a wonderful place to live. Just in the last 2-3 months, I have been able to have several of my friends here for visits/for dinner, and they are always so complimentary of the location and of my apartment! It is just a great place to be for many different reasons: it’s a secure location, it’s so attractive overall, it’s private but friendly, and I love the neighborhood we are in!!

We were told this complex would be getting a pool this fall. They lied! We were told they were putting in an exercise area... again, they lied! Big Black Roaches all over, including the inside of our apartment! Very, Very, Very noisy! Walls are paper thin! No designated parking, so tenants will give friends codes to enter underground parking then no spaces available for tenants. Wait days and weeks for simple repairs to appliances! No back-up generator for when electricity goes out (which is often) Tenants get stuck in under-ground parking when the electricity goes out due to no back-up plan. Hall ways are all in dire need of attention! Dirty, scuff marks and serious need of painting. Tenants can hear when neighbors flush their commodes.

This is a wonderful place to live. It’s a beautiful setting. The apartments are lovely, and the location is excellent. When I was looking for a place to live after selling my home, I kept coming back to The Draper because it really was different…better overall.

This is a beautiful location, and the apartment itself is lovely. Living here has made my life so much easier and so much more comfortable than my house where I had so many things to ‘look after’.

I love living here. It is a beautiful community, and is a terrific location. When I first began my ‘downsizing’ efforts I had all sorts of hesitations, but the results have been tremendous!

We have considered Draper Place our "home" since we first viewed the property. Every detail is taken into consideration; from the boutique feel of the property, the personal concierge who is there for you at every turn, the professional staff on duty and of course the best location. We never thought downsizing would work for us, but the units are spacious, beautifully decorated and kept looking beautiful! We are so glad to have found Draper Place!
