Northwest Greensboro sits just 10 miles outside the downtown area, but it provides a vastly different view of the city than the streets and suburbs around the city center. With access to Lake Higgins and Lake Brandt, Northwest Greensboro is a scenic setting that’s perfect for anyone who wants to be near urban conveniences, but enjoys the thrill of outdoor adventures and afternoons on the water.
The area of Northwest Greensboro is made up of a number of fantastic, unique neighborhoods and engaging apartment communities. The area’s vibrant outdoor atmosphere is broken up in spots by conveniently located shopping centers, big-box stores, and a few restaurants along the main thoroughfares. Bur-Mil Park provides 250 acres of pristine land set between the lakes to the north, and there are plenty of bike trails along the shores as well. Commuting to the city takes just a few minutes thanks to the interstates that serve the area.

Property Ratings at Drawbridge Creek
Apartment complex came in to redo all the piping in the walls which basically left us without a place to stay for 3 days. When they were done there was dust on everything and I mean everything we've got to wash all of our stuff. Is there any compensation or cleaning crew, no! The office was contacted, they said they would get the plumbers to come back and clean. It would take a professional cleaning service 8 hours, plumbers? Don't rent any place from Bridge PM.

Your car and that of your guests will be towed at least once during your stay here and cost $400 to get back. The apartments are deteriorating fast and management and ownership are very sub standard if not completely incompetent. But at least the cockroaches wave to you so there's that.

Thank you for reviewing Drawbridge Creek. Don't hesitate to reach out to our office if you ever need anything.
By far the worst apartment complex I’ve ever lived in. From the management to the front desk staff, they continue to implement policies that contribute to a terrible place to live. Based on my conversation with other residents, I’m not alone in this experience. Save yourself a year of frustration and look elsewhere. I wish I hadn’t renewed my lease.

Very friendly staff, extremely fast maintenance. Val-let trash is always on time. I saw complaints about heating/insect issues and have not had any trouble with either since moving in.

Thank you so much for the high praise. We at Drawbridge Creek are honored that you think so well of our community and our team.
I appreciate the maintenance being prompt and attentive. The work is always done with great service. Love this team!
First of all the apartments are dirty and outdated. Over the summer last year renovation took place which was only a slap of paint. Noise level has grown tremendously since every apartment near me seems to have huge dogs and very large crowds. Not to mention the way people drive through the complex and the nearby highway. There’s always trash and the dumpster overflowing quite often. There have been many nights I’ve been woken by gunshots ???????. Parking is first come first serve and broken down cars have been sitting for months taking up space. Maintenance is very responsive but their work is not great. My unit has flooded at least four times in the second bedroom and they refuse to clean the carpet or change it out. The manager is normally nice but everyone else is questionable. Who cares about nice when you can’t get anything accomplished. My stove only has two working burners and the dishwasher is horrible. I don’t bother to complain because I dread communicating with the office personnel at this point. There are no benefits to living here at all. Work complex in my 36 years of life. Come on February! This has been a miserable year for me
I rented the 2-bedroom loft and was miserably disappointed. The air conditioner couldn't even keep it under 75 degrees except at night. After SEVERAL maintenance requests I had an outside professional look at it. The inside coils were fused together and needed replaced even though maintenance said it was fine. If that wasn't bad enough, I was upstairs so I had an outside deck which was rotted so bad you could see through it. I called and asked if they would replace it. Ridiculously, they replace a 4-6 inch border all the way around, leaving the rotted center. My water heater was plugged into a drop cord through a busted hole in the deck storage room. There were constant roof leaks, the power outlets were not installed correctly (they were loose and not properly secured so they pushed inward every time you plugged something up.) The shower faucets broke. I put in 7 requests before they replaced the light outside. The closet racks fell down. The parking is ridiculous and there were at least 3 shootings in the complex within the ONE year we lived there; one being right outside our window. There were constant mail thefts as well as vehicle break-ins. The trash compactor is always messed up and looks like a junk pile consistently. The mandatory $20 valet trash is a joke. They are more concerned with "looking pretty" than being efficient. Quick fixes and band aids are used far too often in lieu of actual efficient corrections to repair the problem so it wouldn't happen again. I would not recommend anyone to live in this apartment complex. It is NOT worth the price or hassle. There wasn't a single neighbor who didn't have issues along the same lines.
Shortly before I moved in, I read a review that said someone was shot on the property. I gave the place the benefit of the doubt and for the most part it's been fine, but there was another shooting recently. A neighbor said it may have been drug related. Aside from that, the place is fine. The second floor units aren't very energy efficient. The living rooms have high ceilings and thin sliding glass doors that let a lot of air in because no matter how many times they've replaced the stripping it just comes right back off, so the temperature difference between the bedrooms and the common areas is always pretty significant. Maintenance is generally fairly quick, though, and the ladies in the office and the maintenance staff are nice.
Safe location, friendly neighbors, clean and manicured grounds. Staff is friendly, helpful and courteous. I like the fact that everything is close by within a short drive. Close to major roadways and highways. PET Friendly! Pool is clean and well maintained. Local schools are really good.

Thank you very much for your feedback! We are happy that you are enjoying your home at our community, and are pleased to know just how much you appreciate our neighborhood. Please let us know if you ever need anything at all. Thanks again!
This is an awesome complex, I was living in St. Louis, MO and moving to NC and found this apt. via internet. It was everything I hoped it to be! Spacious, quiet, friendly staff, I love sitting on my patio that looks out to the woods, it is very peaceful. I love that it is off of a main thorough fare but secluded at the same time. Excellent location to eateries, movies and shopping.. I always tell friends that I love my apartment. I truly love coming home!
